I was only supposed to pay a one time shipping fees for $6.84 This order was made on March 16, 2020 They charged me again on March 18, 2020 For $6.82 And then over a month later, I still haven't received my package. Didn't think much of it because of the pandemic that's going on now. I just figure my package will be late because of it. They started charging me more money, Only this time. On April 23, 2020 I received a call from my bank about possible fraud. They charge my account twice in the same day For the amount of $89.84 and $89.82 I called them and they Started giving me the run around. They are doing a bunch of false advertising to get people money

Similar to what others have experienced, I signed up for the trial offer for Ketogeniks Keto product. I was aware of the initial charges (approx $4.95) and the detox product was around the same price. However, I noticed there was a charge for $88.99 on my account on 4/19/2020. At NO TIME while signing up for the trial, was I given any indication that I would be charged automatically for the purchase of additional Keto product. They make it easy to sign up and purchase initially, but trying to cancel is like trying to get a bill through Congress! It's not easy at all! I couldn't find a link or website that would allow me to cancel this purchase and get my money back.

After a google search of the name listed on my bank account, I found a customer service number. After sitting on hold for almost an hour, I opted to have them call me back when the next available representative was able. Why did it take 3 attempts before I was able to get a live person on the phone and that wasn't until the next day (today). Upon calling me back, the lady on the phone told me she couldn't refund my money, but offered me a 75% discount on the purchase of future products. ARE YOU KIDDING?!! I don't want the unauthorized products you've already charged me for, let alone any future proudcts. I told her I wanted to cancel this order and my account, and I wanted a COMPLETE refund of my money. She then proceeded to "stair-step" me down, offering 50% refund, then 75% refund, etc. I told her after each offer, that I want a COMPLETE REFUND and anything less than that would result in me contacting the Revdex.com and my Attorney General. Finally, she said she got authorization to grant me a full refund.

It shouldn't have been THAT difficult to cancel my order and my account and to get a full refund for a product that I was NEVER clearly made aware I would be charged for after purchasing a trial. This is BAD BUSINESS...period! They should not be allowed to operate this way. Indeed, this is a scam and scummy way to do business! They should be made to cease and desist any further business operations!

I'm not going to bother with the details because they are exactly the same as every other complaint below. This despicable company is nothing more than a huge scam! I can't believe they are allowed to stay in business. I ordered a sample, plain and simple. I received two bottles at a total cost of $179.66 on my credit card. They have been sitting here unopened since they arrived in February. I do not want to spend the money to send them back because I don't think it would do any good. I have been going around and around with my credit card company for two months now over the charges which I refuse to pay. Another interesting fact is that you can buy the exact same bottles (60 ct.) on Amazon & Ebay for $25.00, while they are trying to charge all of us $89.00 a bottle. It just totally proves how unethical they are! Someone needs to stop them.

I was signed up for a recurring monthly charge, of which I had no knowledge til I was charged.
I ordered keto cleanse pills and ketogenic pills. I was initially charged correctly. $4.95 & $5.95. I paid shipping and got the pills for free to see how they worked. I never saw anything about a recurring charge on my card, or that I had to cancel. When I got charged again, I even went back through the process all the way up to the part where you submit your credit card, and there was nothing about an automatic renewal. I want everything cancelled. No auto renewal. I am being charged $94.90 by beauxforteimagerenewal, and $85.90 by theracresswholeharmony, which my bank assessed as fraud and declined the $85.90. I'm so grateful the bank notified me. If the pending charge of $94.90 posts to my account, I want a full refund, and I want everything cancelled. I do not want any more auto renewals. I did not receive any products yet besides what I originally ordered. There is no reason for a charge to my account. I figured out that it was auto renewal when I researched your website, saw the complaints, and found terms and conditions printed in tiny letters at the bottom of the website. I never would have found it if I hadn't been diligently searching. That's deceitful practices...not being clear to the customer what is required of them. I was never emailed or given a receipt, so I have no order number. I checked my spam and my inbox.

If the $94.90 posts to my account, I want a full refund. I want all auto renew subscriptions terminated immediately...for theracress whole harmony and beauxforte image renewal.

got a free trail only was told to pay shipping and handling which was$6.82 and $6.84 and they charged my credit card 89.84 and when I spoke to them they said I'm only getting back 40.00....the original order was03/24/2020 and on 04/13/2020 they went into my account again

I bought this prod for a one time trial size to try - only to find they automatically set up an acct. with my cc then charged me twice $179.66
then when I said I would return the prod. she noted a restocking fee of $19 for each item , this is unacceptable they are not letting the consumer know they are charging their cc for these items , they also only wanted to refund me $ 120.00 when if I returned the prod it would have been $140. with me paying the postage so they in turn are trying to short me 20.00 as well , the yare a scam & should have tp tell consumers when they are charging their card and communicate it, I want my total refund from this company thank you

