I received this email from Climber this past TuesdayAs you can see, Climber has used symbols such as (>) to keep me from being able to copy/paste words from the body of their message to use in my manage rules to block their emails. Climber.com offers multiple ways for User's to cancel their account( see attached screenshots): 1) select cancel my account under FAQ & we will email you cancelation instructions, 2) Found Under "Terms Of Use" section" on our website "a customer may call in 800-374-or sending an email
to [email protected]" 3) from the user's account private, they can select "Billing" click on the link & scroll to the bottom of the page where we provide a "Suspend Account" button. Customer's last bill date was date was October 12, We have no record of this User requesting to cancel his account, or attempting to contact our customer service department to request his account be cancelled prior to October 30, The account was cancelled after his bill date and per our Terms-of-Service, we do not offer retroactive refunds; customer is not due a refund and no refund shall be issued

Climbers is not an ethnical organization with misleading policies designed to rip-off its customersI bought the $service with the understanding that I had days to try the serviceI saw that the service that they offered was uselessI asked for a refund and they come with obscure rule to keep my money.Is there another entity where I can file complaint to warn would be customers of their rip-off schemes?

Client was issued a full refund on 12/8/

Upon receiving the original Revdex.com complaint from this client, the Project Manager assigned to this client contacted the client to let her know that we would be more than willing to work with her to revise/edit the previously provided first draft, in order to the meet the client's expectationsClient has declined that optionAs previously outlined in our initial response, per our terms of service, all professional resume writing services are "non-cancelable and fees are non-refundable." As such, this client is not eligible for a refund and no refund shall be issued

This customer's refund was processed in accordance with our Terms of Service and a check was issued to cover the refund amount

The bottom line is I never received a check in the mail that *** , phone number ***, had left me a voice mail which I still have, stating that a refund of $has been issued out to you and that it will take to business days to receive itshe said this on March 15 and the check was issued on March 14, And that the check would be signed by *** ***IT IS NOW MAY 11TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! THIS IS ABSURD! MY NEXT STEP IF THIS DOESN'T GET RESOLVED WILL BE TO CONTACT ALL THE MEDIA AND NEWSPAPERS AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT CLIMBER.COM AND HOW THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND NOT GOOD ON THEIR WORD!

I have been informed that I could speak to my original representative at any time I have made numerous requests for him and / or a supervisor to call me for assistance and that has not been done Before I signed up, I was informed that my profile would get viewed by numerous companies Now I am being told that I have to get on it daily for that to happen This company is a fraud The server is so slow that job searching is almost impossible I feel that they are pushing for me to cancel my account before my months are up so they do not have to maintain it
