I called on LawnMowingOnline.com for my lawn care needs when my old lawn guy retiredThey came the next day & squared my lawn awayTop-notch professionals who know their stuff

PAID THEM $dollars to mow my lawn they said they have ppl in my area they would come mow lawn 8/or 8/19/ paid them they got payment ,no one came after that they said went to bids ,no one gave my another bid meanwhile my lawn has grown another 2inches with rain .isent them I want refund not heard from them yet.think this is SCAM

Sorry to hear the contractor has refused to resolve this cancellation with you Your payment will be refunded today and the contractor will continue to be permanently removed from the website and not paid for any of the other jobs they have done When customers complain and cancel there is a very good chance the other orders will result in complaints and refund requests This is a very common practice all online merchants that process credit cards are faced with, that their accounts may be frozen if too many of their customers cancel their credit card payments for whatever reason, even payments from other customers that have not complained are frozen No one orders because they want to cancel, and their grass will grow back in a few days, so when a customer cancels and says they never want that contractor to mow their grass it means something is wrong with that contractor because someone is going to mow that grass again, the customer just does not want that particular contractor to do the work Since contractors are not employees we have to provide them contact information for the buyer if a situation arises that causes them to not receive payment from the buyer Contractor will be sent your contact information so they can continue to try and resolve the situation with you outside of the website Thank you

I have used this service multiple times and have been very pleased in the pastI placed an order for my yard to be mowed on March 1st and the job hasn't been accepted yetI originally added the biggest tip amount possible and I've never had issues with this in the pastI tried adding even more of a tip and that didn't work eitherSo, I went to the website to cancel my order and wasn't able toI emailed customer support and never heard backI even tried to file a dispute on their website and I just kept getting redirected to the homepageToday I called their customer service number and I was transferred to voicemailI just would like a refund since no has shown up to mow my lawn

The website was very easy to use, and I had submitted my information in just a couple of minutesThe contractor showed up the next day and did a wonderful job on my lawnI love getting the pictures as proof!

Customer waited months to request a refund, requesting service in April and requesting a refund in AugustRefunds can not be sent after daysAlso looking at the messages the customer asked the contractor to clean their house instead of
mowing the lawnThat is why the order was not done, the customer ordered lawn mowing, not house cleaning

I would recommend this site because it is easy to use and because they match you up with the best local service available I am very impressed with this service and would recommend to anyone who has a yard that needs to be tended on a regular basis For anyone that needs this kind of service I couldn't think of a better site to visit
