We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.
Your trial started when you placed the order on 01/28/2020 and ended on 06/09/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

We have cancelled your account and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $588.82 without the need to return any of our products.

On 01/10/20, I ordered a free sample of Ketogenixs and paid $6.84 for shipping. I search the ad for details of future commitment, found none.
After ordering a "free" bottle of Ketogeniks, I couldn't tolerate them, so I stopped taking them. At the end of January I left for my home for an extended vacation to AZ, the post office was holding my mail. On my return home around March 4th., I found I had been charged $89.84 at the end of Jan. & February. I searched for a telephone number, address unable to locate anything but an address i@ 464 Common St. #207 Belmont, MA 02478. I sent a letter to tell them to discontinue to draw money for my checking account. The first three charges were made by Deluxe Weight Loss. In March and April, they withdrew $89.84 from my account around the 27th of the month, these withdrawals were made by Wellness Nutra Labz. I feel they change names and addresses every few months to avoid being contacted for stop orders. By the way the tiny phone number on the bottle, unable to be read without a magnifying glass is not a working number, it tells you they cannot take calls at that number. I have not been assigned a customer or ID number. The only paperwork I rec'd is the original order for $6.84 for shipping.

I ordered these based on their deceptive ad that it was a "free" sample. I did scour the ad I ordered from for future commitment, I could not find any. Unfortunately, I was out of town for a couple months after original delivery and was unaware of the subsequent deliveries and withdrawals from my checking account, since my mail was being held by USPS. At the beginning of April, I sent a letter to the only address I could find:464 Common St. #207, Belmont, MA 02478, I got no reply. In April, I called the only telephone number I could find, It was a phone that couldn't receive calls. I think it's possible they changed names to avoid being contacted, from Deluxe Weight Loss to Wellness Nutra Labz in April. This company takes advantage of people through unscrupulous means of conducting their sleazy business. I would request a refund of $179.68, the months that I was home to receive the pills myself, being the months of April and May 2020.

Today is July 2,, 2020. If this e-check was cut on June 12th, per Ketogenix response, I should have received the check by now. They said 7-10 business days, today is the 14th day. I have checked by spam folder, I have received nothing.I cannot say I am surprised, I feel they are scammers!

Items were suppose to be free but my credit card was charged 89+ 2 times in one month. I have tried and tried to contact but all numbers say they not
used Discover card for payment. They charged my credit card 89 dollars twicein one month and there isnt a phone number I can find that works or no answer. I left message

payment was not returned to my account its been 25 days now.I did talk with Discover agent and they said with all the corona virus andd problems with it that it could take 30 days So I will wait to see. thanks

I returned two shipments of KetoGeniks product and have not received a refund.
I returned two orders: #*** and #*** as instructed by an agent in a phone call on 3/11/2020. I have waited over 10 weeks for a credit card refund and have had no action. I have tried calling the customer service number and it is no longer a working number.

Purchased dietary product, Ketogeniks and Number One Keto. On April 22,2020, billed 89.84 twice and 6.82, twice. Have not used product.

On May 24, 2020, billed, again 89.82, twice. Received product, May 30. I did not order this. Called number on box. Disconnected.

I want funds returned to account.

These were billed debit, but, to best of my knowledge, card used is a credit card. This is not right.

Company sent 3 packages to the wrong address.
This company sent 3 packages to *** instead of *** which was given to them. 2 phone calls to them did nothing to change the error in their system. I am being charged almost $300 for products I never received.

Received a product I did not request today. Noticed on my credit card statement just this morning that I have been charged $39 in April and $89 this!
Today May 25, 2020 received a bottle of kenogeniks that I did not want or request. Was charged $49 in April and $89 may 22, 2020 with no notice to my credit card. I do not want this product!!

They do not adequately disclose their terms, and when I had an issue with unwanted product, their directions and promises were lacking and incomplete.
Purchased Online what I was led to believe was a trial amount of product, saw no results and later discovered I was charged full price for the trial amount ( vs s/h ) . By the time I realized this, I was billed again for the next shipment. I called, cancelled and returned product, but was not credited properly. I disputed the charges with my cc company, but they were told that I had agreed to these terms. The cc company asked me to work with the keto company customer service, but they cannot do anything because I had disputed the charges. This is a scam and I am out of pocket over $250 for no value. I asked for the information by email to share with my cc company but they will do do so.

