La Creme Skin Care Reviews (361)

Review: You advertise at the end of a survey for FREE trial of your skin creme and I paid for shipping. The pricing of your product is quite high and I asked to be removed from your listing and your company requested I spend more money to RETURN a skin care product that cannot nor should not be reused. I've never in 50 years seen this action and am totally taken aback. You need to change this policy immediately in my opoinion.Desired Settlement: Don not require me or others to return unused portions of your skin care product.

At La Creme every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on lacremeskincare.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on lacremeskincare.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information as well as sent out with the product. The consumer placed the order on 06/22/14. This is when they paid the initial $1.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. On 07/02/14 the account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. As a courtesy we are refunding the shipping charge of $1.95. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Review: My name is [redacted], 65 years old US citizen, reside in Sugar Land, TX. I was wrong, had been cheated and am not happy about this incident. So I like to report to you and hopefully those 2 companies will be punished and there will be no other consumer like me in the future to feel being cheated. I am sure I am not the only one to feel cheated in similar cases.

In May 2015, I happened to see an attractive ADs on internet about those 2 products, saying there is a trial offer for me to pay shipping of $4.95 and $3.95 each. Without reading carefully the prints, I signed up and received those 2 products. After receiving my credit card statement, I then realized that there are 2 more charges for them, each is $87.63. I called them, complained and requested to refund me fully. At first they said "NO refund". We negotiated. I told them I had never bought so expensive cosmetic products in my whole life yet and can not afford to buy them. They then agreed on "refund 25%", "50%". They kept saying there are prints on "trial period of "14 days then I will be billed for $87.63" and "I am responsible for the future orders each month for those 2 products and they will continue bill me until I cancel future orders". I told them it is a shock to me to realize what I had agreed on by checking /clicking on some agreement. Frankly I was happy to see the ADS then and did not read to realize the facts afterwards. I did receive 2 emails on the shipments and realized that I will be billed the shipping charges which I am willing to pay. I thought the products are free as trial products. I had never received written documents on the purchase agreements and the bills of the products until I saw my credit card statement. I also argued with them saying I and my families joined some medical trials few times, we sometimes even got reimbursements to thank us for our willingness to try new drugs or medical procedures for the sakes of saving lives. So I asked them to give me full refunds since mine are not opened yet, and I will send those 2 products back to them. By the way, I was asked if I have a lawyer. I replied "YES,..." We finally agree on "100% refund". But I also wanted them to pay the shipping charges for me to return products as I already paid to ship them to me. They refused. I am considering to ship back with shipping charges to be collected at their ends if Post Office allows me. I told them I feel cheated. By the way, I asked who is the manufacturers. They replied they did not know. At this moment, I doubt the reliability and safety of those 2 productsorg.

When I think back, I still feel upset. I am smart sometime but naive to begin with though in this case. I learned a tough lesson. Sadly those 2 companies do not think they did anything wrong, feel guilty, or... To me it is just unbelievable, and seems no justice. I should have done some research before I believe in them.

Thank you so much for your kind attention and great assistance. Your earliest action will be highly appreciated. Should you need any more information, please feel free to contact me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Thanks a lot. Glad to let you know that they refund me $87.63 each on LA CREME and BELLALABS. The products are not opened and will be shipped back. Unfortunately and unwillingly I pay the mailing and handling charges both ways. I would believe that they should have sent the printed terms of the purchase agreement to me by emails or in the packages of their first shipments. The only emails I received were on the shipping charges $3.95 and $4.95 which I knew. But they never did. So I did not have a 2nd chance to review that terms. If it is a careless overlook, that is a bad practice at their sides. Hope it is not an intention.

