I was charged $179.66 for 2 bottles of Ketogenic pills that the advertisement on Facebook said were $6.95 per bottle. False advertisement! Thieves!!
On February 29th I saw an add on Facebook for a bottle of Ketogenic pills. The pills were KetoGeniks Detox & KetoGeniks Keto and they were "free" all I had to do was pay $6.95 for shipping. I started the order process and at checkout another bottle appeared in my cart. I went ahead and agreed to the shipping of the two bottles for $13.90. On March 17th I logged into my online banking and noticed that there were two charges one for $89.84 and the other for $89.82. I immediately called my bank and they told me to call the number that was listed under the charges. I called the number 844-483-0145 and spoke to a customer service rep about the charges. The rep told me that the bottles were a trial and were to be returned in 14 days. I explained to her that no where on the add did it state such thing and I wanted my money returned to me ASAP. She of course said that she couldn't do such thing. I also spoke to a manager (Quinn) which told me she could refund me $45.00. I was furious. I told her that was not acceptable and I needed the full amount refunded. That was money I had in my account for bills which now could not be paid. We exchanged words. She was EXTREMELY rude and nasty! They are stealing and taking advantage from unsuspecting customers. The only thing that I manage to get out of my phone call to the company was to cancel future charges. They did not refund me anything! I am now $179.66 short on my electric bill money and risk being shut off! My order information is listed below:

Desired Outcome

I would like them to honor the adverisement for the "free" pills and would like to be refunded the two payments that were charged to my account on March 17th. One payment for $89.84 and the next for $89.82 which in total came out to $179.66. I included four screenshots. 2 include the payments that were taken out of my bank account and the other two are the cancellations for future charges. Unfortunately I can not find the email with the initial receipt for the order.

For the last 3 months they have taken $449.14 out of my checking account as payments each month. I called each month, someone would take care of it. I called again this morning and received a confirmation number. I take care of my disabled, veteran husband and work full time. I can't afford this. This company is a fraud.

Hidden charges.
Product I ordered through their website was advertised for $6.84 plus shipping, which came to $13 and change. They charged my account $89.84 unknown to me. They told me it was for a subscription that I didn't agree to. Nowhere in the ordering process did they mention that by buying this product, you would be signing up for a subscription. I had to report the transaction as fraud to my bank because they took way more than the $13 I thought I was being charged and I thought they may try to take more money. I immediately called my bank then this company. The company refunded me only $40 back which I was told that was all they could refund me. Since they provided me a half of my money back, the bank saw it as an authorized charge and took back the $89.84 I reported. This company is highly deceptive of how much they are actually changing customers.They need to be upfront of what they are charging customers. This has caused me to have to dispute this again with my bank.

Desired Outcome

Make this company be transparent on how much they are actually charging their customers. I would have liked a full refund of $89.84 they took out of my account unknown to me.

I did file a claim with my bank and they reversed the $89.84 they refunded me saying that since you guys refunded me only $40 that the whole transaction was authorized which it wasn't! I am still out of $89.84 of my hard earned money that you guys deceptively charge your customers. I DID NOT agree to any subscription anywhere! I provided my mailing address and billing information for the $6.84 product. I didn't click on any agreement as there wasn't any. It had the price of the product and price of the shipping which totalled $13 and change. No where in that transaction did it state signing or agreeing to a $89.84 charge! I want my refund back! And further more, you didn't not allow 14 days until you charged my account. I called you to dispute this well within the 14 day period. I should have had the whole amount refund, instead you refunded $40 with no explanation from your representative. You are deceiving people out of their money! $49.84 is what this company still owes me.

May be able to refund me and wait 60+ days!? You all didn't wait that long to take money that I didn't know you were taking out of my account. Why would I withdraw the dispute when I haven't been issued a full refund and I'm not confident your company will give me ALL of my money back since you didn't the first time I asked? Now you're saying wait 2 to almost 3 months for a refund!? Just give me my money back in a timely manner that you deceptively took then yeah of course the dispute would be over.