Unauthorized charges made to my charge account and asked for return of money for return of product that I did not order.
I ordered a 30 day of keto Geniks. I saw nowhere of that to call and cancel within a time period. They sent another order and charged my account. I called and asked return of money and thought it was resolved. I had to send pills back and they would return my money. Well they later charged my again for more pills I have not received those yet. Now they are saying they can't return the money because it's been more than 30 days but it was less than 30 days when I called them the first time. The young lady refused to give me information about the CEO or CFO of company because it was a private company. I just want my money back. There was no phone number on the page there was no receipt or other paperwork in box on delivery. I had no way of contacting these people. They are a fraudulent company. I never would have bothered if they had not used Al Roker's name.

They charged my account 89.82 and 89.84 on March 25 they returned 80.00 back to card with a promise to return 99.66 when they received the pills. They have been returned. Now they charged my account again on April 23 another 89.82 and 89.84 after I told them I did not want their product. I want my money back.

I was charged after canceling via email for both bottles sent to me and I asked my bank to block the charges. They provided some bogus on line documents saying that I agreed to the charges which I never clicked on online. I called 3 times and never got through and now their website doesn't exist anymore. Complete scam and hack company. Ketogeniks is a fake company with fake products.

I have not received credit and one shipment was never received and never received credit for it. I cannot return something I never received. I would gladly return the one product I did receive but could get information on how to return and it was not authorized to be shipped. I was charged for three shipments and agreed to pay for the first but nothing after that. No type of paperwork came with the very first shipment. So no direction on how to proceed. Finally got through on the one phone call to cancel. I feel I have been ripped off

The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment is because you have already requested one with with your bank. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

site promises "free trial" of a weight loss product for $12 they than start charging your credit card and keep sending product without my permission.

This is an advertising scam in which the site promises a "free trial" of a weight loss product in exchange for the $12 cost of "shipping and handling" and then without telling the buyer, requires an "opt out" to cancel further credit card charges of $180. The company provides no physical address and uses a 3rd party cloud-based shipping company. there is no contact information included with the packages and I have not been able to contact them to cancel this product and get refunded for the unauthorized transactions. As of May 12th I have received six boxes that I never authorized.

I requested a sample of this product. I never received any product at all. I have been charged multiple times.
I requested a sample of this product. I never received it. The company has charged me 89.99 twice 3 days apart. I am unable to contact the company. The phone number only gives a busy signal no matter when you call. I have emailed with no response. I contacted my bank and had to cancel my debit card to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Again I have been charged multiple times and received no product.

We attempted to search her information across all database and she does not come up.

On 03/14/2020 I responded to ad that NATURAL PURE KETO offered free sample bottle. It said the price was $6.84 for shipping charge.
On 03/14/2020 I responded to an ad that KETOGENIKS KETO offered free sample bottle of Natural pure Keto It said the price is $6.84 for shipping charge. On 03/14/2020 my debit card was charge $6.84 for ZONEONEPRODUCTZ-KETOGT. On 03/31/2020 my debit card was charge $89.84 for ZONEONEPRODUCTZ-KETOGT There is no reason for charge to my account. I did not receive any products besides what I originally ordered the free sample bottle of Natural pure Keto. The Ad don't said nothinh about a contract, nothing about subsciption,nothing about further purchase.

I want a full refund $ 89.84

I baught what was one bottle for $6.84, I got 2 bottles they charged me $89. Twice. The pills made me very sick I had diarrhea and bloatin.
The pills were advertised and $6.48 for 1 bottle. I was sent to bottles charged twice, 2 weeks later I was charged $89 for each bottle. Then a month later another 2 bottles arrived in the mail I returned them to sender because I did not want nor did I order them( the 1st ones made me so sick). They charged me again $89 two times. They refused and argued would not give me credit for the pills I returned, they only give me partial credit.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded $89 four times, which is the amount they charged my card. The company lied they said their pills were $6.48. Furthermore their product made me sick, anywhere else if something makes you sick you take it back, they give you the money back no questions asked. These people refused to refund me than my money

I want my money back/ I am very upset they said it was a membership fee!!!! $83.94 and thn 7 days later $88.67 for a FREE TRIAL of 7.99 what a rip off then to put Oprah on the site trying to make it trust worthy!!! During this crisis I wnted to try something for myself. Then to be ripped off like this is just so unjust. Please refund my money Please. I am a senior who didn't know any better.

Deceptive trade practice. Free trial didn't disclose price of the noneffective product on cellular advertising. Review webpage on cellular.refund
The product came with no insert with the information provided neither about the free trial price it stated only shipping and handling. Request a refund of $90 that my card was charged without advance notice. I pray refund is provided on the deceptive trade practices of the company probably.

Due to the deceptive trade practices I like a refund of $90 credited back to my credit card.