Review: La Creme advertised a free sample of their product. The consumer only needed to pay for the shipping and handling. I did receive the product (which they claim takes 45 days before you can see results). Then I when I got my mail yesterday there was another sample in the mail. I happened to get my bank statement on the same day and I noticed they withdrew an additional $87.63 from my account on January 6. I then went on line and noticed another 87.63 was taken out of my account. This was supposed to be a free sample. I called the company and apparently I was supposed to cancel the free trial within 9 days or it would become a recurring charge of 87.63. This is clearly an illegal ploy to deceive consumers. Furthermore, how is someone to know if they like the product after 9 days when they say it takes 45 days to see results? Clearly this is a scam. The company did agree to credit my account for the second charge as long as I return the product, which I will do so tomorrow and said they stopped the recurring charge from my account. However I feel I should be reimbursed for the first charge of $87.63 as well. They advertised as a free sample and they should honor what they said in their ad.Desired Settlement: The company should reimburse the $87.63 taken from my account on January 6, 2015. They did say they would cancel the charge made on the 5th of February and they will no longer charge my account . I would like to make sure that they follow through with that promise as well.

Regards,

Review: No February 5th I contacted LaCreme Skin Care regarding their offer to "Act Now Claim Your Trial Package Free for a cost of $4.95 postage. In tiny print on the order is a box indicating if you check the box you are agreeing to notify merchant within 14 days or you will be billed $87.63. I was charged $4.95 on 2-5-14. Then $87.63 on 2-20-14. Then again $87.63 on 3-22-14. Another $87.63 on 4-22-2014.

I contacted merchant on 4-21-2014. They refused to accept return of many of the 3 packages. They didn't cancel the monthly charges at that time.

I explained to them due what I feel was a scam, with their tiny box and FREE offer was not free I felt I was due a refund. There was nothing in any of the packages or any e mails about signed up to pay $87.63. I told them I willing to pay for first shipment. Asked for refund of $175.26. They refused.

I may I complained to my credit card company, Capitol One, about purchases. They reversed the charges in May 2014. In July 2014 merchant resubmitted charges and Capitol One recharged to my account. Today 8-5-14 Capitol One advised there is nothing further they can do.

I really believe this is a scam that I fell for. The small print on order form, no later mention of monthly charge. Refusal to accept product return. Online order form was deceptive starting out by saying FREE offcer. The other bottom line is this product is no good. Does not perform as advertised.

I was having difficult time in March, April, so neglected to check credit card properly. Also I had mail stopped for a period, so I did not receive LaCreme's 2nd and 3rd packages until much later. I got them both at the same time.Desired Settlement: Refund back to credit card of $175.26. Accept return of merchandise 2 packages of return merchandise.

Review: I found out about LaCreme anti-wrinkle in a webpage called [redacted]. It was an add about how [redacted] was dropped from [redacted] because she really uses the combination of LaCreme and [redacted] skincare as anti-age. The ad directed me to another page where consumers told their successful stories with the combination of the products. I clicked on LaCreme's link and saw there was a trial offer for 4.95. I entered my credit card information and received the product in the mail. However, I bought the product for my mom, whom I will not see until December. So I did not worry about opening the package. I opened the package last night, only to find a small card inside that said the terms and conditions were that I needed to cancel future orders within 14 days of the original oder, or I'd be billed $87.63. Because the 14 day period had passed, I have been billed that amount. So I called the company and they said they can cancel my future orders (I was already registered to receive the product every 30 days), but could not offer a refund because they can't take returns past the 14 days. I said I did not see those terms anywhere in the website. The associate told me it was there. So I went back and checked, but as I remembered, there was nothing like "agree to the terms and conditions". I did find a fine print at the bottom of the offer, but it was very small letters and nowhere in the offer button it said it was a 14 day trial. There was no asterisk either, which is usually what you see from good companies, linking the order to the fine print. The representative told me the "14 day trial" wording was there, but it wasn't. How was I supposed to expect being billed an outrageous amount if "14 day" was not linked to the main offer button? I'd be suspicious or much more careful if the 14 day wording was linked to the offer, but it wasn't. have purchased other trial products but never had a problem because the terms were very visible, next to the offer main title, or with the asterisk like I said. And the worst part is I found out that [redacted] has the same policy. So I was billed 87.63 by LaCreme and another 87.63 by [redacted]. This to me looks like two companies that might even be the same, that are exploiting customers with disguised trial offers. I have screen shots of all websites and the main offer. Please help me get my 87.63 back. I will now file a different complaint for [redacted].Desired Settlement: Other than a refund I'd like you guys to look into this joint ad for both products. I believe many more customers are having problems with this.

