It often takes up to business days for an unsubscibe/op-out request to take full effect due to synching issues between multiple databases, additionally email may already be queued to send when the unsubscribe request is submitted, and lastly there may be email already sitting at your ISP waiting to be delivered to your inboxPer CAN-SPAM act opt-out requests (unsubscribes) must be honored within business days. Our unsubscribe/opt-out practices are in full compliance with CAN-SPAM act.

Mr*** spoke to Climber.com Representative on March 1st, @ 10:47AM PST; at which time he verbally agreed to sifor a monthly membership @$and provided his credit card information directly to the Climber.com Representative.On May 17, @ 11:06AM PST Mr*** called our
customer service number irate and threatened to report us to every single source he could think of as a "fraud", if we did not give him a refundOur Client Service Representative reiterated our Term Of Service and informed him he was no eligible for a refund at this timeMr*** then hung-up, he proceeded to call in multiple times throughout the same day, each time he was very irate & threatened every employee he spoke to; that if he was not given an immediate refund he would let everyone know that "Climber.com is nothing but a fraud and a scam!" Mr*** signed up for Climber Premier on March 1, @ 10:47AM PST and cancelled his account on May 17, @ 10:41AM PST Mr*** contacted Climber.com’s Client Services Department and asked about a refund on May 17, and he was informed him that he was outside of the Day Satisfaction Guaranteed period & as such would not be eligible for a refund.In order to receive a refund, per the Climber.com Terms of Use (highlighted below) which he expressly agreed to when her account was created; Mr*** would have had to cancel his Climber Premier account on or before April 1, and request a refund from Climber.com's Client Services Department no later than April 1, 2017. Mr*** contacted Climber.com’s Client Services Department and made a refund request on May 17, 2017; which exceeded the Climber.com Guarantee Period by days The Account was Canceled on May 17, 10:41AM, Cancel Confirmation #: ***.Had Mr*** cancelled his Climber Premier account and requested a refund from Climber.com's Client Services Department on or before April 1, 2017; we would have gladly refunded his money under our Satisfaction Guarantee. Since he does not meet the aforementioned criteria, for the reasons previously outlined a refund will not be issued

As previously stated this all of this user's information has been removed from our database, which is supported by the time & date stamped screen capture.

The bottom line is I never received a check in the mail that *** , phone number ***, had left me a voice mail which I still have, stating that a refund of $has been issued out to you and that it will take to business days to receive itshe said this on March 15 and the check was issued on March 14, And that the check would be signed by *** ***IT IS NOW MAY 11TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! THIS IS ABSURD! MY NEXT STEP IF THIS DOESN'T GET RESOLVED WILL BE TO CONTACT ALL THE MEDIA AND NEWSPAPERS AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT CLIMBER.COM AND HOW THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND NOT GOOD ON THEIR WORD!

Climbers is not an ethnical organization with misleading policies designed to rip-off its customersI bought the $service with the understanding that I had days to try the serviceI saw that the service that they offered was uselessI asked for a refund and they come with obscure rule to keep my money.Is there another entity where I can file complaint to warn would be customers of their rip-off schemes?
