A refund is unacceptableI want the account changed back to what I started with$for a unlimited account at 2.5-3mbpsIf companies were able to change agreements when they became inconvenient when ever they wanted I am sure everyone wouldIf you want to discontinue the unlimited plan go ahead but grandfather me inWe have a contract. I do not agree with the change to my account

We were extremely happy with their service until they completely changed the plan we were on, making unlimited data cap at 15gbIt was completely unusable once you hit the cap, we could barely open any webpage at all
Ok, no problem - they offer a refundI paid on 11/**/2015, sent the device back via *** in February/early MarchI am still waiting on my refund of $Every time I email them, no phone number available of course, they state they are processing the refunds in order receivedI just asked again today and still no refundThey are holding my money for no reason other than they are probably going broke from all of the refunds they had to issue all at onceI contacted them via *** and no replyThey know they have the device and told me soDon't bother - Get a *** unlimited streaming hotspot instead and only use it for ***$a month

Like so many others, I signed on for their service in the early part of their rolloutI payed for three months of unlimited service, and after the first month they changed their plans, which affected even those of us who had payed in advance for services, thus violating their contract with their customersI returned the device as per their policiesAfter roughly months I still had not received my refund for the device and the remaining two months of unused serviceI contacted technical support and was told they had a backlog of returns and would be processing refunds in orderIt's been about months and still no sign of my refundAll communications with their support department result in the same rather condescending "we're working on it" type of response
I can appreciate that this company may have not foreseen the excessive use of their "unlimited" service, and that it may have been necessary to modify their plansBut being that they reneged on a contractual agreement, they should be expediting refundsI have roughly $in refunds due and at this point am uncertain if I'll ever receive itMy rating is based on their failure to satisfy their returns policy and lack of any real information when inquiring about refunds

I sent my device for a refund of services not rendered and advertising (the company advertised 5mbps download then limited the speed to 2-3mbps, then limited the plan from unlimited to 15GB/m.) I never receivee the service I paid for and am entitled to a completr refund in a timely mannerThe device and accessories were returned over weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund.
