Ketogeniks Keto

Purchased two bottles of keto weight loss pills with the understanding that it was a free trial. Instead they charged and wouldnt give me full refund.
On dec 22 , 2019 I purchased what I thought was free Ketogeniks pills and only had to pay shipping. I purchased 1 bottle of Ketogeniks weightloss pill and 1 bottle of ketogeniks detox pills. I purchased from their website:

Nowhere in this site does it state the normal full price of each bottle.
I was charged the shipping cost total of $13.66 on 12/22/19 and I thought that was it. The website above leads the consumer to believe they are offering their product for free to try. You only pay shipping.
Today, 01/08/20 I noticed an $89.84 bank charge against my checking account. It was from this KetoGeniks Lab (Nutra) company. I called the company and explained what happened and he offered a $50 refund per bottle. At this time I thought that the $89.84 was the amount for both bottles. The representative from the company did not tell me the cost was $89.84 for each bottle.
So I accepted this as a FULL refund. Thinking the cost was $89.84 for both.
After hanging up , ANOTHER $89.84 was charged to my checking account! Again from the same company. I called them back and a different rep told me she couldn't give me a full refund. She said they can only give partial refund of $50 per bottle and that I just recently accepted that. I told her that I thought I was accepting a full refund. I asked her to issue me the remaining refund because I was tricked into purchasing their product!! Even if you do make it all the way through the information on their website convincing you that you can try their product for free , the "terms and conditions " is a link at the very bottom in small print. Once you click on that you have to read the small print for awhile before you actually see the full price of the bottle of Ketogeniks weight loss. And nowhere in the fine print does it tell you the price of the ketogeniks detox bottle at all.
Also...while reading through their website (link above) , as soon as you read about halfway , there is a button labeled "rush me my order " and once you click on that , they ask you for your name and address and begin the order process where once again they state it is free to try.
So they are pulling you away from their website landing page long before you reach the bottom where the "terms and conditions" link resides in small print. They pull you in after convincing you it's free (only pay for shipping) before revealing terms!!
This is a clear case of deceptive business practice. They are tricking consumers!! And then after calling they tell you they can only give you a one time courtesy refund of $50 per bottle without saying that it is a PARTIAL refund.
They refused to give the rest of my money back.

Ordered product and received. DID NOT OPEN. Was charged $178.68 and this is NOT disclosed nor easily understood at time of ordering. You are led to believe this is a TRIAL for $13.66. Called on Dec. 9, 2019 to request refund. Refunded a partial amount of $70.00. Informed ONLY $70.00 more would be issued AFTER I send back the product. Mailed UNOPENED Product and they have received product on Dec. 16. 2019. I have not received my refund as of Jan. 6, 2020.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 89 DOLLARS FOR A SUBSCRIPTION TO EACH AND EVERY SINGLE THING YOU PURCHASE. IT IS NOT A ONE TIME FEE. IT IS NOT ADVERTISED. MOST RIDICULOUS THING THERE IS.

This company has a bait and switch tactic with hidden charges. My credit card has unauthorized charges. Fraud and my money has not been refundeded.
I ordered diet pills with this company online. I was charged 13 plus dollars and the bill was sent to my email and pills were sent. I then saw unauthorized charges for the amount of 89 plus change was charged on my account. I was furious when I saw these charges. First time these charges were declined by my bank for fraud protection and then later they went through. I was told by my bank that I was signed up for a subscription plan which I absolutely would never do. I called their company and was told that my charges would be reversed and was sent an email confirming this. I spoke to a supervisor and asked him to tell me what 89 dollars a month could be for, out of curiosity, because I was shocked! He refused to tell me and said I didn't need to worry about it because my money would be refunded. I was told this would be fifteen days at least and my credit card has been charged and payment is due. I googled their website and it explains the charges but with the Facebook advertising this was hidden!!! Some customers have reviews stating they have pictures to prove their bait and switch tactics and overcharging. You can see that many people are complaining and crying FRAUD. I want my money back NOW and ask you to please investigate their deceptive practices and look at their website. I actually had to google their real phone number because on my receipt of purchase they have a fake number attached to it. These people are scam artists and lure you in with a cheap payment then commit fraud with their deceptive practices. Please review their complaints on facebook.

This business is a sham and a scam. They have horrific customer service; seemingly illegal billing and return procedures which the consumer has no way of knowing as there is no actual communication via email, snail mail or in the items they ship. They claim to have a 30 day return policy which is actually 14 days and then an exorbitant restocking charge if you happen to find out how to actually get a hold of them. I have been charged 270.00 in less than 1 month time with no ability to return as there is zero information included in the shipment. Stay away from them...totally corrupt!!

False advertising for free 30 day supply of product. No mention of monthly subscription fee.
Due to an injury, I was looking for a 30 day product to help with weight control as I could not workout as usual. Wanted to try a Keto product advertised allowing for a free bottle. Order form states it worked well with their detox product but I never selected that I wanted this product as well but was shipped their detox bottle as well as a charge of $7. Not bad so far but no where did it state up front that I would be charged the full cost of both products ($90x2) unless I called to cancel my subscription within 17 days. I did not sign up for a subscription knowingly and only after searching their website buried in all their advertisement were the terms and conditions. No where on the order form were these terms present. When contacting them via phone they state they were only offering a free trial period not a free bottle yet their website clearly states claim your free bottle. Customer service was threatening and when confronted with their deceit became even more vocal that they were only offering a free trial. Instead of continuing the conversation, I stated I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. They stated that my charges may not be refunded based on the terms. I confirmed my "subscription" was cancelled for which he states as soon as I called them and provided my email, my subscription had been cancelled. Their terms and conditions are unlawful since they do not provide them upfront and allow the consumer to acknowledge they agree to these terms. Simply placing an order for a free product does not constitute agreement to their terms unless specifically offered for review and acceptance. Although I am always very skeptical about anything free, since I did pay the shipping and handling for the free product, I believed that was the extent of the scam since no terms and conditions were present on the order form and only could be found buried on their website.

Company refuses to refund money from unauthorized charges
Company offers a free trial then signs up you against your knowledge for a subscription. Consumer is unaware of this until back account shows payment. Consumer must hunt for phone number and/or email on product that is in extra small print on product. Shipment contains NO paperwork with details or receipt. Company phone number doesn't work and when emailed Company then tells consumer that consumer didn't cancel within time allowed so any refunds are refused. Consumer can't cancel something consumer had no knowledge of in the first place. Consumer demands $50 refund to debit account immediately. NO other options.

Weight loss pills offer through free trial. When 2 bottles were received, I recognized the ingredients would be a detriment to my health. I tried to contact the company. I wanted to return unopened product bottles. Have not been able to find where to return them. Have since been charged a very high price for two more bottles that have never been delivered.
