I had a problem with my furnace and contacted Genz-Ryan to come out and take a look They let me know that it would be in the afternoon and that was right when Zach showed up Genz even gave me a call about minutes prior to his arrival so I was able to get home from workZach showed up and was able to determine the cause of my issue I was impressed with his troubleshooting skills and the steps he took to figure out what was causing my heat not to run After we figured it out, he was open and honest about the solutions We agreed on the correct solution for me and he was able to get the heat running Great experience! I hope, should I have any other issues, that Zach is the tech sent to my house!

The service man was prompt, respectful and articulateI had called the company to correct the filter access door on a furnace they installed a couple of years ago Because of the tight fit of the furnace, the original installer needed to create an access panel for the filter on the side He created a door type panel out of sheet metalAfter many filter changes, I continued to find the panel difficult to use and cut my hand on the metal The encond service man ordered a magnetic panel which will be much easier to use Because the service call was to remedy their work, I was surprised by the $service charge My overall experience with Genz Ryan is that they do good work but are very expensiveThis creates a positive/negative response of stars
