We had an issue with the main water valve in our home in which we had to coordinate our city department and a plumber to be here at the same time Genz-Ryan was nice enough to set a specific time they could be at my house instead of a window of time, which allowed it all to work out perfectly Matt was a professional and explained everything to me, fixed it in a timely manner and he was extremely friendly I'd recommend him to everyone

RE: New water heater purchase & installation - The company named herein was going to charge me $for a gallon water heater installation I paid them $just to show up and observe the problem with my old water heater, etc The very same day they were at my house, I called and got Home Depot to install a new, like water heater for $ Genz-Ryan was going to charge me more than "twice" as much as did Home Depot! Home Depot's subcontractors, *** ***, sent two young men to install my new water heater, and they were "in and out", job completed in about an hour My advice, be sure you shop around when needing any services for your home! I still can't believe the exorbitant price quoted by Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating

Genz-Ryan initially did good work on my boiler but then offered horrible customer service since then for other areas of service I would not recommend this company for future use