Regards,

This is the first time I am hearing from LeCreme Skin Care. I returned the product because with this product I broke out in a rash. The customer service person understood but kept reducing the funds that would be returned. If I remember correctly Customer service was so persistant to be paid something that I did not receive a full return. It was several days of back and forth. I have pictures of my rash. They now after all this time and not hearing from them I receive a collection notice to pay in 30 days. I did as instructed and returned there product. Collect Pros is not available by phone and will put a judgement on me if not paid. This is so wrong! I left Le Creme messages with no return call. What is this all about!!

Review: Ordered a creme on line. Canceled it the following morning! Received a call from my bank informing me the company was out of the country! Told them I cancelled it but never received the refund. Was told to go to the bank and get a new card immediately! Keep receiving the product int the mail and I keep sending it back! This is a scam to get your card number! Received a call from them and was trying to get my information. When asked where they were calling from they hung up.m They also have a sister company called Bella Labs.Desired Settlement: Stop this company from contacting me in any way! Please put them out of business before they steal information from other consumers!

[redacted] placed an order on 07/29/14 for our 14-day trial of a 30-day product supply of the La Creme Skincare. The last change we made to her account was on 07/31/14 regarding her trial period. She asked to cancel, and to receive no further contact. We cancelled the trial and as a courtesy, refunded the $4.95 charge back onto her account. We have not replied since, as was her wish. We apologize for any confusion, and hope this clears up the account. Refunds usually take three to seven business days to credit. Regards,

Review: I was not satisfied with La Creme product and service. La Creme has credited money back to my credit card and have cancelled a service on 10/02/2015 in the amount of $87.63

However in order to trick a customer into making a payment La Creme forwarded my information into collection agency. Thinking that they can threaten an educated consumer.

Recently I have received a pink colored letter from Collection Agency threatening me into making a payment of $87.63.

This company is making bad quality products and then thinking they can threaten costumers that canceled their service.

La Creme Skin Care should take full responsibility for that action.

Hope you would help me to resolve this issue as I am offended as a consumer and a person.Desired Settlement: I want written apology from that company and public announcement of their dishonest treatment of their customers.

Business

Response:

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to the customer. The customer's account was closed on 10/12/15. A collection notice was mistakenly sent via a third party. The customer does not owe us any fees for products and we can assure the customer that this will not show on their credit. We have taken the necessary steps to make sure this does not happen again. The customer is welcome to contact us directly if they would like any further information.

Review: This company offers a "FREE TRIAL OFFER" and apparently in the fine print the consumer is to be charged the full price of the product 14 days later. There is nothing 'FREE" in their deceptive advertising and marketing practices. Their pricing also involves "AUTOMATIC" continuing charges and continuing shipment of their product.

Once I was aware of their full charges on my bank account, I called customer service, which their voice mail promised rapid response and yet it took days for them to respond.

I offered to return the product, "unopened" my me, and they informed me they would not accept the product and return it to me immediately. I also informed them that I was under the care of a neurologist due to a stroke and three episodes of amnesia during November, when apparently I thought I was being given a 'FREE TRIAL OFFER," and offered to have a letter sent from my doctor confirming this information, but was told it wouldn't matter.Desired Settlement: I desire to be refunded the full charge of $87.63.

Review: On January 16,2014 I agreed to try the facial cream for free for $4.95 shipping and handling. On January 29 I saw they charged my card $87. I did not agree to monthly charges or shipments or whatever they are charging me for. I agree to try the cream for a one time charge. I called to cancel but they charged me after hours so I can't talk to anyone. I left a message to cancel and it is 13 days, 1 day before the suppose 14 day allowed to cancel. I didn't see anything that said I agree to accept monthly shipments of the cream. I only found this out when I tried investigating why I was being charge. This company is scamming people out of money. They are not authorized to charge people when they are offering free trial and then scamming peopleDesired Settlement: THey can have their cream, I didn't even get a chance to try it yet. I will return their "free" product and I want the charge taken off my credit card.