Ketogeniks free trial if paid for shipping, but charged $359.32. No warning it was a subscription if you didn't cancel after you received free trial.
Ketogeniks were advertising a free trial if paid for shipping on Facebook with All Roker article of how it worked for him. I was charged $13.66 shipping charges for the trial on 01/10/20. I received an email thanking me for my order and that it shipped. No where on the email did it say to cancel within a specific amount of days or you will be charged. The product arrived and in the box there was no paperwork at all, no receipt or anything stating that I needed to cancel in a specific amount of days or I will be charged a ridiculous amount of money.
When I ordered online, there was nothing on the website stating that I would be automatically enrolled in a subscription of $179.68 a month. I would have never signed up for that, that is way too much money for this product. Since I did not know I was to cancel within a certain amount of days I didn't do anything after I stopped taking the trial pills. I believe that is what they want customers to do so they can make money.
Feb. 20, 2020, I noticed I was charged twice for $89.82 on 02/13/20 a total of $179.64. I looked back to the day I was charged for the shipping and noticed I was charged twice for $89.84 on 01/27/20, a total of $179.68 under the company name of Clean Body Fitness, I had no idea who this was or what it was for. That is a total of $359.32, I couldn't believe it, I can't afford that. I called 844-709-5876 that was listed under the charge on my bill; called several times with no answer. I then looked at my online receipt called 866-225-9530 and finally got through. I talked to a representative that has very broken english, very hard to understand, and the background noise people talking was so loud I could barely hear her. I asked several times to repeat, that I couldn't hear her with all the talking in the background. I was put on hold several times, eventually I asked for a supervisor and someone in the United States, but didn't get either. I told her about the charges and she stated I had to cancel or be charged, this conversation was repeated several times, over and over. I requested a credit for all the charges and was told over and over again I didn't call to cancel. At the time talking to her I had not received the shipment from 02/13/20, and explained to her I did not receive it and want it stopped and credit my account. She said I could return it minus a $19 restocking fee for each charge. I told her I can't return something I didn't receive. I called my credit card company to file a dispute on all charges except the shipping. The dispute was closed about 8 days later siding for Clean Body Fitness due to their terms and agreement which I knew nothing about.
I received the 02/13/20 shipment on 03/05/20, where was it all this time, and never opened it as I knew I had to return it. I called again and was told I can't get a refund because it is disputed. I told them the dispute was closed per my credit card company, and she kept saying I need to call my credit card company to get refund. The representative gave me the return address anyway.
I will be shipping the 02/13/20 shipment back to the address she gave me; 10121 East Adamo Drive, #891284, Tampa, Florida, 33619. I will be adding a notification to when it was delivered to the shipment so I know it was delivered.
I wish I would have looked up Clean Body Fitness on Revdex.com before ordering.
I am requesting a full refund of $359.32 from Clean Body Fitness for charges on 01/27/20 and 02/13/20.

I do not accept what Ketogeniks has replied, that is a basic reply to all complaints. I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I felt I was not getting help at the 800 numbers that I called. My credit card company processed a dispute on Feb. 19, 2020 that resulted in three temporary credits on my account. They reversed those three credits on Feb. 27, 2020. The three charges were $89.84, $89.82, and $89.82. So, there is no refund from the credit card company.
As you stated in your response to the Revdex.com, I should call 813-518-8855 if I have any questions, Jesse is here to help! That is a lie, I called the number and got absolutely nowhere, same scripted dialog response as before. They told me repeatedly I have to call my bank, as they have the money. The term used repeatedly was "charge us bank". I asked many times to explain what that means and was told each time call my bank. You stated you cannot refund my money to make sure no double refunds are processed. The Credit Card company closed/resolved the disputes; see attachments, with no refund from the credit card company. So, there will not be a double refund for any of these charges, so you are able to refund my money.
I returned the last shipment I received unopened. I mailed it via UPS to the address given to me and I had UPS send me an email notification when it was delivered on Mar. 13, 2020 at 2:11pm. I want a credit for the two items I returned along with the original shipments. There was no verbiage about the 14-day trial and what the price would be when I ordered it, because if there was, I would not have ordered this product. With as many Revdex.com complaints there are that is proof there is a problem with ordering online and not giving the necessary pertinent information about the purchases. I am not the only one that did not get the info on screen about the 14-day trial and subscription and you had to call within 14 days to cancel. If I would have seen the price that alone would have stopped me immediately from continuing the ordering process. This is a scam, fraud, whatever you want to call it, you are swindling people out of their hardworking money. Please process my credit for all charges except the trial cost. All of this reply is in the attachment along with documents to prove I did not get a credit from the credit card company.

