I canceled after first order and they charged me for two more bottles because I canceled.
On 1/2/20 I purchased 2 bottles of their keto diet supplements to try. The supplement did nothing for me so I emailed and canceled. They charged me for two more bottles anyway so I contacted customer service. Their response was "What you had was a free trial where you get to try the product for a limited time. We sent you a full month's supply, not a sample size. When your trial expired and because you have not cancelled, you were billed the full price of the products that you have in your possession as agreed to by the Terms & Conditions of the Trial Program when you placed the order." So now, I was charged two times for the 2 trial bottles I received and was not at all happy with. Screenshots of charges attached. In the email they tell me to call so they can 'help you with the charges'. I don't need help, I need a refund and I do not need to spend my time calling them so they can try to manipulate me more.

Desired Outcome

Refund the $19 and the $18 charged on 2/7/20 and stop ripping customers off.

I have checked my account multiple times and there is no refund and nothing pending. When/if it shows up I will update here.

Revdex.com, I still feel the business is taking advantage of the consumer. It's absurd that you can place the order online but you MUST call to cancel. It's simply a tactic for them to discourage you from canceling and giving them an opportunity to talk you out of canceling.

Got free trial. Then was charged full price. Was told I didnt cancel. I did cancel when I saw the charges. Had no idea it was an auto delivery thing.
Ketogenics order BXXXXXA76D. Shipped Jan 6, 2020. Received Jan. 10. Had no idea this was an auto delivery program and had to cancel. Charged $89.82 & $89.44 on Jan 23. Upon seeing the charges on my credit card Jan 28 I sent email cancelling. Received email back stating this was cancelled on Jan 28. I didn't know I had to cancel so I don't know how quick I had to cancel. Apparently not long since I got charged the full price 13 days after receipt.

Desired Outcome

Want a refund and make the auromatic auto delivery program extremely clear on website. Like have a thing to click on agreeing to the program.

Billed three times at $89+ each for items never ordered or received.
Ordered a bottle of diet pills for $6.84 on 1/21/2020 but another bottle of detox pills for $6.82 was automatically included in the order that I did not want or agree to. These were offered as a "free trial" with no information about additional pricing or cancellation. Today, 2/ 27/2020, I received a bottle of detox pills, so I checked my credit card billing details and discovered that I was charged twice on 2/6/2020 for $89.82 and &89.84. I have no idea what those charges were for. I did not receive any products in the mail. I was also charged $89.82 on 2/24/2020. That could possibly be the charge for the pills that arrived today?
Shortly after I received the first two bottles, I realized this was a scam, so I never opened any of the three bottles that I received. They are still factory sealed and I would be glad to ship them back if the company wants them.
The bottles arrive in a box with no billing details or ordering information. They have absolutely nothing that states that I agreed to pay for anything more than the first two bottles.
Their e-mail address, [email protected], is fake. Their phone number, 866-225-9530 is active but no one answers it.

Desired Outcome

I have been fraudulently charged $89.82 + $89.84 + $89.82 = $269.48 on my credit card. I need these charges restored back to my card.

I accept that the three fraudulent charges made to my credit card have been refunded, however my initial complaint is true, but their explanation is not.

Returned products after I learned I had been tricked by their advertising.
See an ad the says "free bottle, pay only shipping". Thought this is a good way to see if it works. So I went to the link and ordered a bottle. And as I was "checking out" they offered an additional bottle and pay only shipping. All you have to do is check mark this box. I unknowingly was signing up for a product that bills at $89.82 and $89.84 each bottle. Once I received them, I put them in a drawer and hadn't even tried them yet when another bottle shows up. Then, I realized that I had 3 charges totaling $269.48 had been put on my credit card. Above and beyond the shipping costs I had already been billed for. Called them immediately to cancel whatever it was I unknowing signed up for, by getting these products. Also, packed all three bottles up and returned them. Called to check on my refund, 6 weeks after they received all the returned items, only to be told I only had 14 days to return them and there is nothing they can do.

Was a very deceitful advertisement. They have their products back in full. Want my money back.

Wish the terms were as visible as your Instagram ad, as it was in your last post. The spaces between paragraphs really help them stand out now. We're the dollar amounts and the days to return before $89.82 and $89.84 dollar amounts get charged to your card, on the ad? Or anywhere on the order form, that you didn't have to click on a link to see them? And if they were so crystal clear, how come you got them wrong in your reply? You still took me for $179.66.

