I have been with Ladyboss for about 10 months and have been amazed at what a wonderful company this is. Kaelin and her team work 24/7 helping women change their lives. I have ordered probably a dozen times, whether it is Ladyboss labs or the swag drops and have always received my orders within the week. I only had a problem with an order once but I emailed Ladyboss support and within 24 hours my problem was fixed. This is an amazing company that truly cares about their customers.

It’s been two weeks and I still have YET to be contacted or refunded by this company. Even though I returned the full shipment (which I still have the tracking notification that shows the package was returned to the company’s facility) that I was charged for, that I had no idea was being automatically shipped (seeing as I did not opt for auto ship) but I’m out of my money and the product as well! Almost $200 is a lot of money to just sweep it under the rug. This company’s communication and customer service is one of the most unorganized and chaotic I have ever dealt with.
Thanks for reaching out and providing that feedback! This is not the expectation we have for LadyBoss! I want you to know that we hear you and understand your frustration. Your feelings are real and they are valid, and for that we deeply apologize.
I do see you opted for the auto-renewal price of $197 upon checking out.
Prior to mid-May of this year, we were a small support staff of just 6 people answering emails throughout the day and we were able to keep up with the volume of inquiries while maintaining 24-hour response time. Then we had an astronomical BOOM of new LadyBosses.
This resulted in a tremendous increase in support tickets and Facebook messages - over 25x what we were staffed for! Given this growth, we have done everything in our power to be transparent, and to hire and train as fast as we can to accommodate for this rapid growth. This may not seem huge but considering we are an entire operations team of right around 40 people, that 25% growth is pretty sizable!
We are actively adding to our team so that we can provide the level of service and customer care we pride ourselves on and deem necessary for all of our LadyBosses to find success on their journey.
I agree this is 100% unacceptable, and we take 100% responsibility for the delay in emails, messages, shipments, refunds and responses.
I do see your LABS were canceled on June 21. I have located you return and I have refunded you $197! This will be in your account in 3-10 business days!

I honestly can't recommend it enough, Ladyboss is life changing! All my friends and family have witnessed what a positive impact it's had on my life which has had a cascading affect on them also, so everyone is winning! The support team are absolutely fantastic and the products are great and the labs taste amazing.
LadyBoss is the best weight loss program I have ever tried. It teaches you to love yourself ontop of teaching you how to rewire your brain for success! Lady Boss truly has saved my life!

Everything about this company is A++
LadyBoss is literally the best thing that has happened to me!! Not only have I lost weight, countless inches, and learned how to eat the "right" kinds of foods, but I have gained so much confidence and self worth. This is not a fad diet or scheme. It's the REAL DEAL if you're willing to put in the effort on your part. This is no magic pill. It's hard work- and it's a lifestyle. The amount of memberships have almost doubled since becoming a member. Kaelin is not just an pretty blond who sells their products and disappears. She is so much a part of this group and gets personally involved. She has a real passion to helping ladies find their self worth and living a healthy lifestyle. She has made personal workout plans and videos showing you how to do it correctly. She is always popping up in the group doing live videos when she has a new idea it a healthy way to enjoy your favorite treat!

Professional and customer service priority based. Ladyboss really cares about their clientele in my experience.
I signed up for LadyBoss in January of 2017, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The LadyBoss trainer has given me everything I need to turn my health around and start loving my life again. I have been a member of Ladyboss since October 2017. I am very satisfied with the company and the products offered. Any issues I have had with shipping or incorrect products have been resolved. This is a company ran by humans, Humans make mistakes but if they can they will correct it. As with Every product or service there will be people who either like it or hate it. This is one that I love With the tools that Ladyboss has provided me I have lost 30 lbs. I feel happier, healthier, and more confident. Very thankful for Ladyboss.

I want to say that Ladyboss is NOT a scam. They are truly working hard to help women lose weight and feel confident about themselves.
