STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFL***!!! My mother went home from the hospital to receive hospice careI booked a flight to visit with her while she was still coherent but she declined so quickly that I had to go sooner or I wouldn't get to say Good-Bye! When I called to change my flight JustFl*** wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $or $800!! Justfly said that I had to cancel and re-book the flight for a $cancelation fee PLUS a $re-booking fee PLUS the additional cost of the new ticket which they would choose for me!! I would have been happy to just pay a re-booking fee for changing the flight but this was a SCAM during a very stressful time and they take advantage of that by keeping you on the phone for long periods of time just to wear you down I cut my losses and cancelled the flight completelyI did buy the cancellation insurance and CSA Travel Protection was just as bad! They wanted her Power of Attorney (my mom's grief stricken husband) to give permission for and provide documentation of doctor's treatment during the time she was home (which there was none)They did nothing for me but run out my days to file a claim!

I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $ When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card

Totally unacceptable: Among the other search engines, JustFly seemed to have the lowest price online at that time, so I booked and paidWithin minutes upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the dates were wrong, a day off for both the departure and the returnI immediately called the number for them to correct the error, but they declined unless I paid $because I wanted to make a change!!! I booked a round trip flight from Charleston, SC to Pittsburgh, PA on the Priceline website When I received my email confirmation, the flight had me going to Charleston, WV, not Pittsburgh, PA through Justfly (I had never heard of this company) I called Justfly's customer service right away and spoke to ***, he would not give his last name He said there would be a $cancellation fee I told him I reviewed the flight information on line before submitting that it was correct The email confirmation was wrong After complaining, he said he would lower the cancellation fee to $as a courtesy I have flown enough to know to review the information before submitting I hope this review helps other people to be aware

This company had failed to send the e-ticket despite several requests on my partAt this point I don’t if I have a legitimate reservation or not, but they have already taken the money for the ticket from my account

Justfly*** has extremely poor website and customer support serviceI specifically inputted the dates that I wished to travel on and their website instead listed return flights that were dated days after what I had listed that I needed a return flight home without any notice or prompt to bring this issue to lightThis issue, coupled with the fact that they don't give any warning whatsoever that they have changed your dates, caused me to miss two full days of work because they refused to correct my flight itinerary or refund my flight and the cancellation fee was significantly more than what I paid for a round tripThis caused undue financial hardship and I am largely upset with what I believe to be shady advertising to pose low fares by giving you dates that present cheaper fares rather than giving you flights for the days that you specified

I recently booked a trip w/ JustFly to Asia which I recently returnedSince it was a hour flight I decided to pay an additional fee for my business seat assignmentI received an email confirmation ticket indicating the extra fees were charged and confirmed my designated seatHowever upon arriving at the airport I was told their system had no assigned seats under my reservation despite the fact that I had proof that I paid extra for my business seat assignment!
Shortly after arriving home I called Justfly to request a refund on the seat assignment, which is a reasonable request since this service was never fulfilledThey refused to give to me the refund and were extremely rude, refusing to apologize or acknowledge their mistakeInstead they proceeded to put the blame on me for not contacting them on the day of my flight
In addition to putting the blame on me, the staff advised that the fee I paid was not a guarantee that my seats would be reserved and instead it was just a “service”
They did not advertise anywhere that paying extra for an assigned seat means you won’t be guaranteed an assigned seatThat makes no senseWhat’s the point in paying extra then?! This is just a way for them to trick people into paying more
Never booking with JustFly again, rude customer service and they will find ways to rip you off

My experience with this airline has been horrible , I will go back on the 11th, by staying in Rome, I'll have to find and pay for additional night in Rome, but I would prefer to not take *** *** ever again in my lifeWe still don't have our luggage , we were supposed to get into Paris by 10am and we got to Paris at 630pm, no Compensation nothingI've not only lost a full day of my vacation but I've also been charged/lost over $200, form the activities I had planned for Friday 2nd 2017, and still without our baggageSo again since I'm out all this money as it is I would rather go back home in a more reliable, customer friendly airline, and to never ever take *** *** againThey had us in the back of the plane , no air condition , I had a heat stroke / vaso vagal reactionI'm rethinking even continuing to do business with you , considering the fact that you're affiliated with such a despicable companyPlease let me know so I can proceed with my vacation and return home safely
