As much as we appreciate you looking into this matter again, you failed to address the point of the last email as to Huntington admitting to double charging us The original complaint was about credit reporting, but changed into them owing us a refund of now at least $after your explanation We paid the fees the months they were due and then Huntington added them on to the end payment (per their last response) If they would not have billed us the excessive amount in the first place, there would be no issues in this matter. So we really don't understand how a response of "Answered" is a fair way to show the public, that trust in the Revdex.com, that it is OK for a company to double charge you? Also we will be contacting every one of those agencies in response to Huntington's unethical ways business!

Closed case with phone call to complainant:-Explained that we are unable to discuss any account for which she is not a signer but that we would reach out to the account owner for resolution

While we are sincerely dismayed
to learn of your experience, we thank you for making us aware of the detailsWe apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication that you may have experienced as a result of the described matter
We have completed a thorough review of your construction loan application recordsOur research revealed that after the loan closing November 30, 2015, the builder notified Huntington that there was an issue with the funds set aside for constructionThe file was immediately escalated to identify a resolution
The technical nature of a closed mortgage construction loan presents unique challengesAs the loan is partially funded, the contract cannot be cancelledThe loan amount cannot be modified because the legal documents associated with the specific type of construction loan will not allow for a modification of the loan amount
Huntington has held no funds back from the builder and is disbursing to contractors as requestedPer Shawn O*** *** *** *** *** *** it is our understanding that you have opted to apply for a new loan to pay off the prior loanThe transaction mirrors the previous transaction with the exception of the loan amount which is higher and the payment is higher (due to the higher loan amount)

-Informed the customer that in the account disclosures that were provided at the time of account opening, it states the following, “If we credit your Account for a deposited item, we may later deduct the amount of any item from your AccountIf we are unable to, or have reason to believe we will be unable to, collect the money from the applicable account holderWe may also charge you a fee if this happens and the item is returned to us unpaid.”
