I bought one way flights ( [redacted] to Venice Italy, Catania, Sicily to ***) When I purchased them I entered the transactions in my financial software The next day when I visited [redacted] website to reconcile my account I found the two charges exactly as recorded plus two additional charges They were all pendingAfter another day the charges were finalized including the two additional I immediately contacted [redacted] ( [redacted] ) to resolve the issueI was told the additional fees were for seat selection, trip cancellation insurance and correction in the flight airfareWhen I asked to speak to a manager she refusedI was offered a token (approx $35) courtesy refundI insisted the two added charges be reversedThe rep, [redacted] , stated that could not be doneNor could I cancel the entire transaction

We never got a call, a day later we called in and they said that they would do something to make it rightWe were ok with thatThey said they would contact us and let us know within hours what they are going to doWe never got a call backWe called in asking what was going on, my husband got on the phone with supervisors a three of them hung up on him and told him there was no higher authorities to speak with or help us handle our situationI have never been treated so poorly by a third party agencyThey never did anything to try and make it better and they said it was our problemI didn’t know getting hung up on was my problemI will never use this company to book my flights again!

On May 9th my husband and I booked flights through JustFly [redacted] for a wedding we needed to attend in FebMy husband was the best man at the wedding, which is why we booked many months in advanceThe morning before our scheduled flight, we received an email from JustFly [redacted] asking us to call regarding our cancellation requestI immediately call JustFly [redacted] and receive an overseas operator who cannot tell me whether I have a scheduled flight, she cannot give me a "yes" or "no"I ask to speak with a supervisor (***), who claims the ticket is "with the airline", and they cannot see whether we have a confirmed flight later that day or notIn parallel, my husband called Interjet, the airline, who confirmed we did have tickets on a flight which had not been paid for yetWe bridge the call between the two agents, and Interjet confirms they have not received paymentThe supervisor, ***, denies what the Interjet employee is saying and says they did pay but she still cannot c

Back in mid-July when I was searching for tickets (for end of November) in [redacted] the best option came up with JustFly [redacted] So I bought tickets right away for little under $2,But in mid-October I wanted to change one ticket's return date & that's when every thing went down hillAt first they told me that they will help me find flights on the new dates as long as I pay the Fee and airline change of fares...I agreed to that and the new additional charge was little under $days later they called me back to let me know that there has been some problems that they didn't catch before and now I have to pay almost $1,100...which is by the way on top of what I originally paid in JulyAfter calling them several times back-and-forth I decided I will keep my original return date and use the original flight itineraryBut now the problem is they already let that one go EVEN before confirming my new itinerarySo now they were pushing me to pay them that $1,to book the new ticket on top of the $2,(with no refund) I paid in JulyFinally after calling them 18-times, one supervisor confirmed me on Oct that my old itinerary is back, everything is confirmed, they even emailed me my new e-ticket that dayMy flight is in days (early morning of 24th Nov), and last night when I called the airline people to make sure everything is ok with my ticket, they told me that there is problem with my ticket, the booking is not confirmed & therefore, no itinerary for my ticketSo I call back Justfly again and they told me that they had no idea! How can you have NO idea and a confirmed ticket becomes un-confirmed?! They told me to wait hours and then call them backAt this moment I have no idea what I am going to doBut I am also very disappointed that KAYAK is advertising/promoting such a bad travel agency...I do not think I will EVER do any business with JustFly or ***

Justfly airline doesn't have English speaking employees to understand the request of customers.Customers are charges for any errors regardless of miscomumications.Any request to have an English speaking representative is ignored and custors are not given any other alternatives but to pay the fees to gain services from this airlineI made several transactions which time consuming of two or more hours.Agents are transferring customers to supervises with no information of policies or proceduresMy reference numbers are [redacted] Supervised [redacted] insisted that I must pay a fee of $for tics that were made with the WRONG DATESUpon listening to the recorded call; she said I agreed to the charges so I have to pay the feesWhen I explained several time for the agent to speak more clearly or slow down; I couldn't understand her pronounced wordsSo I may have misunderstood, then she said she couldn't wave it because I took to long to view my tics hours after work
