I signed up for a free sample products, and am getting charged $160+ per month repeatedly. They will not suspend this process & need prosecution.
In 2019 I responded to an offer for a free sample of keto products. The offer was for 2 different items. Without any authorization from me, they started monthly shipments of this, charging me 160+ to my credit card. I've tried contacting them asking for cancellation, and contacting my credit card company but they are still sending the products, and I can't get it stopped.

Desired Outcome

I would like the shipments immediately stopped, the charges to my credit card immediately stopped, and a refund of all charges made since the first free order was shipped. I didn't agree to the charges.

Called to cancel subscription but all numbers no longer in service senior citizen can not afford any longer fixed income
I have tried calling every number I can find on this company to cancel this monthly subscription. Every number is out of service. I can not find a way to get in touch. I have retired and am on a fixed income and can no longer afford this. But I can not get in touch with any one to cancel. I will never ever buy anything from them again and tell everyone I know to not buy from them.

Ordered what I thought was a one time trial size and ended up getting charged a month supply.
My complainant is the same thing as all the other ones. Order what I thought was two one time purchase and ended up getting charged $80+ more dollars for each. At first I didn't recognize the charge on my credit card activity and asked them to dispute it. Once we figured out what it was I called the company to complain and they offered me half of my money back for both of my two bottles. I mentioned how I open up a dispute as I didn't know what the charge was for and the company told me it was no problem I will still get refunded half my amount and cancelled my membership. I never saw the money back and they rejected my dispute with the credit card company. I called back to try and get half my money back at least and they said yes we see that was offered but you opened up a dispute and your account has been closed. They said we can't refund you money once the account is closed. This companies response with its in our term agreements is ridiculous. They have false marketing and embed these additional charges in a long paragraph that no one reads instead of being up front about how it works. I was especially disappointed that during these times we are all struggling they are stealing money from people. It makes me disappointed there are hundred of complaints about this company yet they are continue to sell their products. Social media needs to block these advertisements!

This company has the worst, sketchiest and most deceitful practices I've come in contact with.On June 9th, I purchased a trail of Number One Keto. It was delivered on the 15th. On the 26th of June, I was billed for $89. I didn't notice that charge, unfortunately. On July 29th, I was charged again for $89. 3 charges. 2 products were sent. When I called, they said that they auto sign you up (without alerting you) and you have to cancel within 14 days or you will get charged an ADDITIONAL $89, on top of what you paid for the trail. And then they charge you $89 every month after that. After the trial period, they do not email you again with new tracking numbers or any kind of alert.They refused to refund or partial refund.I had a weird feeling about it when I first placed the trial order so I read all of the fine print text, NO WHERE did they say this was a reoccurring charge or subscription.

I ordered free samples that I paid the shipping on. Which should have been approximately $18.00. A month later I was billed $190.00 for the product. I contacted the company and they said they sent an email that stated if I didn't like the product I had to cancel or I would be billed. I searched my entire email and received no such email. When I called I requested they send me a copy of the email and they couldn't or wouldn't. I insisted they cancel any subscription they have me down for and that they not charge my card in the future. I have also disputed the current charges with my credit card company.

Refund was issued which was requested initially.

I requested a partial order so I could see if it would work then I was charged $6.84 and $6.82. I was then charged $89.82 and $89.84. I called them the support person said the small amount was for shipping for the item the larger charges was for the items they said I ordered. I only ordered one item. Support automatically said I can only refund $80 for both items. He did not even listen to me when I was saying I only ordered one item.

I recieved the refund.

In June I ordered a free trial of KetoOne, the order process forced a 2nd bottle of Detox onto the order with the Keto one. There was not an option to remove it. It was included as additional free trial. I paid $6.82 and $6.84 for shipping. In July our bank account was billed 89.84 and 89.64 for the bottles. We called Numberone Nutra, the person on the phone said we were billed because we did not call after 14 days to opt out. NOWHERE on the order (#EXXXXXXXXX) does it say a phone call was needed after 14 days or our account would be billed additional charges. There was NO paperwork with any instructions included in the package when the bottles arrived. After being place on hold multiple times they said they would refund $120. SO I was billed $89 per bottle but they are only refunding $60 per bottle so it was not a free trial and they are still charging me 30 each for the 2 bottles. That is not a free trial and the full charge of $89 per bottle should be refunded!!!

I will be completely satisfied when the final $59.66 has been deposited back in my bank account.

This company is charging my 15-year-olds savings account. She saw this claim for weight loss pills and a free trial with payment of shipping 13.66. Then no way to cancel and let's not forget she is only 15. When these pills are 18+. They started charging her account 89+ 2 times a month. A 15-year-olds account! I found the charges in her statement and looked into it and reached out to them they said I can mail the pills back a which she only got a month supply in which I will gladly mail-back she is not allowed to take this stuff. However, they would only refund $60 as a nice gesture the lady said on the phone they took $193 out of her account in total and they will refund $60. Are you kidding me? How are companies like this allowed to do this? No to mention to a minor. What am I suppose to do to get her money back?

I ordered a trial offer with no knowledge that they would set me up with a subscription 3-4 months now have been taking different amounts out
I order a trial offer and I guess they enrolled me in a subscription . I did not sign up for a subscription since I believe April or May this company has been taking money off my debit card twice a month one month it was 2 payments of $89 and last month it was 2 payments of $82 and some change I believe then the months before was about the same I have been trying to call left messages but no one has called back I have all unopen packages of the product and I need that money back all payments except ?$6 and change are not authorized. And it is a debit card issued from a bank for only Social Security benefits to be put on .. I'm hoping you can get me these payments back as it is causing a financial hardship .

Cancelled my order right after making it because I was charged for more than I agreed to. Was told I would get a refund if I called customer service.
I cancelled my order for ketogeniks right after I made it because I was charged more than I agreed upon and felt it was a scam. I chatted online right away and they said my order was cancelled and not coming by mail. I asked about my refund and they said for that I need to call customer service. I called and they insist the package has already been sent and I cannot get a refund. Then they hung up on me. I want a refund for everything since product is not coming.

Like other complaints from previous customers, I haven't been able to contact this business ever and they continue to charge me every month.
The only reference number I can find is what was charged my card since April 2020 under the name STANDRD*DETOX-GOLD.COM 8888326014 FL.