I encountered the same issue as others. I came across the ad on Facebook for a "free bottle" of keto and another free bottle for their detox product and I only had to pay for shipping and handling. in about two weeks, I was charged from the same company about $180. Now they claim it was not a "free bottle", instead a "free trial". I had taken a screenshot of the advertisement as I was a bit skeptical of the offer. Nowhere did it confirm during the order process that there were any additional charges, neither in the order confirmation email nor did they include any information in the shipping box with the pills. the company said that I have to return the bottles and pay for return shipping and i'm out of the shipping cost I initially paid. credit card company is aware of the scam but said that I have to pay to return the bottles and they request them to refund shipping cost. they can only work with the $90 charges. this is a scam and the company needs to be investigated! their advertisement is fake.

my free trial order was not free I paid shipping charges of 6.95 got my 2 bottles. that's the ONLY payment they were to take out of my banking debit card. And they have taken out 3 payments of $89.00 without my permission. This IS Fraud, ripping people off. Please do something about this awful scam.

Looking to be refunded the entire amount of charges for a subscription I never signed up for.
I paid the shipping and handling for KetoGeniks keto and detox supplement on 2/11/2020 and the items were delivered on 2/14/2020. On 2/27/2020 a charge for $89.84 was posted to my account. After staying on the phone with KetoGeniks for over an hour I successfully managed to cancel the subscription I never signed up for and get $40.00 refunded to my account. I have asked the supervisor (Maria) that I spoke to to send the "terms and conditions" to me via email and to no ones surprise that email isn't coming through. I did however receive the cancellation of my subscription emails and my $40.00 refund email. Would appreciate receiving the remaining $49.84 back to my card since the "terms and conditions" that I never signed somehow cannot be sent to me.

They have taken 89.84 x2 from my credit card account.(unauthorized).

I ordered a weight loss pill for 6.00 on 1/3/20.Recieved product.On 1/20 and 2/20 89.40 was billed to my credit card.No further product was ordered or received. When I called I was told that no refund would be given My bank has been notified and they are trying to retrieve my money.

They billed me for "subscription" to product beyond the free trial when nothing was noted about this in free trial box or online.
I decided to try the sample offer keto pills - just pay shipping, it said.
I was watching for negative things about the offer as I filled out data but saw none.
When I hit enter, the screen flipped and the detox item also popped up and wouldn't let me NOT order it too.
Seemed a little sketchy, but they already had my info on the first part and I wanted to give the trial the best chance for success so I proceeded.
1/6/20 credit card charged. for the shipping and1 email w/tracking info arrived.
Product arrived couple days later, just two bottles in a box, nothing else
Container said take 1/day for 30days to acclimate to product and then 2 a day after.
To me, this would indicate a trial period of at least 30 days, after which, I would expect some contact from the company regarding further purchases or opinion on product.
1/22 my credit card was billed 2 separate lines 89.84 & 89.82 which I didn't authorize or realize had happened
I am not sure what these billings were for as nothing ever arrived, no invoice, no product, no email to indicate a shipment
Feb 10th or so a pkg arrived with 1 bottle detox item, no info, no email, no invoice
Paying bills on 2/20 I checked my statements and found 3 charges from them as now there is another Feb charge for $89.82
I messaged my credit card co to dispute charges.
2/22 I called the number on bottle (unopened) 1-866-225-9530 and asked to have charges reversed and said I would send back bottle
The guy (I don't believe he gave his name) offered me $40 courtesy reduction but would not refund.
He claimed the online info stated that I had to call in canceling a subscription within the specified time or I was agreeing to these charges.
Again, I was watching for this type of thing and saw nothing like that.
He also said if I send back the bottle, there will be a $70 restocking fee.
I told him I want all charges reversed & asked who I needed to talk to.
He said 'just a minute' and put me on hold. I eventually hung up as it seemed an excessive amount of time.(After a bit of waiting, I decided to google Revdex.com and find that they had done this to other people as well. I figured he wasn't going to pick up again)
Apparently others have struggled with this company with little resolution so I am not hopeful that I can resolve this on my own.
My bank has sent this to their disputes department.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the three charges of $89+, take down "my account" and not send me anything more, and I want them to purge my credit card number from their system. And I do not want this showing on my credit report if they put it there.

