As I stated that I have unsubscribe and yet the company continues to send me emails anyway. I tried to block their emails but as you can see, they continued to change their emails/domains so they can continue sending their solicitations. As you can see, they have been harassing me. [redacted] from Climber called and left a message saying she was sorry I was unhappy and I responded via email with my concerns and that I just wanted my money back as this going back and forth is not working.  I needed my resume done and complete with 100% effort and I don't feel that was given.  I have since moved on to another provider who has provided me what I needed.  I do not wish to proceed with Climber.com any further.

I received the $39.99 check (REFUND) from climber.com today. Thank you for your efforts and time! No further action needs to be taken !!!

Per her request this customer's account was  Canceled on May 18, 2015 02:24PM, Cancel Confirmation #: [redacted] and a refund was processed the same day (see attached image). We consider this matter now closed.

Customer was contacted by our Sales Manager & by one of our Senior Client Services Reps, we walked him through the website & he received his comprehensive resume review as requested. Client stated he was satisfied with resolution provided. We consider this matter closed.
