We’ve been at the airport for hours and the WHOLE TIME we’ve been here I’ve been trying to get them to cancel/reschedule our flight that leaves TONIGHT and they have either not listened to me, or hung up on me or refused to help me and they’re insisting I pay a ridiculous amount of money to change our ticket...money we don’t have....even after speaking to the actual airline [redacted] and having them tell me they will waive any change fees based on our situation! we’re literally on the plane home to Texas now to get him care and now I am even more upset and stressed outYou have made a terrible day much much worse!!!! clearly you don’t care about your customers or your reputation! I’ll be taking this as far as I need toNO ONE should do business with these crooks! ?????????
