Our resume writer has attempted to contact the client numerous times via phone & email over the last few daysClient & our resume writer connected today & writer has supplied client w/first draft copies of new resume & cover letter for her review.

Climber.com offers multiple ways for User's to cancel their account( see attached screenshots): 1) select cancel my account under FAQ & we will email you cancelation instructions, 2) Found Under "Terms Of Use" section" on our website "a customer may call in 800-374-or sending an email
to [email protected]" 3) from the user's account private, they can select "Billing" click on the link & scroll to the bottom of the page where we provide a "Suspend Account" button. Customer's last bill date was date was October 12, We have no record of this User requesting to cancel his account, or attempting to contact our customer service department to request his account be cancelled prior to October 30, The account was cancelled after his bill date and per our Terms-of-Service, we do not offer retroactive refunds; customer is not due a refund and no refund shall be issued
