Misleading advertisement of product as free trial and charged full price later, refuse to refund the full amount.
On January 23, 2020 I saw an advertisement online about KETOGENIKS Keto product and that they will be sending free trial products and will be charging only for shipping. I also read review of Jennifer Anniston (celebrity), who in an interview with Allen DeGeneres mentioned how she received it free and just paid for shipping (Apparently it was fake).
I ordered Ketogeniks Keto and Ketogeniks detox (order *** and paid total Shipping worth $13.66. On Jan 27, 2020 I received both the products. I was unaware of any hidden charges which says I'll be charged at a later point. On February 9th, my credit card was charged with approx 180 dollars (89.82 and 89.84 each) for those 2 products. Charges were made under ZoneWeightLossLabzKeto and ZoneWeightLossLabDetox.
When I called their customer care, the representative (forgot her name) she refused to refund the whole amount and that she can only give 50% back and cancelled my account. Their product was fake and didn't work at all.

My appeal: I need 100% of refund for 89.82 and 89.84 charges made to my credit card with false advertising.

I returned the products but have only recived $40.00 credit on each item. They owe $49.84 and $49.82 to credit me for complete return.
On 12/11/19, I ordered the free for paying shipping ketogeniks keto and detox for $13.66 from a Facebook popup ad. Product received on 12/16/19. There was no packing slip or ship from address on the package. On 12/28/19 my credit card was charged by First Choice for $89.84 and $89.82. I called 833/781-7908 and spoke with Eric to check out charges and was told I agreed to a membership. I had not and did not know what that meant. There was nothing about a membership on the Facebook Ad. Also, I had learned that I should not do keto due to heart condition so requested to return unopened product for refund. I was not given an RMD and I paid return shipping of $4.49. On 1/03/20, I was given $40.00 credit on each item but I am due refunds to my credit card of $49.84 and $49.82 to resolve this issue. I have the USPS Receipt and the Tracking Receipt if necessary.

I actually read about the product in an article about Al Roker using this product and was directed to this company's website.

The Keto product was advertised allowing for a free bottle and all that was required was the shipping fee. As I was checking out, it required me to order the detox and pay an additional shipping fee.

No where did it state up front that I would be charged the full cost of both products ($90x2) unless I called to cancel my subscription within 17 days!!! I did not sign up for a subscription knowingly. No where in the email confirming my purchase did it say anything about cancelling or a subscription. No where on the order form were these terms present. When contacting them via phone they state they were only offering a free trial period not a free bottle yet their website clearly states claim your free bottle.
Customer service was threatening and when confronted with their deceit became even more vocal that they were only offering a free trial. Instead of continuing the conversation, I stated I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. They stated that my charges may not be refunded based on the terms.

I emailed to confirm the cancellation of any future purchases but went ahead and cancelled my credit card which was a HUGE inconvenience!!
Their terms and conditions are unlawful since they do not provide them upfront and allow the consumer to acknowledge they agree to these terms. Simply placing an order for a free product does not constitute agreement to their terms unless specifically offered for review and acceptance.

I never make these kind of purchases anybut aboutsince I saw nothing about further purchases I got duped. I did pay the shipping and handling for the "trial" product and believed that was the extent of the terms and conditions were listed. I should not be punished because of this scam!!

I ordered a bottle of Ketogeniks Keto Pills for a trial offer of $6.84. I understood at the time of purchase that it was a trial offer, but there was nothing that stated any further payments due, recurring payments set-up, or a subscription. I received an email that the product shipped on the 10th. It gave the tracking number. I noticed on Wednesday the 12th of February that it was still pending shipment, but that the label had been made. I checked the website and it said the product was out of stock. I called the company to see how long it would be delayed and that is when I realized something wasn't right.

The girl on the phone acted confused when I asked about my delayed shipment. She said that they could extend my trial period by one week. I did not understand what she meant by "extend." I asked her to explain and she said that my trial was for 17 days, but they could extend it for one more week since my product has not arrived yet. At this point, I had been on the phone with her for a few minutes trying to understand what she was saying to me. I finally asked if there would be any charges at the end of the trial period and she said "yes." The charge would be $89.84.

