I used this site last year and had no issuesThis week a vendor has trenched our yard and the owner's response is that "LawnMowingOnline is like eBay"eBay allows sellers and buyers to rate their experiencesThe owner offered no restitutionI have disputed the charges for the lawn service, but the damage to our grass is doneI caution anyone that thinks of using this service as there is no accountability for the work
Update: Owner still claiming that the site is the eBay of lawn cutting, however there is NO way to rate contractorsInstead of assisting customers that have an issue, he merely bans the contractor from the site, cutting off their accessThis is a horrible business practice for customers and vendorsI hope that this company fails quicklyDo not use this companyHe is a shady business person

They cancel your orders without your approval to generate revenue from cancellation fees This is a shady business practice and I will never use their services or recommend their services to my friends in real estate ever again

I had placed an order for my lawn to be servicedThe funds were immediately taken from my account, I had cancelled a few days later because my regular contractor came back in town and no one had taken my order from themI cancelled online as it instructed and a few days later the job was claimedI responded via email because there are no phone numbers and the assigned contractor instructed them to look at my message
I proceeded to cancel again and againEach time stating that I would like someone to contact meI left my phone number and of course they already had my email and I've received nothingNow the contractor who was assigned to me wasn't paid for other jobs he's completed
