Order was taken by a person that signed up on the website to receive local lawn mowing jobs LawnMowingOnline does not mow lawns, we operate similar to eBay, allowing buyers to put orders into the system and local service providers take those orders and fulfill them The buyer contacted
support on June 30th and asked that the order be reposted because the service provider had not provided the service The order was reposted on June 30th and the service provider was removed from the website The order was accepted by a new service provider on the evening of June 30th and service was provided on July 1st Photos of the mowed lawn are attached

*** *** has been given a full refund of $42. I do find it strange she was still claiming in June to the Revdex.com that she couldn't cancel online because the website was broken when in March she filled out the cancellation form and said it was trouble with her browser, not the website. Screenshot attached.The order was accepted by a contractor but the customer cancelled. At that time we were having trouble with contractors taking orders, then knocking on customer's doors and requesting cash and telling customers to cancel online, so a policy was implemented that held contractors responsible for cancellations and if a customer cancelled then the contractor was removed from the website if the contractor could not convince them otherwise. This contractor was removed from the website because the customer never replied to the contractor's pleads to allow them to mow another day. Screenshot attached. They have since returned to the website since the review system now automatically handles situations like this ***www.***.com

I paid lawnmowingonline via their website to have my lawn mowedThree days later the contractor they assigned to the case showed up to perform the service for which we paid
However, He DID NOT mow our lawn he attempted to extort $from my who was home alone with our year old and yearHe advised her that we must pay him $more or he will NOT mow our lawn
Of course she refused and he left without doing anything!
Also, he "completed" our order as if it had been "completed"NOW the company has our $and our lawn is unmowed
I reached out to the contractor via the company web site, and had an exstensive exchange of dialogue with him in which he was extremely unprofessional, uncompromising, NOT customer centric and rude
When I filed a complaint with the company themselves my only response was a canned quote of their policies and procedures
It did not address ANY of my concerns

Used this service several times, but the last time has been frustratingSubmitted a request for a mowing date a week out They withdrew money from my account immediately but nobody ever showed up to mowI submitted a request for refund, and instead of a refund, they rescheduled a mowing date which I did not want I immediately sent a request to cancel that mow and requested a refund again A mower showed up to mow, and luckily I was able to stop him before he got very far A third request for a refund has still gone unanswered My advice is to avoid this company because although it usually seems to work, in the event that there is a problem you'll never get it resolvedI will never use them again

Customer placed an order in North Carolina where we do not provide service yetRather than cancel and request a refund on the website the customer went straight to our credit card processor, *** to dispute the orderPaypal refused to refund because they see the thousands of successful orders
completed each week and referred the customer back to the website to request a refundCustomer never requested a refund on the websiteSince this order is months old the option to credit the credit card is no longer availableIf you order in the future please cancel on the website so the refund can be processed

Customer said in the order the grass was up to inches When contractor arrived they found the grass to be over inches Contractor took photos of the long grass (see attachments) and messaged customer asking for $which is what the order page charges for grass that is 9-inches
