LadyBoss is an e-commerce site as well as online subscription service. Ladyboss allows our customers to purchase digital products. Once the product is purchased, customers are emailed an access key so that they can download the product from our site.
On 10/16/2018 5:40 PM LadyBoss received notice that the customer *** with the registered account email ***, filed a Revdex.com Complaint. The evidence below will show how we subsequently communicated with the customer and the evidence that followed will provide ample proof that the complaint served is invalid.
On 2018/09/22 22:06 the customer signed up for the LadyBoss Lifestyle Membership.
After the 7 days are up, the paid membership kicks in. Upon completing the registration information, the client receives a personal web access link to the program. During the registration process, it is clearly indicated that the customer gets the first 7 days for free and that it will cost $27 per month every month thereafter until they email to cancel
We never received an email from the customer. The first contact we have received regarding this cancellation was the Revdex.com complaint. We have canceled the customers membership, and she will no longer receive charges from LadyBoss..

I purchased lady boss products on 23 September and now it is 12 October and I have not received any products I have tried multiple times to get a hold of this company I have sent emails I have also tried to leave messages on their machine they will not respond they will not deliver the products they promised after I spent $250 on their products. I want my money back and I want the subscription canceled as well as a response to me showing that the service has been canceled and what date I will receive the money owed to me the next step is the Corporation commission for e-commerce

On 10/12/2018 12:17 PM PM LadyBoss received notice that the customer *** with the registered account email ***, filed a Revdex.com Complaint. The evidence below will show how we subsequently communicated with the customer and the evidence that followed will provide ample proof that the complaint served is invalid.
On 9/23/2018 the customer purchased the Discounted Transformation System and 2 Bag of LadyBoss LEAN.
On 10/10/2018 4:39 PM, 10/11/2018 12:13 PM, 10/12/2018 8:56 AM, 10/12/2018 3:31 PM and 10/12/2018 3:31 PM we received 2 emails and 3 voicemails from the customer saying “ Ordered my LB and LABS OVER $200 + still no product or confirmation # Nor has this company called me back after I’ve left voice mail and emails and FB MSG’s”
This is the only communication we have from the customer and we responded to every single one of them .
*** responded on October 13, 2018 at 11:43 AM saying that the customer’s order got stuck in processing due to an invalid address being entered.
The customer emailed back with the correct address, to which we fixed within 10 hours. The customers items have been shipped and will deliver in 3-5 business days.

I found LadyBoss on facebook and visited their website. I set up a call with someone to talk about life coaching. I was told I could cancel anytime. I was also told that what I was signing was an agreement to try to be healthy. I did not know what I was signing was a year long contract for life coaching phone calls that would cost me $3,000. I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of and cannot afford this expense for a product I was only looking into and didn't understand fully.

Once they agree and the product is purchased, customers are emailed an access key so that they can download the product from our site as well Launch Conference - an hour zoom conference with the coach to get them startedOn 10/19/2018 1:01 PM LadyBoss received notice that the customer *** with the registered account email *** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The evidence below will show how we subsequently communicated with the customer and the evidence that followed will provide ample proof that the complaint served is invalid.
On June 27, 2018 *** signed a 12 month coaching contract. On July 27th she disputed the charge because we would not refund due to the contract she had signed.She ignored messages from the admin trying to work with her on this. Her August and September charges failed. She was removed from coaching group due to failed payments. We pulled the recorded conversation where she agreed to all the coaching terms. She knew what she was signed as the result liaison confirmed multiple times with her. We also have a copy of the 12 month contract she signed at which we can provide upon request.Tell us why here...

If a zero was available, I would give it to them. I have had a monthly autoship of this product since around March of this year and have bought numerous other products from this company over the months. Almost every single month I have had to contact the company to get them to actually send my products, even though every month I am charged. If I did not contact the company, I would never receive my product. I also never receive any shipping confirmation or tracking information although they claim they send 3 separate emails. I have done everything to "whitelist" their emails so that I receive them, but I have NEVER gotten them. If you want any information, you have to email them as they do not answer the phone. It also takes over 48 hours for a person to respond to you. The excuse they use always for me is that "there was a problem with the warehouse" and "sorry for the delay in shipping".
You can bypass all the shipping problems by buying the products through amazon (through ladyboss, not through a 3rd party), but the product costs a whopping 20$ more.

So sorry this is the experience you had with LadyBoss. This is not the expectation we have, and I can assure you that we looked into this. There was a technical error and your address was not sending from our payment processor to our warehouse correctly. Unfortunately, this is not something we were aware of until we left our software department know what was going on. I can assure you that this is a vary rare technical error and has since then been fixed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to support you on your journey

I actually would like to give them a zero. I have been trying for 4 months to get my money back and they keep telling me that they're going to get back with me in 48 hours. They're going to take care of the problem well it's been 4 months and still I have not gotten my money back. I have three case numbers I gave them my tracking number to the boxes that I sent back and they just keep asking me for the same things over and over again and I still did not get my money back. This is the worst business I have ever come across. If you are reading this, then you also had a problem. Tell your friends tell your family, do not get involved with this business do not purchase anything.

I cannot adequately express my disatusfaction with this company in terms of utter lack of professional customer service, shipping, and accounting. I have an auto shipment set up to receive product in a timely organized manner so as to never run out of said product. However, every single month I’ve had to email customer service because I haven’t received my order, though funds are promptly taken out if my checking account the same time each month. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Without my prompting by contacting, I may never receive product at all. I’ve been told all kinds of stories as to why it hasn’t arrived, ranging from “there is no order for you” to “we are backed up and out of stock” and “it’s leaving the warehouse soon. This is more than 15 days after payment has already been taken, mind you.

