This product is garbage and after the first month I tried to cancel my account but there is no answer. They owe me $89.99 from 2/20 to present 7/20
I tried to cancel but the phone numbers on the internet are either out of service or no answer, I tried to send them a cancellation letter several times but no reply. They have been taking $89.99 from my credit card every month from 2/20 to present 7/20 there is no packing slip no way to contact them!

Desired Outcome

I want to cancel my account and a complete refund since there was no way to get in touch with them during the 30 days guarantee money back.

Issues with contacting the actual company to discuss stop charging
Cant contact them via phone and web address email is not a working email. I fear this is a scam and my credit card is being charged monthly for something I thought was a free trial. I have emailed them at [email protected] to no avail and the website for the KetoGeniks Nutra from Albuquerque, NM is not functioning.

I want the charges to stop!! Thank you!

I have tried to cancel/return subscription without any results.Phone #s, or returning the product haven't worked.Ive been charged a total of $538.96.
I ordered the trial in March 2020 and paid the shipping costs on it. The product didn't work for me. I've subsequently been getting orders each month (April 22, May 24, June 27) with charges totaling $538.96.
I have tried contacting the company, but no phone 3's work. I have also sent back the product with a note to cancel subscription, but was still charged and got another box this month. Please help since there seems to be no other way to contact this company.

Thank you for the quick response. Just for your information, none of the phone numbers I could find for the company would go through, so I could not cancel. Maybe send the phone number with the first shipment so this won't happen again.

Company failed to explain trial period timeline and total cost of the product outside of trial period would be 4x's as much as the typical store
Unfortunately, I like so many other customers of these products fell prey to the try the "free" trial of the Keto and Detox only to find out it was merely a "bait and switch" tactic to Bill you fraudulently a ridiculous amount of money for products you can get at a vitamin store for a third of the cost.
I ordered these products in mid May, they were delivered at the end of May. Each bottle contained 60 tablets and the instructions encouraged you to take one a day to begin... which meant you could have possibly a 2 month period, however by May 29 they billed me for $89.84 and my bank contacted me regarding the transaction as a possible fraud. I said I didn't authorize that payment and the bank sent me a brand new credit card... I had no way of contacting Wellness Nutra because I didn't see any invoice from them. I tried to look them up on a website but they had various different names they go by and I believe this is an attempt on their part to make it as confusing as possible to get in touch with them. I gave up thinking that my card wasn't charged initially and there wouldn't be future charges on my new card. All of a sudden on June 30th I see a pending charge on my new card as well as a charge 2 weeks earlier of $89.84 from Wellness Nutra. At this point I was livid! How can I stop someone from charging if I can't get in touch with them. I called my bank and they said they have a number for them on my statement. I called them and they said I didn't contact them during the trail period and to my surprise was sending another bottle of the Keto for $89.84 (NOT 2 bottles). I didn't reach them until July 3rd.
I feel the deceptive practices of this company led me to be unfairly charged...
1) Should have been stated CLEARLY when the trail period would begin and end
2) Should have stated the Price of the product at the end of the trial period $89.84
3) Billing would be AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH regardless of when your subscription started
I would have made a better informed decision based on those three things

Received offer to get free product and pay shipping when completing order directed to also buy a detox for free and pay only shipping then a couple of
Weeks later get two bills of $80+ dollars. Called customer service at 1-888-572-3935 to request refund for unauthorized charges and they offered to pay $40 a piece when I requested a refund of all charges and supervisor refused to give refund even after I told them I never authorized any charges.

They make it so easy to order their product.........but impossible to cancel an order, or request a refund.
I have tried everything to reach this company to no avail. They send me their product monthly and make It impossible for me to cancel automatic delivery. There is no packing sheet with the order and there is no address on the box. In very small print on the bottle is a phone number. I have called the number......no answer and no way to leave a message. I've checked the internet and cannot find a number for them. I am older and I have never liked confrontation.....but, I'd certainly like to find how they can take my money monthly, but not give me a chance to discontinue these automatic deliveries.

I want them to cancel the automatic delivery and would like a refund for the product I have received. I will gladly return all the product they have sent me.

Company is refunded all the withdrawals they have made from my account and cancelling any future orders.

ordered what was to be 1x purchases. instead I was sent recurring shipments and billed $89 per month. could not cancel website and phone number bad.
Ordered what according to FB site was 1x time order. Received recurring shipments and billed outrageous $89 mo. Could not contact company inquired, website and phone number no good. read online and on Revdex.com that this a total scam. Cancelled my payment method with my bank (accordng to bank the vendor set it up as recurring) and sent back product. Order site very sketchy and vague, should have realized its a scam.

Ordered one bottle of what was supposed to be a trial for $6.82 for shipping and handling. Was sent 2 bottles, charged 6.82 twice and 89.82 twice.
Ordered one bottle of keto pills for $6.82 for shipping and handling and recited keto pills and detox pills. charged 6.82 twice and then 2 weeks later charged $89.82. Called customer service twice and spoke to 2 supervisors and would only refund $40 per bottle for a total of $80. Explained mom is elderly and early Alzheimer's And she didn't know what she was ordering and was told that I was entitled to a refund and was hung up on by the supervisor Carmen. Went to site where order was placed and you have to click through a number of places to even find any information on a membership. .very deceiving.

I am looking for a full refund of the amount charged of $193.32 minus the $80 already refunded and membership canceled so no further charges are made.