The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Review: On or around October 30, 2015, I was surfing the internet when a pop-up ad came up from La Crème. I allege that the way it read was that for $3.95 shipping and handling, I would receive a sample of their product and if I liked the product, I could order more. I check my credit card balance often. I saw a $87.63 charge from La Crème. I at once had a stop put on the charge. At the time I responded to the pop-up, I was not directed to their website or given any opportunity to see any type of agreement. I thought I was getting a free sample and if I liked the product, I could order some at a later date of my choice. It seems that La Crème charged me $87.63 for not returning the product they sent me.Desired Settlement: I would like La Crème to attach to this complaint, any proof they may have that I directly visited their website and agreed to any type of agreement. I would further request that La Crème drop the $87.63 charge that they want me to pay. I would also request that La Crème send me postage, if they want me to return the small product they sent me.

It is important that La Crème show me and the Revdex.com that I visited their website and agreed to any type of agreement.

Review: This co uses bait & switch tactics. They advertise purchase of a sample wrinkle reduction cream for $3.95 and when the sample is received, there's "terms and conditions" stating you'll be automatically charged $87.63/month unless you cancel. False product claims have been made and canceling is near to impossible as I understand from others: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund/credit and prevention of continuance of monthly changes.

Review: On 7/2/14 I responded to a La Crème ad found on a website, which said, quote “Get a free sample today. Pay just $4.95 for shipping. To get the BEST results you will want to try BOTH products (aka La Creme and BellaLabs) together. Both creams come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or full money back. But hurry, these incredible free trials won’t last forever." An example of their ads may be seen at http://welovefreesamples.com. I don’t recall seeing any mention on this page of having 14 days to return the product or cancel, nor can I find it when I go back to view the ads. (Perhaps it’s when you fill in your personal details & credit card information, which I will not do again.) The ad led me to believe I had a 30 day trial’s worth and if I did nothing, I would receive monthly shipments for which I would be billed $87.

However, on 7/17 I was charged $87.63 for the La Crème product. I looked for the accompanying paperwork that came with the packages and only then did I see a notice that said Guarantee 100% Satisfaction, and some small print under it saying you’ll have 14 days from your original order date to decide if it’s right for you or be billed $87.63. Yet the product flier in the package said that one could expect visible results in 4-8 weeks! Why then would one have less than 14 days to try the product? I called La Crème at that point to say I did not want to start receiving the cream, and asked for a refund of my $87.63, because that had not been clear to me when I ordered the cream. They informed me that I must have missed some small print in placing the order. I was able to get further shipments cancelled, but the representative would not refund the $87.63 for the “free trial” container I received, saying the ad stated clearly I needed to cancel within 14 days. I feel I was misled by the published ad. This is not a “free trial”, I am not 100% satisfied and I have not received my full money back.Desired Settlement: I accept the $4.95 charge for the initial shipment of the cream I received, but I would like to be refunded the $87.63 which was charged to my VISA card before I had a chance to respond and cancel. I feel I was deceived by the ad because of the lack of clear information about the conditions of the offer. I really would like to see their ads changed to reflect a clear explanation about the terms of the offer so others are not taken in by this as I was.

Review: I ordered a free trial of their product for 4.95. I have not received the trial offer and this same company has went back into my account and removed an additional eighty seven dollars and some change. This transaction put my account in the negative. When I sent them an email, I was told someone would contact me regarding my issue but instead of contacting me they took money from my

Bank account.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back. The shipping and handling and the money they removed without permission.

Review: I answered some questions on an online survey. When I finished I was notified that 'as a reward' for taking the survey I could have my choice of one of 3 products for 'just the price of shipping and processing'. I chose one as a gift for my wife [redacted] and authorized a charge of $4.95 on my debit card. After receiving the product I and receiving my credit card statement I saw a charge of $87.63 on the statement. I went to their website and read about the company and its products. At that time I also saw the complaints on the Revdex.com site and realized I was scammed just as others were. I contacted the company by email and demanded our order to be discontinued and our card be credited with the $87.63 charge. At that time I asked my wife if there was any literature within the box that indicated there was an agreement to future orders. There was only a pamphlet comparing LaCreme to Botox and other advertising.

