Hi. I looked over the response. I have no way to access my account online as I do not have a copy of my card. I have sent away for one and will check my account after I receive it. The women I talked to did say that I have a zero balance. I am still receiving phone calls from Kohl's. I will wait before I either reject or accept the business' response.

Upon review of Kohls.com
order number [redacted], our records indicate that the customer contacted us on
04/20/15 stating she noticed the merchandise was damaged...

upon opening the
package. The customer did not indicate the merchandise was already assembled,
thus resulting in our associate scheduling a UPS pick-up. We are unable to accommodate
the customer’s request for 60% off compensation. She will need to
return the item to her local Kohl's store or we can schedule a UPS pick-up for
the items and process a return back to the credit card used.

That's the 3rd time ive heard that response and still have not seen the credit!  I was supposedly given the credit going on 2 months ago and never received it so this 14-30 day bull crap IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT! I want IMMEDIATE credit to I can order my merchandise.

Hello. I think I might have misunderstood the offer Kohl's made to me in regard to my complaint. While I greatly appreciate the gift card and coupons, I hope I am still getting my $20.00 cash rebate for the coffee maker I purchased. I purchased the coffee maker believing I would get cash back. With a gift card, I am forced to spend my $20 rebate in Kohls. I can spend the cash anywhere. I hope the rebate check is still coming. I will return the gift and coupons, if this isn't the case. In addition, please be advised that the selection of merchandise may vary by store. Some merchandise may not be available or promotional offers available online at Kohls.com may vary from those offered in Kohl’s stores. In the case of our recent Black Friday ad, we included a disclaimer stating that the Doorbusters specials were available while supplies last.
