The refund amounts are system generated based on usage (which looks at time-- as in the subscription period/month being started versus the amount of data used), so based on that it considered the month usedI can see that a few MB of data were used, so the remaining $has already been refunded.
As was stated previously, writing in via our support channel would have served the same function and been easier.

I signed up in December for an unlimited data package at $50/monthTwo weeks after receiving my device they began throttling speeds to the point the device was uselessThis went on for two weeksAfter the throttling was done, they retracted their unlimited plan to Gigs for $Two weeks later it went to GigsNow they refused to refund the price of the device because I'm past the day windowBait and switch scammers

I should have received refund weeks ago, latest! It has been weeks since my return and Alex says I need to wait for another 10-weeks?! This is absurd! I can not accept this response! I work as a customer service representative in a large company, that handles claim same day or week at the latestThe amounts of the claims we handle are not hundreds, but thousands of dollars, I don't understand the problem to send money back to a debit card.

This company started a pre order campaign in September with a shipping date of December That shipping date was eventually moved to Early That shipping date was eventually moved to April That shipping date was eventually moved to May of After a month of silence from the *** *** *** *** he made a blog post stating they ran into an issue and could not give a specific date for shipmentKeep in mind that all along they have been collecting pre order money while providing shipment dates only to have last minute issues come up and delay shipmentsThey are currently running a heavy advertising campaign on the internet for a phase pre order with the promise of shipping those devices in JulyBut after months have yet to ship any devices under phase I feel very strongly that someone needs to take a look at this company