The 3 charges, which should not have occurred in the first place, were reversed and they have deleted "my account'. With that I am satisfied. I still believe this is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with as they maintain that there were terms that I agreed to. Either these terms were hidden or so obscure that a reasonable person looking for a "catch" would not have seen them. I'd like to believe that they truly didn't realize their website didn't show them but my phone call with their customer service and the lack of response to my email inquiry, suggest otherwise to me.

Ketogeniks Nutra From their ad I ordered a free trial of Ketogeniks for the cost of shipping, approximately. $7.00. The ad stated that I should further order a detox product for better results. I refused the detox product. There was no mention of subscription as I double checked since I was burned before. There was also no mention of the cost of the detox product, again double checked but was not concerned since I refused this product. Within two weeks I received a shipment in a unmarked box with a bottle of Keto and a bottle of detox. No further instructions for use, no packing slip, no bill. I checked my bank statement to find I was billed $98.84 and 84.82 by a company called BodyPerfect. I called the customer service number on the bottle to be greeted by a woman with a heavy accent that was not informed on company policy. She went to check with her supervisor, only to come back and offer me a $30.00 rebate. I wrote an email note to the company in complaint to be told by email that they would suspend my account but refunds must go through customer service. The next day I received a second bottle of detox, never ordered and a deduction of 84.82 from my checking account. I called cust. svc. the next morning and she was better informer but could only offer a refund of $30.00 for the 2 detox (never ordered) and $25.00 for the keto.but I need to notify the company of further complaints. Wrote a second email and have not gotten a reply. So they were paid $269.48 for a $7.00 transaction and refunded $75.00 that I did receive!

I except this settlement if all terms are met but will be watching for the funds to be refunded.

I originally ordered the Ketogeniks Keto pills on 1/31; they have since charged almost $200 of unauthorized transactions without notification/reciept
I originally ordered two bottles of Ketogeniks Keto pills for the shipping and handling cost of $6.84 and $6.82 on 1/31/2020; order *** billing statement appears UnlimitedHealthKetoGT, UnlimitedHealth-Detox on my charge. I was not notified during the transaction nor receipt of any upcoming charges thereafter. On 2/17/2020, my credit card was charged $89.84 and $89.82 without any notification or receipt. I did not sign up for any subscriptions and have not opened either bottle; however, there are no contact details available on their various websites on how to return or gain the funds back. I did not authorize any further transactions and there were no disclaimers shown on the Facebook generated ad. I have attempted to reach customer service at 833-781-6541 and 866-225-9530 without response. I have also e-mailed their 'support service' at [email protected] without response.

Desired Outcome

I want both $89 charges refunded to my account and any reoccurring bills eliminated; I did not agree to any ongoing subscriptions nor charges so any that are listed in their file need to be terminated. I am willing to send the unopened bottles back to the company once they post accurate contact information for me to send it.

Misleading information - they claim you can get a free month supply of the supplement if you pay only for the shipping costs. This is a trial in which they automatically charge your card within less than a month! When I realized the day my card was charged I cancelled my order They stated that I needed to have cancelled my order within 14 days for a complete refund They claim its on their website after searching all of their writing and BS finally found it in the services and agreement page buried in the fine print. I have called twice about the refund and having spoke to two different people over the last 15 days and still no refund, I submit this complaint to the Revdex.com for review and action along with the FTC , the last person I spoke with was a young gal by the name of Faith and she promised me a refund (the same as the individual I spoke with about 15 days ago) she even gave me the same confirmation number as he did which is ***, SHE ALSO PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET THE REFUND IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. had to call to get a refund. I now realized that this is a SCAM. I will give it another 10 days if no refund I will file another complaint about this company. This should have Minus Star Rating scale as they would get -5 stars

Total scam! At no point during the sign up phase does it indicate you are signing up for a subscription service; instead, I was mislead into thinking I was receiving free samples and just needed to pay for shipping. I didn't even check that I wanted the other bottle in the series but was charged for it automatically at check-out. There's no way to review your order, nor are there any terms and conditions available to read. To add insult to injury, I had to pay to send the bottles back or be charged full price for both bottles.