I'm looking for a refund. Purchased keto got 2detox cleanser. Did not order these product. They charged me, the to detox were looking for full refund.
Ordered keto-cleansep. For free shipping only. They sent the detox with it for free, I did not order it. The box arrived after the 14 day trial. The box did not have any information website paperwork return policy or what the price was. I got the statement in the mail from my credit card. It was January 1st 2020. There was no order number account or any payment method on here I got no paperwork or nothing. I tried to call my credit card US Bank. They had a hard time getting hold of them and try to dispute the charges. The 2 keto were $89.82 a piece. Total of $179.64I did not order the detox they sent that out right after the other one. I tried to resolve it with my u.s. bank card.and they said it was a trial membership that was passed and they were unable to refund me the money. The case was resolved complete April 10th 6:37 p.m. I'm looking for a refund. The two detox I did not order authorize any of those.the other two were charged back you should have those those April 3rd 3:34 p.m. and also a 3:36 p.m. those should already be in your bank and and completed.

Fraudulent business. I was signed up for the free samples only. Come to find out they took over $350 from my account throughout March and April.
I purchased the FREE sample in January/February, and was charged in March for $88.92 and $88.94 for a full size item that I never received from this company. I also was charged in April for $88.92 and $88.94. I cancelled after I got the free samples and never should have been charged for the month of March or April. They are a fraudulent company and a scam. I want my money returned to my account.

This company makes misleading claims of a free trial that you think is 30 days but charges you serious additional charges after only 14 days.
When I originally ordered I was charged two small shipping fees of $6.84 and $6.82 for two different bottles which I agreed to as it was part of a free trial. When I received the pills I immediately began taking them even though the instructions on the bottles differed from the instructions on their website somewhat. I followed the instructions on the bottles. After approximately a month I had no positive results from taking their product. When I was searching for their contact info to question them about the lack of results I noticed that I had incurred two separate charges to my credit card of $89.84 and $89.82. When I questioned the support rep I was informed that I could receive a partial refund but not a full refund because my free trial had ended 14 days after ordering. I told the rep that I wanted a full refund because the pills did not work as they had repeatedly claimed on their advertisements with celebrity endorsements from Doctor Oz and Al Roker (which is not true). My question to them was why would anyone consider asking for a refund or cancelling an order of their product in 14 days if they were in the middle of taking a 30 day supply of their product? That sounds like they are not very confident in their own product claims. You have to give the product time to prove itself. They advised me that their Terms and Conditions are clearly written on their website but in actuality it is embedded at the end of a very long website that you never get through because of all the additional paths that you take regarding all of their claims. It requires that you skip all over the website so that you can read all about their product and how effective it is. I reiterated to them that I wanted the entire amount refunded because their product DOES NOT work for me and does not support their advertised claims. They rejected my request.

I do not accept this response. There have been no refunds issued to my Discover CC from Ketogeniks Keto presently so your response, "Because of the dispute or any cases pertaining to the charge were confirmed on your account, We may no longer able to refund any charges to make sure no double refunds are processed." makes no sense. What double refunds? There have been zero refunds. If Ketogeniks Keto would have refunded my $179.66 when I asked for it initially I wouldn't be asking again thru the Revdex.com.

KetoGeniks Keto stated themselves that my 14 day free trial period started on 1/11/2020 and ended on 1/22/2020 which means that they ended my free trial after only 11 days instead of the 14 days. They also stated that I had contacted them on 4/13/2020 to cancel my account. I did not contact them on 4/13/2020. I had them cancel my orders and any future billings back on 2/6/2020 which I have email notifications confirming. Discovercard has confirmed via form letter that the transaction disputes with this company have been closed and the transactions valid. However, the bank only deals with the transaction validity not the ethical validity of the product claims which I have aforementioned. What I want to know is what are my options at this point for a full refund since I consumed the entire 30 day supply of both Keto and Detox with no results as promised via their website.

Ketogeniks Keto continues to claim that I received a chargeback on my credit card which is untrue.

Total scam. During a national crisis, this company is scamming people who are in pain. My elderly parents saw their add on Facebook and thought they were getting a free trial with only the cost of shipping and handling. They use Oprah Winfrey as a tool to lure people into ordering . My father has dementia and is easily fooled. Shame on you for ripping people off. They are on a fixed income and the company refuses to refund their money. Nearly $190.00 stolen. This company should be shut down.

1/14 I purchased 2 bottles of Keto vitamins through the website indicated for $6.45. My account was charged $6.84 & $6.82 as advertised. 1/31 this company charged me $89.82. I filed a dispute with my bank on 2/3. 3/19 my bank reversed the credit stating this company used the delivery from 1/14 to say I purchased the item. Since it was delivered to my address I had to dispute with the company. I called the company 3/21 @ 1:09 est for 26 mins. The people told me this was a trial purchase. This was not advertised in my initial purchased and I request a manager. The manager told me to dispute with my. Bank I did, and they said the membership was cancelled. I never signed up for any member ship. I went to my email and realized they sent me 3 cancellation emails on the dates my bank filed the disputes. I purchase to bottles of pills as advertised for $6.50 each approximately. I went back to that website and it is now invalid. I have included all documentation. This company refuses to return my $89.82. And falsely they used the $6.84 & $6.82 purchases to say I was signing up for a membership.