I told her that it did not specify anywhere on the website that I purchased the pills that there would be any recurring charges and I wanted to cancel immediately. She said I could wait for my pills to arrive and if they did not work - I could call and cancel. I explained that they had not even shipped yet and that I no longer wanted them. I asked her to cancel immediately. She said I had to wait for the product to arrive and she would email me a return label. Once they get the product back, they will refund my $6.84. Again, I told her the product had not even shipped yet, and asked why she could not just cancel the order. She gave me a cancellation number and was rather rude about it - demanding I repeat it back to her even after I said I wrote it down. She insisted she could not finish the call and guarantee my refund unless I read the number back to her. I did get a cancellation email. No return label was sent. It said the order was canceled effective immediately. I have not received a refund yet.

I called could not understand operator, and received no help. Company refusing to refund my money they stole
I got two bottles of KetoGeniks that was free with payment of shipping on an add from Facebook around 1/17/20. On 2/10 and 2/11 two separate charges of $49.80 was charged to my debit card. I called the number that was on the charges and was told I agreed to a trial and agreed to be charged these charges if I didn't cancel. I never had the chance to accept any charges. There wasn't any place to accept such charges. I asked for these charges to be returned cause I didn't agree to anything and was told that no money would be returned. Said they would cancel further charges but I'm just out this money. Contacted my bank and they told me to try to get them to reverse the charges. Told them I have already tried that route. This company does nothing but try to steal money from hard working people. Nowhere when ordering does it say this is a free trial. Nowhere does it say I will be charged if not canceled. If you go on their website you can go to the terms and conditions and it gives you the spew about it all but when u click on the ad on Facebook that is never an option to see any of that. I live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to make ends meet and this company took from me for no reason other than being theives!!

I ordered 2 free samples with a chg for shipping of $6.82 & $6.84. 15 days later there were 2 unauthorized charges to my acct for $89.84 & $89.82.

I did place this order & paid with my debit card because the credit card I used was declined for reasons unknown. There was no mention of a subscription or I would not have done this. The ad went on about Al Roker using this product & talking about it on Dr. Oz. I know who both of these people are so I decided to try it as the cost was minimal. I received the product & tried & was grateful I only had to pay shipping because it did nothing. 1/26/20 I went to the ATM for cash & when I looked at my receipt I noticed the balance was incorrect. I looked at my account online & saw 2 pending transactions for $89.84 & $89.82. I called my bank & they told me I had to wait for them to post before they could do anything. Next I called the company & was told I signed up for a subscription to which I replied "I did not!" He insisted I did so I hung up. They have never shipped me anything else & if they did I would refuse it. My debit card has since been cancelled & replaced but my bank has declined my dispute & I will be disputing that as well as I need that money to buy food.

Complete Scam! Get's you credit card information for free trial for shipping and then begins charging $89.84 every 2 weeks against your credit card. Will not cancel or keep you on hold forever and then offer you a partial refund later. Do Not Fall for this Scheme!

I did not order a subscription service. They sent an unwanted/unordered bottle.
They charged my credit card $89.84 and shipped a bottle for something not ordered by subscription. Want to send it back unopened and have credit card credited.

On 1/5/20 ordered the Ketogeniks Keto and Detox for a free trial offer. Recieved both in about 5-7 days but there was no paperwork included. I never received my email confirmation either. On 1/20/20 I was unknowingly charged $89.84 and $89.82.

On 2/7/20 when I saw the charges I thought this was for another supply so called 888-301-2439 twice only to be told they could not find my account and could not help me. I then called 866-225-9530. This time the rep found my account. I asked about the charge and where my next supply was and she stated that since I didn't call back in 14 days of the first order they charged me the full amount for each.
I believe this is fraudulent since I was never provided the information regarding having to call and cancel in 14 days. When I told the rep this and that I wanted a refund and wanted to cancel, she said they would provide $90 in refunds (1/2 of each) within the next 10 days. I told her I wanted a refund and the account cancelled. She put me on hold for over 8 minutes and did not come back on the line so at that point I hug up.
I called back several more times that day 2/7/20 and my calls were dropped every time I called.