As of this time I have only received a reply from La Crème stating we have been removed from their monthly billing: no other mention of our card being credited or mention of returning the product.Desired Settlement: I expect my card to be credited with the $87.63 that I never agreed to pay. I feel this company is only out to make a buck even if it is a good product( I have no idea if it is or isn't). I feel that something could be done to persuade the company to legitimize their sales.

We at La Creme SkinCare offer a 14-day trial basis of a 30-day product supply. The survey the consumer is referring to, is an advertisement that redirects the customers to the website where we provide the terms and conditions. They are provided in three separate areas, and include a high-lighted paragraph on the portion where they fill in their credit card information. The terms are provided so the consumer is aware they are on the trial basis and have a specific time period to cancel. The original order for [redacted] was placed on 06/23/14 for $4.95 shipping and handling. The trial period expired on 07/08/14 and they were charged the full retail price of the 30-day product supply at $87.63. We also send a card with a synopsis of the terms to confirm the trial basis, retail price, and recurring monthly membership. The only contact we received from the consumer was a voice mail to cancel. This voice mail was returned on 08/01/14 and there was no return call to verify. The account was closed from all further billing and shipping, and an e-mail cancellation notification was immediately sent. Based off of the nature of this complaint, we will issue a full refund of $87.63 for the product outside of the trial period. We apologize if the consumer was unaware of this information, as we strive to provide it in multiple areas before the order is placed. The refund of $87.63 will take three to seven business days to credit back, they will receive an e-mail confirmation to verify.

Review: Basically I was lured into a page promoting these 2 products. by La Creme and Bella Labs--which claim they're not the same company yet share the same address and voices on answering service--stating that if the products are used together you can get excellent results in anti-aging, which of course looked too good to be true. The luring was an unrelated advertisement that didn't appear as an advertisement. It was making a false claim about [redacted], that I could not believe was true so looked to investigate. Then all of the sudden it was about Skin Care, and instead of a crying [redacted], I saw pictures of an interviewing [redacted], with no mention of the false information I'd previously seen. I took an interest in the skin care and thought I was signing up for a free trial of the product, and then in 30 days be sent another bottle and be charged some ridiculous price of $85, unless I cancelled. So I thought I'd try it. It turns out that, after you receive the package, if you don't cancel and return unused--UNTRIED--within 10 days of their sending, you will be billed $85. Well I received the mail a few days after it had gotten to me, and I simply couldn't believe it. I called Bella Labs and let them know I wanted to cancel by voicemail, and thought they were from the same company. So that order was cancelled, but not the Le Creme. I tried the La Creme, which came in a little pot for face cream but was practically liquid, and was less than acceptable quality. The rep told me I had agreed to buy it because I checked a box saying I was over 18. After letting her know what I thought about it, she said the most they could do was extend me the "courtesy" of redeeming 1/2 the cost, at which point I said that it definitely wasn't worth $40. It was not worth $40-- difficult not to spill from the small pot because it was so liquid; my 99c store products are better than this. I hardly used any of the product and will return it.Desired Settlement: My card cannot be refunded since I cancelled it because of this dispute, so it must be a check or cash. The "other" company(Bella Labs)may still charge me for the other product I'm returning; I don't know! I want a full refund. The product is worthless and their advertising policy is downright manipulative and dishonest; companies like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of advertising. It is a disgrace.