The first statement in the attachment shows the original trial charges of $6.84 and $6.82 on Jan. 10, 2020; then the charges of $89.84 and $89.82 on Jan. 27, 2020.

The second statement in attachment shows the third charge for $89.82 on Feb. 13, 2020 in yellow.
On Feb. 19, 2020 in blue, it shows the three temporary credits for the dispute.
In the red boxes it shows the three reversals of the temporary credits, so no refunds from the credit card company. There is no chance of getting a double refund.

I do not accept your response as it is a general scripted response. If you would have looked at the attachments I provided in my last response you would clearly see I have not received a refund from my credit card company. I was charged by you, then a temporary credit from my credit card company, then they received communication from you and then reversed the credit. SO NO REFUND from my credit card company and I won't be getting any refund from them.
It does not take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed, it was closed within two weeks of my dispute.
Then in your response

I don't know how many times I have to say, the credit card company DID NOT give me a permanent refund, it was only a temporary refund until they received your reply, then they turned around and took the refund away. NO REFUND NO MONEY BACK.
I called them several times to verify the dispute and the status and the dispute is closed so no further action will be taken from the credit card company, and no refund! I have included the proof of the closed disputes in the previous reply attachment. It seems that these type of responses are to keep me responding for the hopes that I stop and drop this. I won't. I worked hard for my money and want it back.

I am satisfied with a refund as long as the subscription is canceled.

Cant get a refund for products I didn't receive & don't want. The amount is $189.66.
On 1/02/20 I ordered a introductory sample of KetoGeniks products. I was charged $6.82, which was fine. To my surprise they added another product for $6.84, which I accepted. 2 weeks later I was charged $189.66 for a product I didn't even receive. I called to ask for a refund & received $70 back in my account. They told me I would receive the rest when I return the original shipment. I paid for the original shipment. I want the balance of my money returned ($119.66). They had no reason to charge me for something I didn't receive.

This is concerning unauthorized and/or unexpected charges and unresolved refund disputes.
I signed up for what I believed was a free trial and later discovered on my month charges I had
been charged $89.84 for product which I did not receive. I then canceled my card canceled my card to stop further charges as it appeared to be a monthly applied charge. One my card was changed they also charged for February 2020 again on a closed account, the bank notified us of their trans- action.
I called today and they would only refund me $70.00 but original charge was $89.84 for no product.
I did inform them I would contact Revdex.com and file a compliant. She informed me this is in their terms of agreement. I informed her it is not clearly stated in their agreement this sets consumer to a monthly billing for product any where on the site or in payment set up. I would not of agreed to continue a product as it was trail only... Not to mention I was completely unaware this placed me on monthly billing when purchasing on line. This is not only a scam, misrepresentation of billing charges and furthermore I did not receive any product in January 2020. I confirmed my address they had on their account was correct. She was informed several times I do not pay for things I don't receive.

I paid for their offer by credit card, my account was way overcharged.

Ordered their product for shipping only. Was charged $89.94. Website has changed since chat session. Called #, recorded msg says we will return call.
I ordered the ketogeniks pills for shipping only, $6+. I was then charged $89.84. After I saw the 1st charges on my account my husband had a stroke. I sent an email [email protected]. Their response came Feb 27, 2020, 12:44 PM. I called the number and left my information and no one called me back. I now have 2 bottle of pills that are not as advertised and I want to return and be refunded $179.68. I assumed they were a reputable company and would not hide the outrages charges for BHB Magnesium, calcium and sodium. There is no..... Forskolin, Lemon Extract, Garcinia Cambogia listed on the ingredients. Just as they ASSUMED I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR PRODUCT. Now when you go to the life-weightloss.com website they are advertising a completely different bottle of ???. This is the website listed on my bank account with the charges. One box is opened, the bottle is not. The other box has not been opened. I was trying to get a return authorization number. No call back.

