Tyler is very personable and knowledgeable Our air condition had three problems, and he presented us with multiple solutions to fix it and multiple options for purchasing a new system He took his time to answer all our questions - there were a lot of them - in a "no pressure" manner so we were able to make the best choice for us Tyler establishes rapport easily and knows his craft like he has been in the business for twenty years or more He is an excellent representative of your company

Matt responded to a call regarding my reverse osmosis system He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the faulty part, and got the system running - perfectly Matt has responded to my plumbing issues in past years He is very personable, highly professional, and very knowledgable A total pleasure to deal with! It was also a pleasure to work with Cherie at Customer Service She kept me advised of the Matt's arrival time, carefully explained my options, and was very upbeat throughout My thanks to them both!

Noah F was excellent He was timely, meticulous about his work, and very polite Answered questions with ease

We have an annual contract with Genz-Ryan to examine our appliances and make repairs In late February Noah Fieldseth performed an analysis on our Amana furnace which was replaced about six months ago by Genz-Ryan Noah discovered water sitting in the bottom of one furnace level His follanalysis found that a combustion mixer had five-inch gap with no glue from which the water was leaking This was a manufacturer's part defect and the part needed to be ordered and replaced Genz-Ryan made the replacement two days later for no charge Noah also found a wiring error in the new installation so that the humidifier was not turning off when the furnace turned off

Overall a positive experienceOur furnace had gone outThe tech explained the five or six different options that were available, and explained each one showing the positives and negatives of each optionHe acted in a very professional manner and answered all of our questions
