The client had let me know that had he filed a Revdex.com complaint in addition to expressing his frustrations on twitter. We have forwarded payment to the agency for the SUI and P&I. The client will be debited for the
SUI tax only, ADP is picking up the P&I. We will be following up with the agency to make sure the check has posted to the client’s account and that there are no outstanding issues with CA. The client is happy with our resolution

were able to get the employee a refund within a week along with constant updates of the process. We apologize for this error and appreciate your partnership. We will be evaluating our communication to mitigate these issues in the future

The missing forms were emailed to me and I was told they were filed with the IRSAs long as the IRS accepts the forms - this will take 6-weeks - I believe this matter is closedIf the IRS rejects the forms, for whatever reason, I can simply reopen the complaint. This issue has been resolvedWhen *** *** *** *** terminated services with ADP and process with another vendor they requested that ADP deposit and file their taxes for the period in question. Typically, when a client leaves ADP for another provider, filing responsibility
falls on the client and undeposited taxes are refunded directly to the client. In this case, *** *** *** *** requested that ADP still file their taxes for the period in question. To resolve this matter, ADP has started the process of filing amended returns to the appropriate agencies*** *** *** *** also received a goodwill credit for the additional $for their first invoice feeOverall, the client *** *** *** ***is satisfied with the resolution and has the proper contact information in case any questions or concerns arise

In order to research this we need the name of the company in question, region and company code as they all appear on ADP documentsIf you have the Tracer Notice please provide that as well

I am rejecting this response for numerous reasonsThere is no confirmation that they ever made any paymentsI explicitly told ADP to wait so that I could receive advice from my accountant about my actual incomeA female claimed that she wanted that information immediatelyThis is fraudADP advocates fraud and oppression against people whom are potentially interested in working with them. I've contacted ADP several times, including the regional manager or representative, to address these mattersThey've always been "busy," won't return my calls, and won't return my messages