This month, I am at 26 days post-payment withdrawn and still no product. I reached out to CS this evening after testing the theory that without prompting you may never get product you’ve paid for.

No more excuses for this company or from this company. Get it together. You have an obligation to set yourself up as a professional entity, especially when you are selling product under the idea that your customers must use it consecutively. Taking funds out for payment like clockwork, yet not fulfilling your obligation in a scheduled and organized manner is unacceptable.

Furhermore, never sending payment confirmations, processing confirmations or shipping confirmations is entirely unprofessional. Especially in this day and age. The only way I have indication of payment taken is by looking at my bank statement. And I have 0 way of knowing shipping details unless I contact CS multiple times at which point they just type out digits for tracking info. So unprofessional.

Refund? I think so.

Lady boss is a blessing to me!! I've lost 46lbs and gained so much confidence through their program. The support team has been amazing!! They really care about their customers. When their business started growing and they had a delay on a shipment and some problems with my orders, they promptly fixed the problem and even gave me free items to make up for their mistake. The online support team is amazing!! They really care about their customers. It's genuine and so refreshing!! Their moto is all about helping people make their lives better. I didn’t get any results from the products. The shakes taste terrible. I didn’t know this was an auto ship/charge company. They keep charging my debit card for lady boss burn caplets and I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel the auto shop. Any business that doesn’t have a number to easily reach customer service is shady imo.

I looked into this for you, and we have not received any emails from you regarding wanting to cancel your LABS. Our email address is posted in several different places as well as our phone number

In May, I tried to order Lean on a recurring shipment. But weeks went by, I never received the product and never received an email, so I thought I maybe didn’t complete the process.

So I’m June, I used a different card and ordered again, deciding not to do recurring shipments. I received that bag and thought nothing else of it. Until I realized my other card was still be charged....now three times by the beginning of July.

I now had been charged 4 times (May/June/July for recurring order...June for the single one). But to this day have only received two bags.

In early July when I noticed, I emailed them. I got a response in a few days, but the person quickly said “oh yes, you ordered in May” then disappeared and stopped responding, never fixing the actual problem.

I emailed back THREE MORE TIMES. Replying to the original email thread, as well as sending two new ones. No response. 12 days later I try a Facebook message. No response. Another week, another Facebook message, still no response.

I finally decide to publicly post on their support page (something I don’t like doing) and within two days get a message back, saying they looked into it and realized the May order never shipped and would issue a refund.

That’s it. One refund, even though I’ve been charged for two bags I didn’t receive. Also, in no way addressing that it was an recurring order that never shipped...so I was continually charged even though I wasn’t aware I had actually purchased anything (again, no product, no confirmation emails). Then after A MONTH of trying to get them to answer, the best I get is one refund.

Do not buy from these people. They have no intention of giving you your money back, even if they make mistakes. You have to publicly shame them to even get an answer. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

I finally got this all worked out, and I’ve just been charged AGAIN for the monthly fee. The one I canceled, and the one that didn’t charge or deliver last month. This is insane. Buying from this company is the worst thing I’ve ever done.

To me they are shady .No customer service number you can call, weeks and even months waiting to get the product you ordered, comments are deleted from their Facebook page if you post anything negative. If you do get customer service to email you back they tell you how they are back ordered yet they keep advertising, keep taking peoples money for more orders. They advertise their Lean to be an amazing product yet the ingredients are hard to find anywhere.

If you want to change how your customers view your business then change your business practices. Stop taking orders if you don't have the product to fill those orders in a timely manner and waiting weeks and months in not timely. Maybe you should actually listen to the complaints people bring up on your community Facebook page instead of just deleting them. Acknowledge that there are problems and fix them. I am not alone in what I think of your company but a great many of your customers are desperate women who are afraid to say anything bad about your company. I see the comments in my Facebook feed all the time...till you delete them that is. What kind of company has no phone number that you can call and actually talk to a person. I can see why you don't though as you would be overwhelmed by women asking where in the world their orders are.

I cannot find a number to talk to any of their members. They send me automated emails twice and now never respond. That they were looking into my order over a month ago but never did. They took the money out of my account but I still haven't received anything. I told them I have a complaint on multiple email occasions and they just ignore me.

I would not join or but any items from this company. I am now having my credit company deal with them to get my refund. Ordered Lean and labs on July 3rd and have not recieved any og the items, tired to contact them and every e-mail states we are working on your order, but never a date of when it is expected to delivery and the also took the money right away. Most good company's do not take the money until the ship your priduct, Buyer beware

LadyBoss has helped me in many areas in my life. Fatloss, depression, positivity, etc. I love the program, easy to follow once you follow the directions. I have ordered many products ans never once had an issue. I had two issues with other items but Support was able to fix the problems in a timely matter!

I absolutely love the Ladyboss Lean and Fuel supplements! I actually intend to buy th transformation system next. I also purchased the unlimited lifetime access trainer, and couldn't be more happy with it. This is the best healthy lifestyle program I have ever been a part of, and am so happy with the community and the results that I have started to see since beginning this program is a "lifer" on June 25, 2018. I am so thankful to Kaelin and her Ladyboss team! Kaelin is so transparent about her life and her business. I couldn't have asked for anything more amazing! I live being a Ladyboss, and appreciate all that this company has done and will do!!
