Alberto was nothing short of amazing during his visit to our home today He was respectful, resourceful, and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the situation we had with our air conditioner He explained everything that was going on so I was able to understand it, and he gave us all of our options going forward I want to thank him over and over for all that he did during his visit today

We worked with Tom & Lance to replace our hot water heater and the service was outstandingThey were both very personable and knowledgeable about the productWhile the cost of the water heater and installation was more than what we were looking for, we made the decision to move forward based on the great service and dependable quality that comes with Genz-Ryan and their teamThank you Tom and Lance!!

We have an annual contract with Genz-Ryan to examine our appliances and make repairs In late February Noah Fieldseth performed an analysis on our Amana furnace which was replaced about six months ago by Genz-Ryan Noah discovered water sitting in the bottom of one furnace level His follanalysis found that a combustion mixer had five-inch gap with no glue from which the water was leaking This was a manufacturer's part defect and the part needed to be ordered and replaced Genz-Ryan made the replacement two days later for no charge Noah also found a wiring error in the new installation so that the humidifier was not turning off when the furnace turned off

Our home's hot water heater broke down and we called Genz-Ryan They had someone out to our home within hours Dave *** was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with He promptly fixed our water heater, and answered all of our questions I would highly recommend Genz-Ryan Heating and Plumbing, and Dave *** specificallyThanks

Tyler is very personable and knowledgeable Our air condition had three problems, and he presented us with multiple solutions to fix it and multiple options for purchasing a new system He took his time to answer all our questions - there were a lot of them - in a "no pressure" manner so we were able to make the best choice for us Tyler establishes rapport easily and knows his craft like he has been in the business for twenty years or more He is an excellent representative of your company

I had a problem with my bill after my work was completed Called up Richie at Genz-Ryan and he took care of me to my satisfaction by making it right

Overall a positive experienceOur furnace had gone outThe tech explained the five or six different options that were available, and explained each one showing the positives and negatives of each optionHe acted in a very professional manner and answered all of our questions

Billy was able to assess the problem with my new furnace within minutesHe was extremely nice and personableUnfortunately Billy had to come out because a tiny detail was missed (gas switch wadn’t Turned on)

Matt responded to a call regarding my reverse osmosis system He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the faulty part, and got the system running - perfectly Matt has responded to my plumbing issues in past years He is very personable, highly professional, and very knowledgable A total pleasure to deal with! It was also a pleasure to work with Cherie at Customer Service She kept me advised of the Matt's arrival time, carefully explained my options, and was very upbeat throughout My thanks to them both!

Jimmy was great He can to do my annual maintenance visit on my Air conditioner He was fast and efficient with his and my time He was one of the best employees I have had come out from Genz-Ryan

Genz-Ryan just finished installing a new Amana furnaceEverything went like clockwork: the removal of our furnace & hauling it away-- assembling the new one and an electrician to bring it to codeAll the techs were excellent and easy to work withAlways on time

The service man was prompt, respectful and articulateI had called the company to correct the filter access door on a furnace they installed a couple of years ago Because of the tight fit of the furnace, the original installer needed to create an access panel for the filter on the side He created a door type panel out of sheet metalAfter many filter changes, I continued to find the panel difficult to use and cut my hand on the metal The encond service man ordered a magnetic panel which will be much easier to use Because the service call was to remedy their work, I was surprised by the $service charge My overall experience with Genz Ryan is that they do good work but are very expensiveThis creates a positive/negative response of stars

We are quite satisfied with the work and the techs who assisted usI was also surprised by the cost of the partsBut, since I had not been involved with anything in the plumbing and heating industry for many years, I guess that's inflationOverall a positive experience!