I ordered a free trial of Ketogeniks on line. I was charged $89.82 and $89.84 on the same date 1-17-20.It was charged to my debt card.When I got my bank statement it said from GREENLIFESPECIAL-DETOX 888-572-3935 FL #6187. I wasn't suppose to be charged anything.I got my free trial. And then yesterday 2-8-20 I recieved another box from them,but I wrote on it send back to sender and did not open it.

HUGE SCAM ... totally misleading. The free trial is exceptionally expensive and not what you think! I didn't even know I had been scammed until I checked my CC statement and seen two $89 charges that I knew I had not authorized. The company's customer support stated that their charges are clearly written in their Terms and Conditions and would refund me and small portion. I told them I wanted the entire amount refunded bc their product DOES NOT work. The instructions on the bottles are different than what you find on their website. Forget these scammers and their snake oil pitch.

I was led to believe that Al Roker was a person who endorse this product - all a LIE . This product doesn't work -
I was never send any information as to what the cancellation policy was either by email when I placed my order or when I received the product . All of a sudden they are charging my CC for $ 89.52 and $89.92 - I called the office - so much noise for the boiler room you can't even hear what they are telling you .They will not give me a refund this is a Fraudulent Company and it need to be closed down . I am now dealing with my CC company to put a stop payment on this charge . From the Ad online this was a trail offer for $6.97 now they say it was for shipping and you were to be billed the balance - no where is anyone told this .

I was charged by the company additional fees that I was not aware of. The charges came out at separate dates.
I ordered a product from this company that I thought was a one time charge. The product was $6.84. While I was checking out on their website they offered an additional product if I only payed the shipping and handling. Sixteen days later there was an additional charge to my account for $89.84. I called the company and they said I needed to return the product within 14 days of delivery in order to get a refund. I was not aware of the additional fee. They said there was nothing they could do about it.

Misleading information - they claim you can get a free month supply of the supplement if you pay only for the shipping costs. This is a trial in which they automatically charge your card within less than a month! When I realized the day my card was charged I cancelled my order and had to call to get a refund. They didn't want to give me a full refund even when I said I would mail back the opened supplement. This is a SCAM!!!! Finally got my full refund after going back and forth on the phone.

The Revdex.com and the FTC needs to investigate this company. I went to my bank and shutdown any resources from them being able to access my account. I've been very ill and they attempting to charge customers and there is no product. When you attempt to find them on the internet, they have no way. In addition, their so called toll free number is never answered as I called the number associated with the transaction. The bank advised that they have issues with this company and saw that they were charging every 2 weeks. I put a stop to it. Not happening! People avoid this scamming copy and wish the FTC would investigate them and charge them with a federal crime. If they go hard after these individuals, maybe it would put a damper on these scammers.

I ordered one bottle, supposedly paying shipping only. I did not authorize any further charges/deductions from my bank account & yet there is a charge for $89.84. Nowhere during the ordering process was that option mentioned. On hold with them on one phone with my bank on the other doing a stop payment. Beware!!

These type of scam artist need to get jail time.
I got a free trial 2 bottle's of ketogeniks with only paying for shipping and handling of $13.66. Two weeks later I had a charge of $82.84 and within a couple of days later a charge of $ 82.86 on my credit card. I called my bank to report unauthorized charges. I also called this company to dispute these charges and ask for return address and was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of $19.00 which I refused to do. They wanted my credit card information which I refused to give them. They said since I refused to pay restocking fee there was no use in returning products and they couldn't refund my money. Wouldn't give me a return address since I refused to pay restocking fee. I told them to cancel whatever account they had for me and if I had to I would be escalating matter to an attorney.

When purchasing the product, no mention of an automatic billing or subscription service is ever mentioned; then they do not provide refunds.
When purchasing the product, the consumer believes that only a one time fee or transaction will occur or take place. Instead, the company will sign you up on a subscription service and the consumer is unaware of this until a $90 transaction shows up randomly on your statement. After calling to address the issue, I was told that a subscription is stated on their website. However, this is not with the product listing nor at the time of checkout. Instead, consumers have to visit a "small terms and conditions link" at the bottom of the website and read about this separately. They do not issue refunds after the 'trial period'....a trial period that the consumer knows nothing about. Bottom line, they are fishing consumers and luring them in with a cheap product, blindly subscribing them to a monthly service that they know nothing about, then refusing to refund any money. This is just a scam in order for this company to make "free money".
