All fees are disclosed in your former employer’s plans participant fee disclosure statement. This statement is available to you online at mykplan.com. ADP Retirement Services does a yearly reminder via email that the participant fee disclosure is available to you. This disclosure indicates a... $50 fee for final distribution. Fees deducted from your account are not taxable or reported as income to you. This fee is part of the recordkeeping agreement between your now former employer / plan sponsor and ADP Retirement Services (the record-keeper). Administrative fees for certain services or transactions you request may be charged directly to your account if not paid by your employer or by the plan or both. The plan sponsor has fiduciary responsibility for the 401(k) plan and is aware and agreed to all individual expenses as explained in the participant fee disclosure statement.

Mr [redacted] , I have asked our Service Leaders to review your concern and they will reach out to you directlyOnce they have done so I will respond here as wellThank you

This issue stems from employees who were coded incorrectly for state withholding It is the employers responsibility to ensure all employees are coded correctly Once discovered, ADP agreed to process all adjustments at no charge to the client, this included fees, penalties and interest associated with the correction As a courtesy, ADP has removed any open invoices for processing fees from the employer’s account ADP is unable to assume responsibility for paying withholding taxes for a client, this remains the employers responsibility Currently, there are no fees or invoices open for this clientThere are employee taxes owed to the State of South Carolina which the employer is responsible to pay to the state directly

We have spoken with our client and the Louisiana Workforce Commission and have processed needed amendments to have the issue correctedLouisiana has indicated it could take weeks to process the amendment on their system so we have assigned an associate to monitor the status of the amendment and provide updates to the client on a weekly basis until it is resolvedWe will post a further follow up once the issue is completely corrected

Our Paycard team has been in contact with Mr [redacted] and explained what transpiredWe have also taken his concerns to the Leadership team as feedback in updating the policyHe has our teams direct line should any additional assistance be needed

We identified the ADP Sales associates who made the unwelcome visit to this prospective clientWe have taken steps to ensure that this will not happen againI sent an apology e-mail to Hester and provided her with my direct contact information, in case she would like to review further or has any future concerns [redacted] Vice President ADP - Sacramento Region

I have requested our FSA team reach out to address and will respond further once they have more information on this claim

I am rejecting this response because: I've gotten this boiler plate response beforeIf ADP bothered to read my complaint, they would see that when I left [redacted] ***, I WAS NEVER notified (in person, phone call, email, or regular mail) that I had a run-out period of months...Run-out periods vary greatly and businesses are required to specifically share this information with the employee upon their departureTHIS DID NOT HAPPEN! Also, ADP did not post that information on the portal....what's the use of a portal if it does not tell you you have months to close your account? I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS INFORMATION WHEN I LEFT THE BANK....I have to repeat it so that ADP can understand itRegarding the federal mandate to notify....well, they have failed to uphold itHas ADP even contacted [redacted] ***? What is the bank position on their obligation to notify? How come I was never notified? This is the information that we need...an official response from the BankPlease respond when you have that informationAlso, as per ADP appeal procedures, I ask that any relevant information be sent to me via mail (e.gthe Bank's response in regards to lack of notice, etc)Furthermore, I am seeking legal advice in this matter as we speak and, also, ask that Revdex.com indicate the proper governmental agency that investigates these disputes. This complaints remains active.Thank you Regards,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They deducted once again 9/1/2017 $240.64 which is not acceptable.... They promised the 1st 4 months free. I refuse to pay for service that was not provided to me in manner acceptable. I would like a credit for $240.64 today. Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello David,We received an update that your local Service Center was able to resolve your concern with your outstanding balance After a full review of the situation , our staff worked with our collection agency and to bring our account to a zero balance Should you require any further assistance, please reach out to your local Service Center for help Thank you for your patience in this matter ADP Social Support

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I concede that the emails sent to my employer did state that there would be a time delay, I am still rejecting the response because I am unsatisfied (overall) with the way ADP has handled this. Each time I called, they disclaimed responsibility and transferred me to someone else. Something as simple as looking up a balance or migrating a system should not have had this many headaches. Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I did not agree on the fee!!!!!!!!!
