Had repeat visit for Furnace issue after only week Costed more money for 2nd fix now hope stays repaired for awhileOpted not to get new furnace at this time

I agreed to purchase a new HVAC system with installation from GenzRyan The offer was on the sales person's tablet and he verbally discussed the products that were bring offered and agreed to alone with the warranty Warranty has parts once directly from GenzRyan and the other is the parts warranty from the manufacture I asked when I would receive this information in writing and the sales person (Steve ***) told me that I would get this in an email
The ONLY documentation I received via email was the invoice that listed a general HVAC description and NOT the specific information about what manufacture(s) and module number(s) were to be installed This invoice also incorrectly listed the GenzRyan part of the warranty at years "Can't write a check" and while the sales person was in my home he told me and I agreed to the year "Can't write a check" warranty I have NEVER received any information about the manufactures warranty part as I was told I would

Storm damage, understood my urgent situation They were so accommodating and helpful I had a new water heater the same day I called Matt Mwas kind and sympathetic to my situation He was efficient and thoroughly explained all my options Matt will be the reason I continue to use Genz-Ryan

We had a serious leaking faucet in our upstairs bathroom tub Bill evaluated the situation and came up with several possible solutions and pricing Our house is over years old so the plumbing was in need of up grading to bring this bathroom up to code and fix the leaks The project was completed this past week and we are very pleased with the end product Bill and his helper Mark were very professional, neat, and friendly We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Genz-Ryan

It started with a 1st time call to GenzRyan Phone was answere by Wendy, she was so cheerful and ready to help ! A great first impression!!! She got a message out and within 30mins, I received a call confirming a plumber named Matt MWould be here shortly!!! And he was indeed!!! Matt came in and introduced himself and proceeded to say I know what caused your problems!! Matt was absolutely amazing!!! He was able to deliver the worse devastating news to us, as to what took place in our home caused by a faulty Water SoftenerEveryone should be made aware of the aftermath of the catastrophic mess and damage it does!!! However, Matt walked us through it, piece by piece, and with the patience of Job! No pressure at anytime!! Sweetest Man ever, You can't pay him enough!! He is amazing, and at his job as well!
He came to our house around 4PM and left around 9:PM He said he would not leave, until we had running water and at least one toilet before he left!! Actually he got toilets working and running water before he left! Not only did we find a awesome Plumber and Plumbing Company but, also a wonderful friend!!

Christy provided a very clear explanation of the process for my plumbing emergency service! Alex was awesome! He explained everything that was impacted from our plumbing emergency after he got the water flow stopped quickly He educated me on what he needed to do to and the cost to do it I was very comfortable authorizing him to do the repair because he was so impressively qualified, and was able to shut off the water flow when I could not

I had a small leak in valve resolved and water heater flushedLance was courteous and professional

Noah is an excellent techwho took his time to explain my options concerning the part I needed for my garage gas heater I would request him again for future service

Noah was excellent to work with He diagnosed the situation and took the necessary steps to fix the problem

My house is years old and my furnace was originally installed by Genz-RyanIn the night of Black Friday (Nov 25, 2016) my furnace motor stopped running as my friend tried to installed a programmable thermostat (NEST) without turning furnace power offI called Genz_Ryan next morning (Nov 26, 2016) and the technician came to inspect and he fixed it within minThe motor was blowing hot airAfter the easy fix, the technician explained that the motor might be stopped again anytime and recommended me to replace the whole thing by energy efficiency motor or equipmentHe suggested me that I could have saved tons of money by replacing motor by energy efficiency motor and filterHe gave me a price range for the replacement between $2,- $10,I asked him the price seems ridiculously highHe explained that it would take long time to replace the "Whole Thing" and the parts (Motor) is expensive oneHe promised to tell me the Motor/parts brand name if I were agreed upon his price

We scheduled a service call on a Friday and found out we needed to replace our furnaceThere were no appointments available on Saturday, so they scheduled it for first thing on Monday morningThey provided us with space heaters to keep our home warm throughout the weekend (the temps got down below over the weekend) which was really nice! Tom *** and Chris *** came out to install the furnace and were amazingI work from home and they were quiet and respectful while in the basementOnce finished, they ran through everything with meIt was a great experience (other than our furnace going out of course)

Ryan was great He was very knowledgable and professional and explained everything very clearly

Matt Marrived on time and was friendly and easy to work with He made sure I was comfortable with the estimate for the work I chose to have done and did a great job I'd recommend him to my friends and family

We have been satisfied customers of Genz-Ryan for almost yearsSo thankful they could come out on a Saturday when we had no A/CNick Mdid a great job figuring out the problem and explaining our options to repair or replace Appreciate the fine trustworthy service over the years

Genz-Ryan Our furnace went out this am, and we called about 8am By 10am Richie Rimer was here and helping us out He was very professionalOur system is years old, so we knew it was going to happen sooner or later He gave us several options and was through going over each option He offered space heaters for the night and they'll be back in the morning with a new furnace and air conditioning unit Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

Noah did a great job cleaning up our A/C and troubleshooting the control panel which prevented our unit from running
Now with warmer weather it is a blessing to have a working A/C!
Thanks Noah for your professionalism in getting the job done

Jeff arrived right on the button and was very courteous and friendly job well done !
