I can confirm our
customer did spend the $1539.74, and did not receive his Yes 2 You Rewards. We
will apply this immediate and should reflect within 24 hours. Once the points
have updated, as of today, our customer will have 1973 points which will
generate a $95.00 certificate for July. We apologize for any frustration or
inconvenience our customer has experienced.

Upon review of the customer's complaint, I
did partner with our Corporate Refund Department to inquire as to what occurred
with her corporate refund.  They have verified for me that they are unable
to locate the original transaction in which the item was purchased. The
customer is refusing...

to provide specifics so we can locate order and issue her
a credit. She states it is in her husband's name, but will not provide an order
number. We also did offer her a Kohl's Merchandise credit in the amount of
$90.28, which she is refusing as well.  Unless specifics are provided to
us, we are unable to issue credit in the amount of $267.03.

Too many times  I have been promised something will be done or that something is coming in the mail from Kohl's only to be disappointed that they are not following through with what they say will be done.  As an example the response on 01/15 to my Revdex.com complaint says "At this time the account has been
closed and the matter resolved. The customer will receive a letter in the mail
as confirmation." but as 01/22/15 I have not received any confirmation letter.  I will not accept any response of a promise from Kohl's until that promise has been fulfilled.  To date it has not.Regards,

inconvenience, but that specific promotion was not offered directly from
Kohls.com. That is from an unauthorized source, and that specific brand is also
an excluded item, which means no discounts can be applied.

Upon review of the Kohl's Charge account, there were two payments made in December for $50 each however there was no payment made in January which is why a late fee was assessed. Unfortunately, our customers are unable to pay their account ahead therefore a payment must be made closer to the due...

date. The payment was due on January 22nd. We have received a payment of $100.00 on January 30th. This payment will count for the customer's February payment therefore the next payment will be due on March 22nd. In addition, we have waived the late fee assessed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

She said it clearly to me that a physical gift card of $40 is on the way. 2) I also would like to request the phone record of my conversation on Dec 28 2014 with supervisor named [redacted] (not sure if it is her real name). She told me a e-gfit card will be sent to me after 48 hours. She also promised me a free shipping code for the inconvenience this brought to me. 3) I request the Kohls to release the purchase history on this gift card (#[redacted]). I request Kohls' explanation why kohls.com did not refund the money back to the gift card after I removed the gift card. I request kohls look into this matter seriously as this could impact other kohls.com users as well.4)Finally, I request $40 in gift card kohls physical gift card. I request kohls formal apology to me for the time and energy I have spent on this matter.
