Nick Mfrom Genz-Ryan did a great job of first assessing the issues with my air conditioner and secondly laying out the options to me along with explaining what those options will all correct with my system He was straight forward without overselling or being to pushy I would have no issues with recommending Genz-Ryan or Nick to anyone based on my experience Nick completed the work in a timely manner and my air conditioner is once again working great

Genz-Ryan truly earned the Torch Award for Ethics when my furnace failed last week From my first call to the honest assessment of cost to repair vs cost to replace , to the installation and inspection teams, all personnel were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient They also used drop cloths to keep snow from being tracked in, removed the old furnace & accessories and left my home as clean as when they arrived!
