I am rejecting this response because: ADP is a Huge Group of LIARS , this collection notice is dated January , and this has been ongoing since August , I know that they are Lying as this is what they are trained to do Sarah W*** admitted the wrong that this company did to my company to four witnesses ADP said that we did not code our employees correctly, Sarah W*** was supposed to completely set our company's defaults as she did and then admitted her GUILT for the wrong doing Now since ADP has not paid these penalties there are more on the way and not one person has reached out to me to help correct these problems they have made me do every bit of the work I have turned it all over to my attorneys office and we will see what happens from here ADP is a very poorly run company and it all starts with the president of the company

I am rejecting this response because: Their web site is screwed up, and is an integral part of the payment processI tried again this morning but could not even log onto the web siteWhen I requested a new password and followed the instructions in an email from them, the system again refused to permit me to log onWithout a reasonably functional web site, it is extremely difficult to access my paycheckThere really is a problem with the web siteThey need to fix it so that it works at least most of the time.

The employer chooses to use the pay card not ADPIf the user needs assistance they must work through their employer who can enlist the help of their ADP Service TeamThere is nothing outstanding that is an issue to be correctedNo system issues exist currently and any log in items need to be
addressed with the employer as the contract is with the employer not the employee

contacted ADP on several occasions as mentioned and was not getting the help or attention I needed I gave the persons I spoke with each time all the information they needed to resolve the conflict The day after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, ADP finally showed effort into helping me get this problem resolved It's still being worked on I'm not ready to say the response is accepted until it's fully resolved Even then, I am not happy with the service and trouble and ultimate resolution I have received with ADP They made an enormous mistake and I've had to do all the follto get a response

After speaking to countless ADP Cobra customer service people and being told they could not fix my issue for an "average of days", "7-days" and "2-3" days - I finally found one employee who actually had a brain and fixed my issue in minutes by simply calling *** *** and informing them that I had paid my Cobra costsRachel is ADP Cobras best employeeShe should be placed as their CEO and fire everyone else and hire all new people - people what have brains and can actually think
