I recently bought a fixer-upper house and the grass was completely overgrownDidn't know anyone in the area yet so found LawnMowingOnline and they took care of it fastExcellent service

I requested to cancel my order for mowing and to get a refundNo service was provided and the company still has not cancelled the order or provided a refundI have made requestsThe response to the initial request was that the cancellation would take hours and the refund would take daysIt has been days and the order still has not been cancelledThe only response I've gotten suggests that I wait until my lawn needs to be mowed again and makes no assurance that the order will ever be cancelled or that I will ever get a refund

I'm a contractor on the siteI would not recommend anyone to be a contractor, or customer for that matter, due to how poorly we are treatedTo start, if a customer is not happy with your work they can simply request a new contractor, and you will not get paid, in theory the customer could get several mows for the price of one at the contractors expense
Second: If I cut several yards and a customer has a complaint or wants something else from the contractor I don't get paid until the customer is happy again, this is an exact message from lawn mowing online support
"Please remember that contractors are removed when customers cancel AND they are not paid for any orders they are still due payment forFor example, if you mow yards and customer cancels, you are not paid for any of those yards until you resolve the cancellation with the customer."
Third; They don't reply back when contacted! I've contacted them ever day for the past two week alternating between phone and email with no reply!
Fourth; I'm due payment for a lawn completed properly and on time, which I have not been paid for, they have a day waiting period before you get paid for what work you didI get paid through paypal from them, therefor I'm pretty sure they enter everything by hand, meaning mistakes are madeThey forgot to pay me for a lawn and still haven't responded, hence the reason I've been contacting them and writing a complaint
Fifth; they don't care if its their fault or notI had a customer initiate a cancelation prior to me accepting a job, this job was listed for about a week prior to me taking it, the customer contacted me saying that nothing was my faultI contacted administration about this and all they said was "work it out with the customer" I contacted them trying to communicate properly being honest and direct, and what do they do take all my other jobs I had at the time and repost them!
If the company didn't care about the ridiculous amount of money they are making being the middle man, they would have more customers and contractors that would stay with themI'm still waiting for the money I'm due, hoping they contact me before I file a claim in court

I used the form to book a next day service, to which they responded promptlyThe contractor did an amazing job, was very professional and my lawn was left looking fantastic! From now on, this is the only company, which I will trust and allow to take care of my yard

for?A: Cancellation fees are very common in service industry type businesses Doctors, dentists, hair salons, moving companies and many other businesses charge fees if a appointment is cancelled within a certain time frame of when the service is being provided So we adopted the same polices that those businesses do If a person schedules services and cancels within business days of the order being placed LawnMowingOnline reserves the right to charge a $fee The policy has worked exactly as expected, more orders are getting accepted and mowed and fewer orders are being cancelled Avoiding this fee is simple, just do not cancel within business days of scheduling service For example, if you order May 1st for mowing on May 2nd, do not cancel on May 1st, May 2nd (day) or May 3rd (days) The order can be cancelled on May 4th (days since May 1st) and there will be no fee Of course by then the order will likely be accepted by a contractor and already mowed so there would no longer be any reason to cancel If the order is accepted by a contractor and you choose to cancel, try and work out a new mowing date with the contractor, or message support and request a new contractor if there is a issue with the contractor. To make sure every customer knows about the cancellation fee it is listed in places It is listed on the Terms of Service page that all customers agree to before placing an order and the cancellation fee is explained in bold text and underlined on the cancellation page that all customers must fill out to cancel an order

The first contractor did not provide service to the customer so the order was reposted and the first contractor was removed from the website The new contractor took the order and provided service Customer was unhappy with service provided and requested a refund Contractor
attempted to resolve the cancellation request but the customer is not satisfied Order has been cancelled and refunded, contractor was not paid by customer Contractor has been giving customer personal contact information so they may file theft of services charges or property lien against the customer for unpaid services

I found Lawn mowing online when we moved away from a rental house early and still needed the grass cut at the rental houseWe had just relocated so we didn’t know of any local companies to go throughIt was so easy to go online, schedule and pay them all in one spotThe satisfaction guarantee is what made me try them out and I am BEYOND satisfied

I posted a job to have my lawn mowed It didn't get picked up within a week, and then I had someone else offer to mow for me I accepted their offer, and canceled my job with lawnmowingonline.com I did receive an email confirmation that my job had been canceled, however the job remained posted on their site and was eventually picked up by a contractor I messaged the contractor immediately, and he acknowledged that the order had been canceled He then claimed that lawnmowingonline.com was withholding payment for other jobs he had completed because my job was still outstanding He eventually marked my job completed, and posted pictures of someone else's house I denied payment, but it still went through I have yet to receive a refund
I have reached out to the company using their "support" email, and not gotten any reply I messaged them on facebook, and have been in conversation with someone, however they have not resolved the issue and is no longer responding

I am rejecting this response because: I try to copy and paste the text with contractor(Mower)(person who text me name walt say going to be other day because busy),I text back say DO NOT MOW. unfortunely , all the text they just erase by company, is gone, also erase my June any trace, is been there all these day, I send through web site many month ago to dispute this charge , and also try to call them, wait long time, but never respond, company say didn't cancel, but that is first time do cancel, web site is not easy to do it right, but I stop the mower contractor name( walt) directly, in the night I see his text say going to be other day, I text him back say DO NO MOW, is already doneplease DO NOT MOW. any way they just erase all text and record happen in June/till june 27 ,all record is been on my web site suddenly gone. I might not the only one, wach out people. usually if job done contractor will send digital picture back to company, but my order record on web site, never say complete, contractor didn't Mow so didn't send the picture, no problem between me and contractor ,it is company, don't want to refund the Money I prepay

There is a cancellation link provided in every email sent to the customer The link is also clearly labeled by a large Cancel Order button on the Contact Us page

I ordered services from lawnmowingonline.com before but there were not any issues The lawn mower cut the grass too low causing it to shockThe mower said its standard length, but how can scraping the ground could be standard size, it looks like putting greenAnd at several spots we can see shaved soil
The site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but dont find a way to claim itThe links keep going in loop and does not give way to get the refund

Sorry to hear that someone damaged your property Support has not received any messages from this customer regarding any sprinkler damage or destruction of property This customer actually ordered four times this month at this address, so if there was a issue last month regarding damage
I would think the customer would not have placed four additional orders I went back to review notes left to contractors on July 2nd and there's no mention of damage I reviewed messages between customer and contractor for a order around August 12th and again, no mention of damage Customer will need to contact support with more information because there has not been any complaints from customer to support or the contractors regarding any damage Thank you

Sorry to hear the contractor did not complete the order We have moved to a new website where if a contractor causes any kind of problem the customer can click the dispute button and repost the order for new contractors and leave the original contractor a bad review to warn future customers
that there was a problem Refund has been sent