Review: I gave my authorization for a 30 day trial (which cost about $5.99) for skin care facial cream. Then I noticed after 30 days I was charged for $47.32. I called CS and was told that I agreed to the charge of $47.32. Well, I searched the ad and in LITTLE TINY PRINT found that I was to be charged for same. I called to cancel. I AM RETURNING IT TOMORROW VIA "RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED". I VERBALLY CANCELLED ALL ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY OVER A MONTH AGO. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the charges to my debit card of $141.96. Their advertising is fraudulent in my humble opinion. Due to the monthly membership associated with the order WAS NOT IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ADVERTISED AS SUCH. The response implies that directions were very clear in the advertisement and/or materials sent with order. THEY ARE NOT CLEAR. I AM A SEASONED BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL WITH A BACHELORS DEGREE WITH A 3.9 GPA UPON GRADUATION. My attention to detail is superb. I have read similar complaints submitted to Revdex.com. They is no way I will accept any resolution without a total credit as previously stated. Thank you in advance for all your consideration. Respectfully,

Review: In the second half of 2013, I agreed to a trial from La Creme for $4.95 as well as BLB Bella labs for $4.95. Both claimed that if used together, my skin would become firmer, my lines and wrinkles would diminish greatly and the over all look of my skin would improve. None of this happened. They then started billing me $87.63 each for 4 months. I tried calling them but I received no response. A friend just told me I should file a complaint with the Revdex.com for both undisclosed terms of the trial and for false claims. I am hoping you can help me and if nothing else, stop them from stealing money with false claims and chargesDesired Settlement: Refund my money back to my credit card nd stop making unfounded claims and scamming people

During the 10 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation and the product must be postmarked for return within those 10 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 10 days from the date of delivery, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [redacted]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on [redacted], the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on [redacted] where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product. The customer placed the original order on 10/02/2013. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 10/17/2013 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. Her recurring monthly membership processed successfully on 11/16/2013, 12/16/2013, and 01/15/2014, all for the retail price of $87.63. We used to work in tandem with Bellalabs, but no longer. The consumer would need to contact them directly. We have only charged her the total amount of $350.52. The consumer contacted La Crème Skin Care on 01/27/2014 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent issued two charges of $87.63 from 12/16/2013 and 01/15/2014 that day. A credit of $175.26 was issued to the customer. This was agreed to by the customer on a recorded phone call, and she only returned two unopened items. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have issued a courtesy credit of $87.63 from 11/16/2013 as we are fully invested in customer service. However these charges are more than a year old, and normally we would not issue any further credits. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Please refer to our website, [redacted] or [redacted]/main/index.php. Below is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions:Terms and ConditionsYou will have 10 days from the date you receive your bottle to decide if La Crème Skin Care is right for you. You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of La Crème Skin Care. We ship the product the day after you place the order (orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 10 days, you must call us at [redacted] and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and we will bill you $87.63 for your initial order, and every 30 days thereafter we will send you a new 30 day supply of the product for $87.63. To cancel automatic delivery and billing, please call us at [redacted] during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST) or email us at [redacted]. Review: I have tried to cancel this reocurring charge, the last time Oct 17. They are still charging and shipping.

I am already out over $87.00 for the first charge they failed to cancel, now I have another $47.00 charge. I even posted this on Facebook so I could keep track of my attempts to cancel.Desired Settlement: I would Like to return the "unopened" products and get my money back. I haven't even received the $47.00 shipment yet, I was notified by my bank and UPS that it would be coming.

Review: On 6/13/15 I ordered a free sample of a skin care product online from La Creme Skin Care (based on a promotion which appeared to show Dr. ** recommending it, but that is another issue entirely). The offer was for one free sample with a $4.95 shipping and handling charge. I have an order confirmation (#[redacted]) saying I would owe $4.95 shipping and handling for the product, but that the product was free.

I received and started to use the product, then on my most recent credit card bill found a charge of $87.63 billed 7/7/15. Contacted the La Creme company today and was informed by the phone representative that by accepting their free-sample offer I was agreeing to 1) respond within a certain number of days, now past, to prevent full charge for the product, and 2) accept future monthly shipments of the same product for the same price. These terms were not shown in the ad or in the order confirmation.

I requested a full refund for total charges of $87.63. Representative offered a 25% refund ($21.91) to my credit card and cancelled any future shipments. But that’s not enough, and I am requesting a full refund of the remaining charges ($65.72).Desired Settlement: Refund remaining charges of $65.72.
