The Custom Service at Justfly*** have lied to my wife and me repeatedly over the phoneThey will tell me one thing and then I will call back a day later and they will tell me something entirely differentMy wife and I purchased a ticket and then due to complications with our pregnancy, are unable to flyTherefor, we submitted a doctor's note with the medical information, including the Dr.'s license number and were told we would be receiving a refund, but have not received any confirmation in writing and have not received any confirmation that the flight has been canceledIn addition, when the rep told us we would be receiving a refund over the phone, and we asked for an email confirmation, she refusedI'm concerned that their actions are deceitful and they will continue to mislead other's unless there are consequences for their dishonestyAll we wanted, was to be refunded for our trip

Justfly*** severely failed to communicate very important information regarding the fact that my flight ticket had been cancelled! The company placed a hold on my account for $2,and wouldn't send anything to my bank stating that it was done in error even after I had the bank send them a written statement with the reference numbers to the hold on my account to verify that the hold truly was on my bank accountThe customer service reps talked in circles and it took multiple times and over an hour on hold to get to a managerThe manager, don't trust it was one, talked in the same circles and in the end I gave up and hung up because I got sick of hearing the same thing! STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFL***!!! My mother went home from the hospital to receive hospice careI booked a flight to visit with her while she was still coherent but she declined so quickly that I had to go sooner or I wouldn't get to say Good-Bye! When I called to change my flight JustFl*** wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $or $800!! Justfly said that I had to cancel and re-book the flight for a $cancelation fee PLUS a $re-booking fee PLUS the additional cost of the new ticket which they would choose for me!! I would have been happy to just pay a re-booking fee for changing the flight but this was a SCAM during a very stressful time and they take advantage of that by keeping you on the phone for long periods of time just to wear you down I cut my losses and cancelled the flight completelyI did buy the cancellation insurance and CSA Travel Protection was just as bad! They wanted her Power of Attorney (my mom's grief stricken husband) to give permission for and provide documentation of doctor's treatment during the time she was home (which there was none)They did nothing for me but run out my days to file a claim!

I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $ When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card

Totally unacceptable: Among the other search engines, JustFly seemed to have the lowest price online at that time, so I booked and paidWithin minutes upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the dates were wrong, a day off for both the departure and the returnI immediately called the number for them to correct the error, but they declined unless I paid $because I wanted to make a change!!! It's unfortunate that I have to give them any stars at all because there would be no way I would even give them star
