Justfly typed my name wrong on E-ticket, now I am flying in five days but it is still not resolvedThey kept asking me to call back and saying they are waiting for the airline's replyI am anxiousI am a poor student and cannot afford to buy new ticketsThey wouldn't issue full refund eitherWhat shall I do?

I have used JUSTFL*** MANY MANY TIMES, Never had an issue with them until my last/current purchaseWhen the price online says $that is all I have paid, nothing more, nothing lessThis last purchase it allowed me to pick my seat something that was new to me having used them many timesAnyways I pick my seats and check out at $372, minutes later I receive an email saying I was charged $I freaked out and called immediatelyThe gentleman who picked up told me I was charged for picking my seats but could be refunded easilyWe did that and I waited to be refundedTHAT NEVER HAPPENEDI called back and was told there was nothing they could do for meThey could only refund me the $they took on their end for A REQUESTED SEAT ASSIGNMENT, REQUESTED NOT EVEN A GUARANTEE SEATNOW it is up to AA to refund me the extra money charged for REQUESTING the seatAgain you would think since I have been such a constant and loyal customer they would happily refund me for the mistakeNOPE, THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAYWILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I Want to share my experience w*** travel agent .She type my name wrong,I spelled to her letter by letter and at the end it was a wrong name which cost me more money

I'm trying to change the outbound flight of my existing booking from Dec to Dec which customer support insists isn't possibleCustomer support tells me the rescheduled outbound flight must be on the same airline (South African) as the original, this is perfectly fineThey also tell me South African doesn't have any flights available to me on the 23rd, this is a dubious lie at bestUsing their own service I can see South African has flights available on the 23rd however they won't let me change my booking because they say there are no fares availableUsing their service and my skills of deduction I can see there are in fact fares availableAll I want is to change my booking to spend the holidays with my girlfriendI've been trying to do this since noon, it's now 8pmThis specific call is going on hours, most of which I've been on hold forMy previous calls ended with customer service hanging up on me around the 45-minute mark

I have now been on hold for over hours with customer serviceThey continue to play the message "your estimated wait time is over minutes." hours? Seriously? I am calling because I received an email saying that an airline made a change to my flight itinerary, and that if I do not call them, it may result in my reservation being cancelledI already checked with the airline directly and noticed that my flight time had changed by minutesI am hopeful that this is the only change that was made, but am very unclear as to why I needed to call customer service to find out this slight change, and how their customer service line could possibly take hours to respond to calls

I tried buying a ticket through Justfly recently and when going to purchase the ticket the website clearly said the ticket could not be bookedI closed the page and purchased the same ticket through the American Airlines webpageThe next day I noticed that Justfly had somehow purchased the ticket for me despite what their website had clearly displayedWhen asking for a full refund they are now charging me a $cancellation fee when their website was in errorThey indicated that there was nothing they could do as I hadn't taken a screen shot of the error messageBut why would I ever take a screen shot when it clearly indicated the ticket couldn't be booked nor did it say that I had been charged?!?!

I booked a flight for myself and my daughter in march for a flight in july-- I had typed in san jose costa rica but the website redirected to san jose california I didn't catch the error as the itinerary heading just said San Jose I caught the error one week later-- still more than days before the flight I waited for hours to speak to a supervisor and they offered me no reimbursement and no assistance what so ever It was a complete loss of over $due to an error on their website They told me their hands were tied and there was absolutely nothing they could do for me I had purchased travel insurance with them when I booked the flight and they were also of no assistance I then called jet blue directly and was able to get the balance applied to the correct flight-- minus $penalty per ticket That is their standard policy Justfl*** had me believing that they could do nothing at all because of the airlines policies which is simply not accurate There was no advice to cancel the insurance and get that fee back or to contact jet blue to get a portion of the money in a credit I will never again use justfl*** for any services at all
