Totally unacceptable: Among the other search engines, JustFly seemed to have the lowest price online at that time, so I booked and paidWithin minutes upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the dates were wrong, a day off for both the departure and the returnI immediately called the number for them to correct the error, but they declined unless I paid $because I wanted to make a change!!! I insisted that I didn't want to make any changes on my reservations, their system needed to correct the datesI was back and forth for hours between JustFly's non-accommodating customer service and supervisors, my credit card, and the airlines! I read the full refund or cancellation policy but JustFly just didn't do anything to correct the error, nor give me back a FULL refund! The website is very misleading tooIf you just want to read on more information (such as insurance), it ends up "purchased" on your receipt -- again, if you don't notice it, it would show up on you
