Hello,The Support Team answers all received correspondences within 24-48 hours. Only in times of extremely high volume, will that time table be extended. In regards to the issues you have stated, there is nothing that Support Team can do to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. The desired settlements you listed, are not within the scope of the Support Team and can not be accomidated. While I understand you are displeased with the changes that have been made, this is not the best forum to use to enact change. That is best done through the official Wizard101 forums.

The account [redacted] has been permanently banned by violating the Terms of Use that is accepted upon account creation. The account has been involved in Cyber Sex chat activity in-game, which is highly unacceptable. Our priority is to host a safe environment for our players and this behavior is not tolerated. The accounts will not be released and banned accounts are not eligible for refund.

I am rejecting this response because:  This company is quick to charge my credit card, when I challenge it, they claim they cannot find my information and ask that I contact them directly.  I tried that, there is no way to reach them.  Please provide a REAL person's name and direct # for me to contact.  I've followed all of your instructions with NO results.  Your practice of delay, deny, avoid is very very unethical at best.  My Credit Card Company has cancelled the account to block your charges.I would hope that the Revdex.com holds them accountable for this illegal business practice!  This is dishonest.This company should be closed.

best of our abilities, and most issues were resolved. As for the virus you state that you are experiencing on your computers, I can assure you that if you originally downloaded Wizard101 from our official site www.wizard101.com the virus was not contracted from our services. It seems that a few of the issues you were experiencing in-game were due to incomplete quest line actions, which we gladly helped you in the right direction. Unfortunately, viruses can come from the most discrete places such as clicking a link on a webpage or untrusted links embedded in emails. However, viruses will typically affect your computer's functionality and not any applications you have downloaded unless it was a result of the virus. The way our game client download is set on our official site, if downloaded from here and so long ago as you previously stated, the virus was not from our products and services. environment for all of our players. We cannot overlook the violation of our rules. We cannot provide a refund for the 12 month [redacted] membership purchased 8/20/2016.  Per the Terms of Use, all purchases are non-refundable barring technical difficulties preventing reasonable access to the game.

I am rejecting this response because:
They falsely banned me and won't tell me why.
The fact i've SEEN people unbanned, myself included and they cannot explain as to why me or my family was banned is itic, I just asked for an explination and even now they cannot.
This is unacceptable, I seen people complain earlier to the Revdex.com who used expliots and glitches and got unbanned. Yet someone who was FASELY banned wasn't.
They say "Game safety" So whenever a family tries protecting themselves they ban you. 
They say "keep secure updated information" so we did, banned for that.
No information was exposed, they were my family, and authorization of the family and/or parents wanted this for the saftey of their child, or themselves. As we ALL used that email.
The fact they can't respond explaining as to why, is rather itic, I requested an appeal and they denied it. They fasely banned me, my family, and all I asked was to be unbanned, and play the game ALONG with my family.
We've spent thousands of dolors and they banned us, again, FASLY, but its okay, we'll be taking our business elsewhere, and will be notifying our attourney for futher actions.
I do NOT recommend doing business with this company. They do unfair business practices, manipulate and have one of the WORST support services.

While I do appreciate your answer that only took me contacting the Revdex.com to obtain, as on your website it states that you will provide reasoning why on your website though an simple email. I hope you fix that issue soon.

Can I please see proof as to why you believe I gave access to "unauthorized players"?
I am requesting it as I am the account holder, I would like to see evidence as to what my account did for that specific violation, as I believe the only issue is on your end.

I have reviewed the chat records in regards to the sanction that was levied against your account. Per our chat policies, no personal information can be distributed in game. This includes personal YouTube channel information. That being said, this was a first time offense...

and I have removed the mute. However, please know that in the future, any distribution of personal information can potentially lead to the permanent muting of the account.
