In August, I purchased five airline tickets through Justfly***I did this online for a trip to visit family in Viet NamI received my booking confirmation a few days laterThe "Airline confirmation" number was *** (this is an important point for later on)My wife and I own a restaurant and remembered that there is a large festival that will happen during our tripAs a result, I decided to cut my trip short and return home about one week earlyI contacted the number provided to make changes ticketI was fully expecting to pay a fee for transferring my ticketAfter being on the phone for over an hour (most of that time on hold) I was able to change my ticketI received another booking confirmation a day or two later via emailThe new "airline confirmation" number was ***Everything appeared to be in order and I was charged $for the transfer feeOn September 28, at 5:PM, I received an email from JustFly stating that immediate action was needed on my account

They don’t even deserve the one starEvasive agents that keep you on phone for over an hour when you ask for a supervisor because they have not honored your cancelled flight credit that you paid a $Change fee forSay there are no flights when you try to use the credit but when you get on their site therenare plenty flights for the days you triedSay your credit is good for a year but used date ticket was boughtIf you buy months in advance, cancel on day of outgoing flight due to illness, pay the $150, then the year only goes to purchase date and consists of just monthsThey are devious, misleading, havenon-existent customer service, leave you strandedI could go on and onWill NEVERuse them again

Just fly will not refund me and it's due to not advertising correctly that I'm out the money and wasn't allowed on my flightIt is not stated on their website on any emails from them or on my itinerary printed ticket to be checked in hours before flightI am a 1st time flyers and did not know this so I tried checking in minutes before flight time and was deniedWhen I contacted Justfly.com she told me it's just something that I should know so therefore wouldn't get a refundThis very important information should be available and clearly stated on website emails and especially the printed itinerary

This was the second booking with JustFly in a yearI used FlightNetwork and Expediat beforeBut I started with JustFly this year, and so far I like themFirst of all, the prices and searching trackingSecondly, the communication email and airline booking details are concise and clearThirdly, their flexible recommendation saves a lot moneyAlthough I read a lot of complaints here, I have done my due diligent and make sure all the information are correct when bookingI never buy any additional cancellation insurance etcI also make sure the booking using the credit card with travle/flight/luggage insurance coverageIn short, I would recommend the flyfligh for those no-frills travellers

Purchased airline tickets online for a business trip, a name on one of the tickets contains a misspelling - simply an extra "m" in the name "Flemming." We have been trying to have the spelling corrected to match the individual's passport (and proper name) for weeks with horrible and varying information from JustFly*** customer service