I purchased keto pills on a trial basis and cancelled the membership. They never got the cancellation. I canceled again after I was charged $89.99 two different times I have two confirmation cancellation numbers for $60.00 each as a courtesy - on 2/4/20. Card refunded on 2/4 for $60.00 at 5:26 am for order *** Card refunded 2/4 for $60.00 at 5:26 am for order *** A total of $120.00. On March 28, 2020, these credits were reversed by Complete Health Keto Co - 844-483-8003 on my credit card I called the company and they have no record of this reversal This credit reversal of $60.00 each need to be out back into my account

You misunderstood me. I did get two refunds of $60.00 each on February 4th.
On March 30th, one of these $60.00 refunds were reversed. I have copies of all documentation from your company showing two $60.00 refunds on February 4.
Why was one reversed on March 30th? Do you require copies of the credits I was provided on February 4th?
I require the entire $60.00 charge which was reversed back into my account

The full $60.00 has not been refunded. Only a portion of $29.82. I require the entire $60.00 to be refunded. It was refunded February 4th and then reversed. The balance of $30.18 needs to be refunded as well.

I ordered what I thought was a free sample. I was then charged $90 for it.
Around March 15 I responded to an ad that said I could get a free sample of their product, Ketogeniks Keto. It arrived, and I have yet to open it because of personal issues. This morning I received an email that my Visa credit card had been charged $89.84. I called their 800 number immediately and was told that what I had really agreed to was a monthly subscription. They said they would only refund me $45 as a courtesy.

They advertise this as a free sample. Obviously it is not free. When you call the 800 number you get people you can barely understand because of a language difference.

I did not save any of the paperwork that came with this product. I was in Florida at the time I received the bottle, and have recently come north for the summer. But the lot number from the bottom of the bottle is 208034 and the date is 02/ 2022

I would like a full refund of my $89.84, not just $45. I will gladly return the bottle of pills to them.

I was able to finally get a hold of them. Partial refund has been issued and full refund will be credited as soon as the unopened product is returned.

Continual charges to my account.
I was billed my original bottle and shipment fee. Two weeks later they tried to bill 89.84. Yesterday they billed my card for 39.00. I did not agree to any additional bottles or authorization of billing my card multiple times.

Desired Outcome

A refund of my money and no future charges taken from my account. Close my account.

Company charged 2 amounts and my card without authorization. Called them and they wouldn't refund my money back. Customer service was rude and nasty
My bank blocked my card due to fraudulent transaction. Ketogenics tried to charge my account. And then they tried again doing 2 transactions one for $38 and the other for $39 called them and they said that's was for a trial bottle that I had purchase March 5. Customer service told me I had 17 days to cancel product and was yet been charged for the amount earlier. I called on March 27 around 5am. They false advertise they don't send any type of instructions inside the box.

was offered a free deal just pay shipping and was charged $89 twice. This is a scam
I was suckered into ordering this "miracle working" 30 free bottle of Keto, just pay shipping ($6.82) and then scammed into also ordering a 30 day free bottle of Detox just pay shipping. ($6.84) The order was placed on 01/23/2020. There was no mention of subscribing or future charges however aprx 2 weeks later I was charged two charges of $89 and some change for these FREE products. I did repeatedly try to reach this company by phone. Their phone number is a scam, the phone answering service doesnt even give you a company name that your calling. (thats another red flag) and no one will answer the call.

I didnt order online. Your advertisement popped up on a social network site. It said free bottle, just pay shipping. If, IF, there were any terms they were very well hidden. The Ad was purposely promoted to trick people and take their money. You also tricked me in getting the Detox as well. That was a low and dirty trick. The bank did not return my money cause they fell for the scam also. I am asking for a refund of the $178 that you took from me.

1/13/20 I ordered a free trial of KetoGeniks for $6.84. I canceled within 5 days. I was enrolled and charged for a subscription without consent.
On 1/13/2020 I ordered the free trial of KetoGeniks for $6.84. Five days later I received the product, plus a bottle of detox for $6.82 which I didn't order. I never enrolled in any program. I was automatically, unknowingly enrolled in a subscription program which I did not agree to. I called the company within their policy time period to cancel and return the 2 unopened, unused bottles. I talked to a representative and was assured my order was cancelled and I would receive no more product.
On 1/30/20 I was charged for the free trail ($89.82,$89.84), which I told them I didn't want. On 2/17/202 I was charged and received 2 more bottles, ($89.84, $89.84). The company refused to cancel my trial period, and continued to send me more products at the $89.82, and $89.84 rate without my authorization.
I followed the company's policies by letting them know that I didn't want the free trial bottles, calling them and emailing them several times trying to get a return conformation number, but was refused by the company representative . I was misled by their online advertising. I have 4 bottles of unused and unopened products which they refuse to take in return. I am looking to get my money back in return for their product, which I did not request or want.
