I'm a contractor on the siteI would not recommend anyone to be a contractor, or customer for that matter, due to how poorly we are treatedTo start, if a customer is not happy with your work they can simply request a new contractor, and you will not get paid, in theory the customer could get several mows for the price of one at the contractors expense Second: If I cut several yards and a customer has a complaint or wants something else from the contractor I don't get paid until the customer is happy again, this is an exact message from lawn mowing online support "Please remember that contractors are removed when customers cancel AND they are not paid for any orders they are still due payment forFor example, if you mow yards and customer cancels, you are not paid for any of those yards until you resolve the cancellation with the customer." Third; They don't reply back when contacted! I've contacted them ever day for the past two week alternating between phone and email with no reply! Fourth; I'm due payment for a lawn completed properly and on time, which I have not been paid for, they have a day waiting period before you get paid for what work you didI get paid through paypal from them, therefor I'm pretty sure they enter everything by hand, meaning mistakes are madeThey forgot to pay me for a lawn and still haven't responded, hence the reason I've been contacting them and writing a complaint Fifth; they don't care if its their fault or notI had a customer initiate a cancelation prior to me accepting a job, this job was listed for about a week prior to me taking it, the customer contacted me saying that nothing was my faultI contacted administration about this and all they said was "work it out with the customer" I contacted them trying to communicate properly being honest and direct, and what do they do take all my other jobs I had at the time and repost them! If the company didn't care about the ridiculous amount of money they are making being the middle man, they would have more customers and contractors that would stay with themI'm still waiting for the money I'm due, hoping they contact me before I file a claim in court

After the dispute had ended on the website, the customer only needed to login and click Refund Order at the same place the dispute was to receive an immediate refund It does not automatically refund the customer because during the dispute process the customer and contractor could have come to an agreement and resolved the dispute but the customer could have forgotten to cancel the dispute so if the refund happened automatically the contractor that resolved the dispute would not be paid This dispute ended and the contractor did not resolve it, so the customer only needed to click Refund Order Customer did not login and click Refund Order Instead, they went to the credit card payment processor to file a dispute They will have to wait for them to complete their investigation before the customer can be refunded The contractor that failed to resolve the customer's complaint automatically received a poor review rating which will hurt their chances of being chosen by future customers

I paid lawnmowingonline via their website to have my lawn mowedThree days later the contractor they assigned to the case showed up to perform the service for which we paid However, He DID NOT mow our lawn he attempted to extort $from my who was home alone with our year old and yearHe advised her that we must pay him $more or he will NOT mow our lawn Of course she refused and he left without doing anything! After you select YES and click "Report Status" the contractor will be automatically paid and there is no way to request the contractor to return if there is a problem or request a refund." Customer ordered on the 19th and cancelled on the 20th Customer agreed to pay a $cancellation fee if they cancelled any order in less than days Customer was refunded their order minus the $fee they agreed to Customer has now contacted they payment processor to try and receive that $fee If payment processors chooses to refund, LawnMowingOnline.com will put the amount refunded into collections and notify credit bureaus of the unpaid debt since this is a fee the customer agreed to pay according to the Terms of Service they agreed to and on the cancellation page they filled out Customer is also liable for any attorney or collection fees required while attempting to collect the unpaid debt which could greatly exceed the $cancellation fee To avoid additional fees and a negative report to the credit bureaus for the unpaid debt, customer is advised to cancel the dispute Thank you

Customer left this Revdex.com complaint within hour of contacting support saying she can not access her account That is not appropriate behavior so the customer has been permanently ban from using LawnMowingOnline services

In mid-September the website was completely redesigned Now if there is any problem with a order all cancellations, disputes and refunds are done automatically on the website by the customers Customers do not need to contact support Login and click CANCEL to cancel or DISPUTE to dispute the orderThen place a new orderContractors that have cancellations or disputes are automatically given 1-star reviews which will warn future customers to not choose them However this customer decided to file a dispute with the credit card processor instead so the money is held until they finish their investigation

On 3/11, I requested service to have my lawn mowed on 3/12. I paid $29, and the job was accepted by a contractor named Jason, who did not show up to mow my lawn. I attempted to contact Jason through the website's messaging service, but he did not reply. I then requested that the company cancel my service or dispatch another contractor to fulfill the payment. I made three requests through lawnmowingonline's website, each of which triggered an email to me from them saying that the information had been received and they would get back to me. These requests to follow through on paid for service happened on 3/17, 3/17 and 3/22 (along with contacting the contractor as instructed on their site). On 3/24, twelve days after the service was to be provided and was not and a week after I began reaching out to lawnmowingonline, I sent a message through [redacted] requesting a refund. I posted a job to have my lawn mowed It didn't get picked up within a week, and then I had someone else offer to mow for me I accepted their offer, and canceled my job with lawnmowingonline.com I did receive an email confirmation that my job had been canceled, however the job remained posted on their site and was eventually picked up by a contractor I messaged the contractor immediately, and he acknowledged that the order had been canceled He then claimed that lawnmowingonline.com was withholding payment for other jobs he had completed because my job was still outstanding He eventually marked my job completed, and posted pictures of someone else's house I denied payment, but it still went through I have yet to receive a refund I have reached out to the company using their "support" email, and not gotten any reply I messaged them on facebook, and have been in conversation with someone, however they have not resolved the issue and is no longer responding
