Thank you for the informationI have put this and your concerns in front of the service teamThey will be reaching out directly

This request for pay statement information would normally be handled between this employee and his employer, as ADP does not in fact provide direct support to employees of Mr*** employer. However, as a courtesy to Mr***, ADP reached out to his employer on 12/to help
facilitate resolution. It is our understanding that Mr*** employer spoke with him about this matter on 12/and again on 12/This resulted in Mr*** employer agreeing to provide him with W2s dating back to 2005, to assist him with the tax matter he is attending to.ADP was happy to help facilitate resolution of this matter between our client and their employeeShould Mr*** need any further information, he should reach out to his employer. Should they in turn need further support, they can reach out to their ADP Service team, who would be happy to assist

Hi ***, In order for us to look into this we need the name of your employer as it shows on your paystubs and what the refund was for? What was overdeducted? Thank you

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: ADP admitted that there was an
error made on their behalf and we had an agreement to collect funds due but my services is still being hinder I tried to wait and see how ADP would respond by next payroll cycle and this what I am faced with when I tried to make payroll.I contacted payroll office today regarding processing a manual check the online service stated that my account is suspended, I was not allow to review my staff payroll or process it I contacted the customer service department and was told that account was suspended for NSF which is not a true statement considering all fee's had been debited from my account But the young lady did help me with amount to be manually paid I am not sure why my account is considered NSF if there was an agreement met that there was an error made from the ADP department and I would not be held NSF because of ADP error, also the date to release funds on June 6,was part of our agreementI am unhappy that my account is labeled NSF when clearly this was not the case This label is derogatory and can effect my companies reputation and good standing

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that even though they kept our money for MONTHS before actually paying, the resolution will come after we NOW have to get the refund from the state since they did not respond to all of our calls and requests for answers. ALSO, this person is not correct about the *** ** ** payment laws.....you can not pay monthly, ONLY quarterly. They need to pay attention instead of always just "Right Fighting" like all their reps do when you try to get answers. We will consider this matter closed and the bad taste in our mouths from their lack of customer service will remain.

I called Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, just got off the phone with Janet, she has everything straightened out for meActivation was started this morning When I spoke to Elizabeth ,Mark, and floor Supervisor Kristian, at ADP , each of them ASSURED me they would call and let me know I
was good to goI have yet to hear from them. I have been very ill not being able to get my medications, I feel the information given by ADP and their representatives has cost my health to suffer ,then causing my job to suffer as wellI have just started this jobEven though this insurance is retroactive, I still feel they owe me several days coverage for misinformation, flat out lying to me. Seems as if none of the three of them did a follow up eitherIf they worked customer service as I do or for me , they would be terminated for neglect of dutiesI do not want them to loose their jobs, but this to be a wide awakening for them, EACH OF THEMEven more so the Gentleman that calls hisself the floor supervisorI'd also like this letter to go to the CEO of that organization so Mr*** is aware that people's lives are on the line when this type of misrepresentation happensIt's not like I was picking up a cold medicineThese are meds I take daily.I would request to know what may become of this,if possibleI'd like to think this is a rare situation, but by what I have read, I feel I'm wrongI hope no one else suffers from the lack of concern for their customers or their jobs.I am thankful for your help and Anthem's employee Janet, along with my local Kroger making calls on behalf

We have requested our team review and reach out to address .We will follow up hear once we have resolution

We have confirmed that the account has been updated and two checks will be coming directly from the vendor to the clientWorkers Compensation has also been confirmed up to date and no further payroll credits are duePlease confirm nothing further needed?

ADP acknowledges the customer’s complaint and regrets that the customer was not happy with its experience as ADP strives to provide excellent service to its clientsWe believe we’ve done all that we can to address the client’s complaintAs background, *** *** ** *** *** began processing payroll with ADP March of 2017. Their onboarding paperwork included an application for SC Unemployment IDs, which are needed to file taxes successfully. ADP did not receive the needed filing IDs from *** *** ** *** *** until July 2017. Once provided, ADP filed the exceptions needed, at no cost to *** *** ** *** *** to complete tax filings with SC Unemployment. *** *** ** *** *** did not fund the taxes due, which taxes are the responsibility of the employer, and were in no way the result of any actions of ADPIn good faith, ADP paid the taxes that were due from the employer to the state unemployment agency on behalf of *** *** *** prior to receiving these tax funds from the client with the expectation that these tax funds would be reimbursed to ADPADP tried to collect these outstanding taxes from *** *** on numerous occasions and when unsuccessful, ADP was required to turn the matter over to collections in an effort to obtain the monies ADP paid as part of the client’s tax payment obligationsWe sincerely regret that the client was dissatisfied

I have documented this request and sent to our Benefits team to address, resolve and reach outI will also follow up here once we have a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: you calling me is only step one of the issue. I get calls all the time saying things will be fixed but they are not. We will have to monitor the situation and see if service improves. I believe the issue is still open

I am rejecting this response: who is this associate? And what I had requested is that I feel I have been clearly taken advantage of and so
will like to proceed to pleed my case before a judge so I wanted to know where to serve ADP? I need an address where I can serve court documents (to clarify) if a different person has to give me that information, can you ask them to contact me? You have my contact information

I will have the service team reach out to assist and then close the loop here once done

This issue stems from employees who were coded incorrectly for state withholding. It is the employers responsibility to ensure all employees are coded correctly. Once discovered, ADP agreed to process all adjustments at no charge to the client, this included fees, penalties and interest
associated with the correction. As a courtesy, ADP has removed any open invoices for processing fees from the employer’s account. ADP is unable to assume responsibility for paying withholding taxes for a client, this remains the employers responsibility. Currently, there are no fees or invoices open for this clientThere are employee taxes owed to the State of South Carolina which the employer is responsible to pay to the state directly

ADP has tried to contact the complainant via email, phone and mailNo response. If we were able to reach the complainant we would apologize for lack of follow up and ensure that any NSF fees not caused by client were refunded

I have asked our Garnishment team review this issue and let us know the resolution. Once they have researched and reached out to the complainant I will respond here as well

We have been trying to make contact with our client to discuss her concerns but to this point have been unsuccessful in connecting with herWe are trying to arrange a conference call over the next few days to discuss the items noted in depthWe have done some initial research but until we can
speak to our client we aren't able to propose a solution to remedy the complaintOnce we are able to speak directly we will provide an updated response

I confirmed that the refund has been deposited into my checking account and I was assured that the W-2C I was given and filed with my taxes was correct and that I don't need to take any further actions regarding my payroll/taxes