I responded to a trial for 6.00 there was no mention to cancel if not wanting anymore. They took $269.46 out of my bank acct without my permission.
Purchased on 1/27/20, Received on 1/28/20. Purchase ID Order # *** Shipment # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Payment amount 283.12, payment method debit card. I spoke with 2 sales reps, Christina and Ace they couldn't issue total refund, spoke with floor supervisor Alex she only wanted to refund me 130.00 which I felt was unacceptable. Both reps and the sup were very rude and disrespectful. I explained that there was nowhere to advise me to cancel the subscription if not wanted so I just thought it was a trial for 13.66. They told me that was why 89.82 was deducted out out my checking account without my permission. This has caused me to have bad headaches and caused my account to go into overdraft. I want to be refunded everything they took out and for my overdraft fees and for pain and anguish.

I accept the response due to the company agreeing to issue a refund, however, there was nothing in the trial stating to cancel within a certain time.
I would like to take the time to thank you for all your help.

I ordered a sample bottle of their product Ketogenik HOWEVER, this product destroyed my stomach and made extreme ill, I had to go to the doctor.
I ended up going to the emergency room, I was sick for 3 1/2 weeks, they turned around and charged my bank account $89.84, I explained to them what happened and they are refusing to give me my money back, I was also charged overdraft fees, can you please review this issue, thanks.

Same as everyone else. Got a free trial by paying for shipping. Then somewhere in their advertising you end up getting automatic refills at a highly inflated cost. Your account is charged long before you get any product and there is almost no chance of getting a refund. Stay away from this company.

Company falsely advertised free product trial for the cost of shipping and then proceeded to charge me for that prod and additional bottles of product
I was billed $372.98 for two free samples which was to cost me shipping charges of $6.82 & $6.84, for which I agreed to that free product order. I have a copy of that order in my email. There is no where it states I would be billed for shipping and then in the future incur additional charges for the same product that was originally shipped earlier in the month, this time I was billed $89.82 & $89.84 for the same product that does not even work.

All of a sudden I have now received 2 more additional bottles of product for an additional $89.82 & $89.84. I went to the website to view my original 'free' order and to my surprise there is no where on the company website where I can view my order details, I am sure this is a sales marketing scheme and unfair business practices.

I contacted the company today to return the 2 bottles they just shipped plus the original bottles of unfinished free product that does not work and the customer service rep refused to refund me the 2nd set of charges of $89.92 & $89.84 on the original free order. She states she will only issue a refund for the 3rd and 4th bottles if I pay $40 restocking fee for the 3rd and 4th bottles they shipped.

There was nothing stating that it was a certain time trial period and I would get excessively charged for product that does not work. I received the original product with an order that confirms I should have paid $6 for each bottle originally.

The adds are misleading and need to be stopped!

I am shipping the 2 new bottles back and the original 2 free sample bottles back tomorrow and want a full refund!!!

They are only offering to issue a refund on the 2nd set of unordered products that they shipped but they billed me 2 times for the original products as I had initially stated. I agreed to $6.84 & $6.82 for the original order, which I attached a copy of the order and then I was charged $89.82 and $89.84 for the same product I already agreed to pay shipping charges only.

This is not satisfactory until the additional charges on the original order are reversed.

Please note that all 4 bottles of product have been sent back to this company as of today.. Two bottles are full and the original 2 bottles that are opened.

I am fully satisfied with the end result of this matter by the company and I consider this closed.

