I was online at [redacted] website buying a family vacationI was having a hard time registering on their siteSomehow it asked for my credit card information so I thought it was [redacted] and I gave my payment informationIt turns out [redacted] stole my payment for a ticket for one personI wasn't even trying to buy this productI believe I was fished or they used a virus to change my Web page to take my moneyI called them to complain and they never pickedBut they pick up right away if you say you want to book a reservationAnd there is no refunds

Despite many claims and assurances to the contrary, Justfly [redacted] was not able to secure me a refund for my flight that was delayed and caused me to miss a connecting flight en route to a wedding I am out of pocket over $1,and just keep getting the run around

By far the worst experince ive ever hadMy grandmother just passed away and I needed immediate tickets for out of country and went through these guys after buying the tickets I get an email saying everything is goodnext day im on my way to the air port and I see I have an email that my ticket was canceled !!?? I called them and wait about min for someone to pick Finaly some one answers the phone and does not answer any of my questionsfinaly he tells me that it was canceled because there was no more room in Flightso I asked why they sold me tiketshe said this was qatar airways fault for not updating(there were over seats open just in the section I purchased my ticketI have picture of the page to prove it) I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me to hang up and call in five min becuase there are no supervisors availablei told him I will just hold for five min instead of calling back and waiting another just to get to someone againafter '4-5' attempts to get me a supervisor he tells me that he has to assit other customers and that he can not help me anymorei refused to hang upfinaly gets me to a supervisor name " [redacted] " now she is refusing to help me in anywayExplained to her that my grandmother passed away and my mother needs to make it there to be there for the service(ticket was for my mom I forgot to say this) we had other tickets for my moms sister and her husbandtold her my mom can not travel by her self thats why we got tickets and if she can just cancel the other and give us new onessaid nope they will not do thatif they do I have to pay $per ticket to cancel explained to her that it was not my fault they sold tickets they did not havestill refused to do anything for meabout hours on the phone with these guys and I get no wherei decide to go to the airport and talk to one of the supervisor for qatar air and the guy took all of my moms info and was shocked when I explained the whole thing to himhe said there are plentty of seats available on that flight and ended up getting her tickets for THAT FLIGHTi think the justfly people just wanted to upcharge me becuase they kept offering me to buy tickets for a diffrent timeI will be posting this on every place I can find

My husband and I used justfly [redacted] to purchase our tickets to Hawaii in June of Our trip was scheduled for October Justfly [redacted] had found us a great deal and so we decided to go with themWe flew out on October 19th with Hawaiian airlines and were supposed to fly home with American airlines on October 23rdWe had a great experience with Hawaiian and everything went smoothlyAs we were returning home and got to the airport two hours early as expected we came to find out that our plane took off early with American airlinesI called justfly [redacted] to find out what happened as our tickets stated something differentJustfly [redacted] stated they knew nothing about itSo then I called american airlines and they stated that the change had been made weeks after we purchased our tickets in JuneWe were never informedAmerican airlines stated that it is the responsibility of the company to let us know of any changes that occurI tried calling justfly [redacted] back to help us resolve this

Worst company EVER!!!! My husband is extremely sick and we have to change our flights last minute and speaking to them is absolutely a nightmare and they are not helpful at all! Justfly.com misspelled my husband's name on his round trip airline ticket from the US to Italy, and they are not fixing it even though they sent me multiple emails saying they will fix itWe will likely not be able to get on the plane to travel internationally when the name on the ticket doesn't match the name on the passport....I have several emails that specifically saying they will fix the error, but after weeks, no correction! At first they wanted to charge me $to fix his name, but when I told them they made the error, I was told to send an email to " [redacted] ." I did that, and then they said they needed a copy of his passportI sent them a photo of his passport, and then they said they would fix it, but after weeks they still "can't" fix itI spoke with the airline, and they said they cannot fix the spelling, because we didn't buy the tickets directly from themThis is a nightmareHis was the name on the credit card that was charged to pay for the ticket

I recently did business with Justfly.comBe prepared to be on hold for more than hours and never speak with a supervisorMy original flight for three members of my family was cancelled due to hurricane Matthew and when I attempted to reschedule my flight it was going to cost an additional $1,When I asked the customer service representative, Cecilia #( I use that term loosely) what fees where being added and why the difference in fare was so much compared to justfly.com online prices, she relayed that I was not eligible for those prices due to not having a new reservation I told her that a new reservation would of been made had a HURRICANE that devastated the area had not occurredShe raised her voice for the third time and told me and I quote, "if you want a cheaper flight change your dates!" I asked her what other fees are being associated and she accused me of interrupting herShe never answered my questionI requested to speak with her supervisor and told her she was being rude, and she said ," we dont have one." I told her when I was on hold for hours when I cancelled my original flight, I spoke to a supervisor and I know they are availableShe proceeded to tell me I need to listen, and don't interruptI once again stated I am the customer and I have questions that I would like the answered and told her she was lying to me by saying she did not have a supervisor I requested a refund and she said I am not eligible for oneI asked for any recourse with the airline and she said I can contact the airlineI once again asked for a supervisor, and she "transferred" me and the call endedWhat a coincidence I contacted the airline and was able to adjust the fair difference to just over $I was lied too and information was withheld from me $seemed too high to pay for a fare difference and reschedule due to a natural disasterKeep your money and do not use this companyJustfly.com is dishonest and rude

I am a frequent flyer and this was my first attempt at Justfly [redacted] for my airline booking needsFlight was booked at 10:14am for 87$, confirmation received and Credit Card authorization was acceptedAt some time between 10:14am and 10:59pm Fronteir airlines raised the price of the tickets I had purchased10:59am I received noticed my flight had been canceled by Justfly [redacted] for of reasonsI called their customer service number and the agent confirmed my flight was not valid and told me the price was now 119$ if I'd like to re-bookI told her this is simple fraud and price fixing after a sale is unacceptable

I booked a flight for myself and my daughter in march for a flight in july-- I had typed in san jose costa rica but the website redirected to san jose california I didn't catch the error as the itinerary heading just said San Jose I caught the error one week later-- still more than days before the flight I waited for hours to speak to a supervisor and they offered me no reimbursement and no assistance what so ever It was a complete loss of over $due to an error on their website They told me their hands were tied and there was absolutely nothing they could do for me I had purchased travel insurance with them when I booked the flight and they were also of no assistance I then called jet blue directly and was able to get the balance applied to the correct flight-- minus $penalty per ticket That is their standard policy Justfl [redacted] had me believing that they could do nothing at all because of the airlines policies which is simply not accurate There was no advice to cancel the insurance and get that fee back or to contact jet blue to get a portion of the money in a credit I will never again use justfl [redacted] for any services at all