Misleading advertising on Trial Offer for Ketogenics Keto. The Terms and Conditions do not show up until you've already ordered the product.
This company automatically with draws money from your credit card and keeps sending you the product. They charge you full price for the Trial Offer after 30 days if you haven't cancelled the item while not knowing that you had to cancel it or they'd keep charging you for the product. They charged me for 4 items that I had not authorized $89.82, $89.84, $89.82 and $89.84. They will not refund the full amount when it's brought to their attention. They said they would only refund $130.00. Their employees can barely speak English so that's another struggle to deal with. This took place from Jan 9, 2020 to present date.

I want a full refund and the Company should be held accountable for purposely misleading the consumers.

If there was a "NO STAR", I would click on that. Evidently, this is an automatic renewal with a 17 day cancelation. Returns are not easy and there is a $19 restock charge. Hard to understand service customer representative.

Wanted to return and get refund for product I no longer get wanted. It was difficult to find business phone number because product was shipped via a shipping company and not the actual business. I was told that only half a refund amount would be given plus be charged with a restocking fee. Or I could keep product and receive partial refund which was a little more that previous quote. I decided to keep product and get all future orders canceled. It was the best option. The company gets their money no matter what.

I recieved another bottle of the detox that I did not order. I asked to be refunded and noboy answered the phone or responded. I want a refund.
I got another bottle of the keto detox that I did not order. I want to immediately cancel any further shipments and get a refund on everything that I have been billed for. I dont have any of the information but I did get the newest bottle today, 2-18-2020.

I was billed for products I did not want or agreed to receive. I ordered two free samples and no where did it state I would be billed for them In futu
Signed up for a free trial of jet product and only required to pay for shipping. This was done on an add on Facebook. There was nothing stating that it was a certain time trial period. I received the product with no invoice or correspondence stating that I would be billed full price after so many days or that I would control receive the product. It also never stated the price. I was then billed 4 times for $89.00! There adds are misleading and need to be stopped!

It has been resolved

I returned the products but have only recived $40.00 credit on each item. They owe $49.84 and $49.82 to credit me for complete return.
On 12/11/19, I ordered the free for paying shipping ketogeniks keto and detox for $13.66 from a Facebook popup ad. Product received on 12/16/19. There was no packing slip or ship from address on the package. On 12/28/19 my credit card was charged by First Choice for $89.84 and $89.82. I called 833/781-7908 and spoke with Eric to check out charges and was told I agreed to a membership. I had not and did not know what that meant. There was nothing about a membership on the Facebook Ad. Also, I had learned that I should not do keto due to heart condition so requested to return unopened product for refund. I was not given an RMD and I paid return shipping of $4.49. On 1/03/20, I was given $40.00 credit on each item but I am due refunds to my credit card of $49.84 and $49.82 to resolve this issue. I have the USPS Receipt and the Tracking Receipt if necessary.

Desired Outcome

Please refund the remaining balances of $49.84 and $49.82.

I called the number in response and was told to call the hot line of 866/225-9530. Lex there told me that since I disputed the charges to credit card company, the account was frozen. I explained to him that the credit card company had reversed the credit
to me and that I felt that ketotonics keto still owed me the rest of the charges of $49.84 and $49.82
since I returned the only items they ever shipped me.

Misleading advertisement of product as free trial and charged full price later, refuse to refund the full amount.
On January 23, 2020 I saw an advertisement online about KETOGENIKS Keto product and that they will be sending free trial products and will be charging only for shipping. I also read review of Jennifer Anniston (celebrity), who in an interview with Allen DeGeneres mentioned how she received it free and just paid for shipping (Apparently it was fake).
I ordered Ketogeniks Keto and Ketogeniks detox (order *** and paid total Shipping worth $13.66. On Jan 27, 2020 I received both the products. I was unaware of any hidden charges which says I'll be charged at a later point. On February 9th, my credit card was charged with approx 180 dollars (89.82 and 89.84 each) for those 2 products. Charges were made under ZoneWeightLossLabzKeto and ZoneWeightLossLabDetox.
When I called their customer care, the representative (forgot her name) she refused to refund the whole amount and that she can only give 50% back and cancelled my account. Their product was fake and didn't work at all.

My appeal: I need 100% of refund for 89.82 and 89.84 charges made to my credit card with false advertising.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking 100% of the refund for this product which was fake advertised as a free trial product and that it will be only charged for shipping.
