Good dayI booked a flight through justfly on february 16, I selected the dates I would like to travel and proceed on to booking my flight., As I submitted my information and payment I notice that my flight information has changed from the date I wanted to travel to a completely different dateBefore I submitted my information I went over my itinerary at lease two time to make sure that everything was correctI contacted Justfly immediately and inform them of what had happenedJustfly customer personal didn't care much about what I had to say but explain that I can cancel my reservation but it was going to cost me one hundred and twenty five dollarsI was completely shock as the mistake was not on my part and now within a few minutes this company wanted to charge me one hundred and twenty five dollars just to cancel my flightI contacted the airline and was told that the airlines does not charge a fee as long as the reservation is cancel before twenty four hours so how

Do not use JustFl*** to book your travel I was trying to change the name on a flight reservation Initially I was told by JustFl*** that they could do this All I needed to do was have the original passenger send an email to verification@justfl*** approving the transfer We did this and when I called JustFl*** to finalize the transfer, I was then told that they could not do this I called the airline and they confirmed, under the rules of the ticket, a name transfer WAS possible and that JustFl*** needed to do it Still, JustFl*** was telling me they could not I am still trying to get this resolved Very poor experience with this company It feels like JustFl*** is not a legitimate business

I purchased a ticket through Justfly*** in which a sneaky box was checked for me to activate a $fee for a purachase guaranteeI did not choose to purchase the guarantee so I phoned to ask for a refundThey told me they would give me a refund and it would take 6wksAfter 6wks and no refund I calledThey told me it could take 6-wks for the refund to show upI called after 8wks and after several calls I uncovered that they claim to have refunded me on MayMy bank did not receive a refund from justfly***They insisted I have to provide them a copy of the charge on my bank statement and explained that they never actually collect money that they put a hodl on the card insteadAnyone who is a flier knows that this is certainly not the case and that would mean I have no ticketThen after various questioning I finally agreed to send my billing statement they keept asking me for (to prove a charge which they admit they charged AND refunded me - again, makes no logical sense

I was so upset with their service, I canceled a flight through themthey did not inform me my new flight through united would have a 200$ change flight fee (even though I had already filed a canceled free)Also when I canceled my flight and accepted the credit through united they also did not inform me that I would only be able to use the credit towards my previous destination but increased the price of in ticket 100%

justfl*** is very convenient especially to those who are busy with their work and have little time to take care of booking flights and hotels for their upcoming holidaythe website is simple and easy to navigatebut the best thing I like about it is the fast processing of the bookingsi got my flight confirmation within minutes and encountered no problem during the flight itselfnot to mention the cheap air farei was expecting something negative becof some reviews i've read but in the end, everything turned out to be okaywould book with them again

She sends me a *** emailObviously my email didn't go throughShe said that the "servers must be down" and I should "call back later", by this time I absolutely had itI told her that I'll wait until she finds an alternative email address, and I told her how I found it pretty hard to believe that JustFly's only email address was a "no reply" oneShe put me on holdAgainTen minutes later she goes "yes I'm sorry, that looks like the only email address we have." Then she told me to wait a bit longer, then call back with a representative from my bank for a three-way conference callMy only concern is how much money I'm out of right now, and how this company is still in businessSave yourself the drama and just don't book with them honestly

Booked a flight ticket and called for two days to be able to talk to a customer service, was told there's no way I can add an infant on lap and I need to call the airlineThe airline said they can't do that because it involves national and international travel with different companies and I should call the travel agent to do thatHad to cancel the flight right away (the next day from booking the flight), later called the business inquiring the $cancellation fee which hadn't shown when I booked the flight but became mandatory when I canceled it, then told by another customer service that THEY CAN ADD INFANT ON LAP but they can't waive the cancellation fee even if they didn't provide proper service

On 6/14/I called Justfly at hoursI was transferred to a customer service representative so I could speak with them about extending a trip from September 30th to October 4thI booked my honeymoon to Iceland from September 24th to September 30th prior to finding out that I could take extra days off of work to make this a once in a lifetime honeymoonI spoke with the customer service representative for approximately minutes as I was on hold for approximately minutesMy total call time was minutes and secondsAnyways, I spoke with the customer service representative and explained my situation to himHe advised me that the airline has a $cancellation/processing fee and then Justfly has a $per person ($300) processing fee, bringing the total to $I advised him that right now I can actually book the flight to Iceland from September 24th to October 4th for a little over $I told him that it didn't make sense to spend $for cancellation fees

I bought ticket through JustFl*** and got confirmation email on January Later when I checked my credit card I was charged for ticket instead of 5, ever since I am trying to resolve this problem and its still unresolvedI have made multiple calls to JustFly to resolve this problem and each calls were an hour over long but they have no answersAnd now I will put me on hold and disconnect after They have been promising to get back to me through email but so far no email was send to me about there progress in investigationThis company doesn't deserve to get even ZERO as rating Its so hard to communicate to anyone, there is no follow up with their customer regarding any concerns Its been months now I have no result yet

Last July, my husband and I purchased tickets from Justfly*** to fly from Boston to Geneva on Swiss Air at Christmas totalling $I was pregnant when we purchased the tickets and was due to give birth in Mid-OctoberHowever, our child was not born until November, and our pediatrician strongly advised us against traveling unless necessary before our newborn was two months old due to their suggested vaccination scheduleWe were in fact given a doctor's note to give to the insurance we had purchased with our tickets for just such an occuranceUnfortunately, the insurance would not cover refunding our tickets because giving birth is apparently not considered a medical condition - with or without a doctor's noteAt any rate, justfly*** told us that if we paid them $per person to cancel our tickets (as opposed to just missing the flight and losing our purchase completely), we could at least hold on to the remaining credit from our original ticket purchase which would remain v
