We have had a service plan with them for some time now, They have been charging us $a month, they never call to schedule the service as the say they will, and their "guarantee" they have on their site is falseNever had a problem with our unit until they stated messing with it, We got them in the fall of in the spring of the unit would not work they came out charged us to fix itnow again the spring of had to pay againThey also said NO Warranty so much for that advertisement on their site5/13/Horrible service, They do not stand by/offer a

Bill Bwas very pleasant and well informed, He corrected the problem and offered other options, and when I declined at this time he did not persistHe discovered that one problem was still under warranty and did not charge for fixing it

Don't be fooled, their tu"special" is a joke; they will only give you that special when it works for themBUT not when they have service calls rolling in that they can bill at a higher billing rateMove on to a company that honors their commitments and follows up on promises.....I used their online scheduling request form; they called back and we got their $AC tu"special" on the calendar several weeks out The night before the scheduled tu(less than hours notice) I received a call that they were unable to make it out the following day and to call to reschedule When I called back and talked to the service rep Christian, he said that they have all "no-cools" to cover and had no technicians to cover our appointmentHe also gave me a line that it was "the law" that they had to cover no-cools, when I asked him to clarify what law, he said the state of MN requires that they cover any place that reports a no-cool because you know, kids and elderly When I told him I had rescheduled my work to stay home that day and that they could stop by at anytime he said that he couldn't make that happen His only resolve was to offer to reschedule me and put a "don't not reschedule" flag on itWhen I told him this was really poor service, I asked to have a Service Manager call me backHe took my info and confirmed my phone number, but I never got a call backI would have been happy with SOMETHING for my inconvenience, perhaps even just a flimsy furnace filter!

Do not hire Genz-ryan, they charge flat rates for any work done and said flat rates are insanely expensiveWe paid $for a garbage disposal replacement that took less than hour and I provided the new disposal! I should have cancelled the appointment that I had to wait days for anyways

Joel P performed an exemplary job for us He efficiently repalced our kitchen faucet to remedy our leak, rebuilt the bathroom sink stopper, fixed a leak in our water supply pipe, and did a major job in fixing our hydronic heating system which was not circulating in the pipes That involved a new air device, circulating pump, and additive to protect against future corrosion in the pipes
