I specifically asked these questions of the gentleman and he assured us my son would be eligible I worked in a bank and I know people bend the rules - that is not what I want I want my young son to feel he can trust the bank This is a terrible start He was promised in person face to face that he would get this If your people will say anything to get a young kid to bank with you then I don't want to be associated with this institution I am the one who brought up my concerns The young man assured us this was not the case Maybe honesty is a better approach than pushing goals on young tellers I did not try to trick the young man - I brought up my concerns You need to make this right You are dealing with an impressionable year old young man with a future of earning potential Do you value your clients or just your quotas? They told me they will not refund of the money And they said the service agreement, which is a lawyer documented agreement, that I have to pay the fees It never says in the service agreement they will take the highest transaction first or their pick on what transaction get listed first Nothing is also written clearly on how ACH are handled You can't automatically take money out if it doesn't exist They are just a *word rejected* bank, and their is nothing community about how they do business If that was the case *** from *** would have never acted the way he did, neither would have a distant manager *** ***

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThe did everything I asked, and everything that should have been done to begin with Milton was the customer service associate who helped me, and he was wonderful to deal with He was apologetic and did everything to help fix the situation, while remaining in contact with me consistently Though the situation was unfortunate, I would highly recommend Huntington Banks customer service now I sincerely appreciate the way this was handled
