I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and here is the information they requestedThe company's name is *** ***The issue began when an order was submitted to deduct funds from my paycheck for a bankruptcy that later was dismissed
I assume the information was given to ADP or *** *** as $was deducted from my accountMy attorney from *** *** *** was able to reverse the deduction on 2/15/Per an ADP representative it would take days to reverse the deduction and another days for me to be refundedThe refund amount I have been expecting is $An ADP representative informed me that a Live check was overnighted to *** *** on 2/16/and should have been in my possession on 2/18/With further investigation on my own I learned the check ended up in the possession of *** *** in Marietta GAAs of Today 3/12/I have not received this checkI am holding ADP responsible as the staff at *** *** of Marietta failed to issue this refund to me in a timely mannerI had to go as far as to issue a complaint against HCR Manorcare with the Georgia Wage and Hour Division after not being able to get any assistance with their Corporate office

ADP has received the complaint filed by *** *** requesting reimbursement of a claim submitted under his Healthcare Spending accountReview of this claim for date of service December 29, indicates that we did receive and deny this as after the account end dateHowever, we have now
updated the account to reflect the December 31, end date and the claim has been approved and the balance on this account in the amount of $has been paid today

ADP arranged for *** Client Relationship Executive - Stacie, from the ADP Resource account, to reach out to her, based on this complaint. They reviewed the services that were provided to *** by her original HRBP, her payroll rep and her second HRBPStacie explained to her
that the invoices she received are for payroll, HR and use of our technology and therefore we wouldn’t be able to refund months of invoices. Stacie offered a one month refund of $1,and *** agreed that this was acceptableThey had a pleasant conversation, during which, ADP acknowledged *** frustration, she assured us that she is happy being on the ADP Run platform again
