customer did not receive the package. Our records further indicate that you contacted us on January 14, 2015, and advised that you did not receive the package. A $120.50 return was processed the next day - January 15, 2015 for the order. This adjustment will reflect on the customer's bankcard statement. In order to submit a Kohls.com order for merchandise a form of payment is required to process the order.
We respectfully decline our customer's request for compensation.

I was told kohls cash would be accepted on 7/12/15 , same day as purchase, therefore it should be honored.

Kohl's apologizes for any frustration this may have caused the customer. All dates are printed on the coupon that is given to the customer. So as not to show disparate treatment Kohl's cannot honor the expired coupon.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer has experienced with online Order 7887967760. We have processed a return for our customer which has been applied to our customers Kohl's Charge in the amount of $31.15. Our customer was also emailed $15.00 in Kohl's Cash.
