As of September 25, 2014, most of the charges have been removed.  However, there is one charge remaining on my account, for an order I did not place, in the amount of $51.87.  I would like to keep this case open, until I receive the shipments that are coming to me, until the items have been returned, and my card has been completely credited for the merchandise I did not order.  I am concerned that by closing my complaint, the remainder of my issue will not be resolved in a timely manner.  After all, this did begin on September 17, 2014, and I have had to jump through hoops and file a complaint to receive a partial resolution.

Upon further review of our customer's Kohl's Charge account ending in 0781, it appears his initial payment was due on November 02, 2015, but was received on November 19, 2015. This caused him to be assessed a late fee and interest charge, which continued to accrue more late fees and interest...

charges. We did waive $200.76 as a courtesy, since the initial payment was not received by the due date.  The customer's balance will reflect a credit of $48.74. Please advise the customer to please allow 5-7 business days for this to post on his Kohl's Charge.  Also, the customer may register their account at My Kohl's Charge for FREE online payments. They may also schedule one payment per day for up to 180 days in the future. Payments made after 7 p.m. (Central Time) will post the following day.  Hello, I have received my credit but I find it necessary to correct you on your incorrect understanding of the events.  The bottom line is Kohl's and it's agent shipped the package with an incomplete address.  This lled to the nightmare I went through to get my order.   After yet another email which incorrectly read the UPS delivery report I called and spoke to a supervisor who understood the chain of events, which again started with KOHLS printing the shipping label incorrectly, and along with the complete lack of customer support from Kohls', issued the credit.   I worked in Customer Service for 20 yrs and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, especially since the mistake was made by YOU!   I will close this when someone apologizes to me for the abysmal treatment I continue to receive from Kohl's.

We have partnered with our rebate department and based on
the information received, we agreed to mail out our customer a $5.00 check.
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery, since this is being processed via third party.

Unfortunately, if  a order was not placed, we are unable to do an adjustment. We can note in the system to honor a 20% off of a future order. We will not be issuing the customer a credit or mailing her out a gift card as requested.

The returns they have mentioned made on November 2nd were not the dishs in question. I had ordered 33 dishs on 10/17/16 and ended up returning them all (almost all were broken in the boxes that I received). So on 10/22/16 I returned 22 dishs and on 11/2/16 I returned 6 more, totalling 28 dishs returned. Still missing the 5 dishs in question that I never received in the mail so was incapable of ever returning to the store. I have tracked every dish with the receipts and return receipts and those are the only 5 missing, to which I had received a shipping notification for that package saying they were broken and were sent back to the sender.

Certain electronics brands or warranty products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. Refunds for warranty products are handled by the warranty service provider. Even exchanges are not allowed on premium products....

Our store has agreed to partner directly with our customer in order to arrange a return for her. We provided our customer's contact information to the store manager at the Chico location and they will be following up with her and making sure her concern is resolved accordingly.
