On November 6,2017, my husband placed an order online for plane ticketsAn hour or so then realizing I already placed an order for ticketsHe the contacted United Airlines within about an hour to cancel the flights which at that time was told he would be getting the full refund for the two tickets purchased at $each within 7-business daysAfter not recieving the refund we then contacted ***They stated we would need to submit a request to have the charges refunded online through United AirlinesI then followed up with United whom advised me tickets were voided and the card was not charged nor did they recieve funds from***So we then made contact with justfly again this time being on the phone an hour to have no resultsOn December 4,we decided to get the bank involvedWe received a letter from the bank stating that just fly will not provide them with any information in order to conduct the proper investigationThe bank is requesting a email or le

The main problem is that the operator cancelled my airlines ticket and charged me 75$ when I told him to hold off because I wanted to speak to the supervisorI gave Cey (operator) my three digit number on the back of my card, then quickly stated that I want him to hold off until I speak to the supervisorThen he goes “it’s already been submitted and there’s nothing I can do”My second problem include the absolutely horrifying customer service I received from not only the operator but the supervisor *** ** ***as wellThe supervisor kept talking over me and when I requested to speak to her manager she refused and stated it was against her policy to let me talk to any management personnel to make aware of my horrible customer service experienceLastly, I requested the supervisor to investigate the situation regarding the cancellation and I still haven’t received a call back

This website service has been charging me $per month since June I called customer service and after the 3rd phone number finally talked to a personThey said it was for an exclusive travel club that was attached to one of my reservationsI did not agree to this although they stated when I booked I didShame on me for just noticing this charge every month since June This is absolutely ridiculous they would set up a reoccurring charge for an emailThis needs to stop, I want a refund, and they need to change this business practiceLucky for them it’s near impossible to actually talk to a person in customer service

Do not buy tickets from this company...if you ever have to make changes to the ticket, they will try and extort a huge sum of money from youHere is what they did when I called for making changes to my ticketThey will keep you on hold for 10-mins for every single step like checking for a specific date, checking if the ticket is valid for changes etcThe idea is pretty much to get you to just cancel a non refundable ticket and make an additional $in addition to the fees they have charged initiallyThe price they quote are far higher than what you would see on the airline websites, if you call them to change the ticketAgain the principle is to get you to cancel and have you book something new so that they can squeeze every bit of fees from youAVOID THIS COMPANY! They are out there to make life miserable for their customers