I did not authorize KetoGeniks to charge me beyond the free trial $6 shipping cost, yet they charged me $90 twice(rounding up 89 something).
I recently, Jan 8, signed up to receive the free trial from KetoGeniks. I understood this to be about $6 in shipping costs. The only way to complete ones order was to also pay the same amount for keto detox- which I did not want- but they added it on anyway and I could not go backward or remove it even before finalizing! I knew then they were kinda shady. But it was not a lot, and I was only mildly annoyed. I in NO WAY gave them permission to continue to charge me!! I did NOT sign up for any membership and it was clear to me that I was ONLY doing a free trial! Yet on Jan 25 and on Feb 25 I was charged 89 something(twice). This is outright criminal. Both the stealing of my money as well as how much they are expecting for the product, which by the way, also does not work- AT ALL. And I am in the fitness world, I eat right- I know nothing is a magic bullet. Amazon has similar product, many, for $16, even less in some cases. I emailed them and they said they would stop charging me but did not say they would refund. Then I emailed again and they said send the product back. What product? I only received the free trial. I never wanted, never ordered any product, beyond the free trial, in the first place and it wouldn't be my responsibility to return it to them as it would have been their mistake in effort to scam me. I want my two charges of 89 back and I'd like to be refunded the 13 for the scam trial too because I feel treated poorly and because it does not work.

Attempted to get refund when I noticed additional charges for Ketogeniks products.
On December 6 I viewed on-line promotional video and purchased Ketogeniks Keto and Ketogeniks Detox and paid S & H of $6.82 and $6.84. In the promotional video I understood I would have 60 days to evaluate the product -weight loss. On January 13 I reviewed my credit card statement and noticed additional charges from Ketogeniks on December 23 of $89.82 and $89.84 and a new January 9 charge for $89.82. I called the customer service number and was told that you have 7 days to cancel order, if you do not cancel in that time your credit card is then charged the entire price. This was not explained in the more than hour long promotional video that I watched. I explained that does not even allow you to evaluate if product is going to work as you do not receive it on the day it is ordered. I then inquired about the January 9 charge she states there is another shipment, I stated I would like to return the new product she offered me a discount of the product, I explained that I was not interested in continuing the product as I had not lost any weight. I stated that I have not even received this new shipment, I would not open it and would send it back to company. She finally gave me a return authorization code to return the shipment that I had not received and stated she could not refund the entire amount, I was given a $35 refund to my credit card on January 13, 2020. I asked to speak with Supervisor but was not transferred to one.

Refund of $144.66 the remaining amount I paid for the product minus the initial shipping and handling charges.

So the reply on 3/17 was I would receive a full refund, thus far I have received $35.00, $19.00 for the first shipment leaving $125.06 which has not been refunded.
The second shipment which was returned unopened was fully refunded amounts of $89.52 and $89.54.

This doesn't include the shipping and handling fees of $6.82 and $6.84 which I did not expect to be refunded.

This company has sent me unwanted product monthly as subscription that I did not sign up for or want. Contact is impossible with them to stop this.
On January 10th I ordered Ketogeniks Keto and Detox 60 capsules for 13.66. I received an email confirmation of my individual order & that the package had shipped. I have not received any additional contact. A month later I received another $180 dollar order that I had not subscribed to, did not want, and cannot return. No mention of a subscription or a date to cancel a trial membership was providing in my order email. There is little contact information for the company. I have been billed $360 for orders I did not make or want.

After several attempts I was able to speak with a representative on 02/28/2020. I advised my concerns about not advising of any subscription on their receipt email or a "cancel by" date before additional unpurchased product was sent to me. They advised they were only allowed to refund $80 once the last shipment was returned and cancel future orders. I noted that was insufficient & would be filing a complaint for unfair & predatory business practices with the Revdex.com. I have returned the product received as we did not want it after the initial order.

They advised they would refund an additional $70 once they recieve the returned product, however, I have been charged $360 without my permission & did not accept that as a settlement to this issue. At this time I am owed $300 dollars for product I did not order or authorize credit transactions. No terms or conditions were provided to me with my initial order. I demand relief of a full refund for all monies charged to my debit card after the initial $13.66, the only amount which I agree I owed & should have paid.

Ketogeniks Labs is scamming people out of money. Their website is deceptive and does not clearly state that you will be charged at the end of a trail
The trial period if not stated. It is also not clearly stated that if you don't CALL to cancel you will be charged upwards of $90. That information is also not provided when you receive the confirmation email. It is only stated in the Terms and Conditions. Upon, canceling and requesting a refund, they will only refund a maximum of $20 of the $49.84 I was charged. Stating because the product was used.
