My contractor showed up on time and was very friendly and professionalThe job was done well and I will absolutely hire again!

You opened a dispute with the credit card processor They have to investigate If you have a problem with them, call them and complain, or report them to the Revdex.com

You get what you pay for with lawnmowingonline It's like Uber for mowing but the contractors come in all kinds of service rangesFrom really good to oh so bad You can try to heavily tip and rewards the contractor for a good job but next time you order you may get the bottom of the barril contractorSometimes it has taken up to days from scheduled day to get my yard mowed So many excuses from both the contractor and site Many issues to work out with this start up Good luck

Great company! They do a really good jobThey are fast and efficientAnd it's so convenient to order the job online and safe to pay with PayPalIf they don't do the job to your specifications, they will come back and make sure you are satisfied!

This company provided no confirmation of job for the first request and emailed me stating that I change the date which I did for their suggested dateNo confirmation of service was providedNo one called to follow up or to set up mowing timeFrustrated, I cancelled the serviceThey refunded only $of $ they had charged meWhen it was pointed out to them that cancellation was due to their lack of service, they threatened collection for $ and charge me with all the lawyer fees

Order cancelled and refunded We no longer use that old website the customer is referring to The new website automatically refunds the customer when they request it

Dishonest, Extremely Rude, and CriminalStay away!
I've used this service on & off for about years, and in all that time I never had a problem, until last week when I tried to cancel an order for the first timeThat's when the true colors of the owners and/or operators of this company came outIf you scan through the reviews of this company online, you’ll notice that most reviews are highly positive while a smaller but still significant number are very negativeThe reason for this is that the vast majority of customers never have to deal directly with the company, only the contractorsOnce they try to cancel an order or something else that requires contacting the site management, that’s when the terrible customer service experience begins, as I discovered personallyI had requested a mowing job on Tuesday, Sept 6th, but no one accepted the job, and then on Friday I requested a cancellationThe website in general is very poorly designed and hard to navigate, but the cancellation link is especially hard to find, more likely by design than through incompetenceI received a message saying it would take hours to process my cancellation and that in the meantime the order might be reopened and accepted by a contractor, a tactic that seems to be designed to dissuade the customer from proceeding with the cancellation since it becomes much more difficult to get a cancellation once the order is acceptedThe day after I cancelled the order, this is exactly what happened, and I messaged the contractor to ask him not to mow my lawn and he complieddays later I still had not received a refund or even a message telling me that my cancellation was being processed so I contacted the website to ask about itI was told that the only way the contractor would get paid was if I dropped my cancellation request, even though the contractor had never actually mowed my lawnI got in contact with the contractor and he told me that the website administrators were withholding payment for some of his recently finished jobs as well as all future jobs until I resolved the issue with the website (which meant dropping my cancellation request)I then contacted the website and asked why they were holding the contractor's payment hostage in order to pressure me to drop my cancellation requestThe person who responded (it said Lawnmowingonline support, but I suspect it was the owner/operator of the site) told me "*** you and the contractor, both of you get off my website." I was so shocked that a business could be this unprofessional that I took some screenshots of the exchange in case anyone didn't believe meAfter this message, I received an email from PayPal indicating that my refund was being processed (along with a message from lawnmowingonline.com telling me I was permanently banned from using their site), but after that I received a text from the contractor saying they were still withholding payment and that I needed to add a message saying that the matter was resolved and include my address in order for him to finally get paid for his other jobs, which I didThe fact that the website tried to play us off each other is unprofessional and sleazy behavior to say the leastI actually first posted reviews of this company online last weekA few hours after they went live, someone from the site posted ridiculous responses blaming the poor contractor for my negative experience, even though that clearly didn’t jive with the reality of what actually happened which I described in my reviewsThen the contractor sent me a screenshot of some messages he exchanged with the website (attached) in which they refused to pay him for four jobs ordered by completely different customers (none of them me) until he got me to change my negative review to a positive oneIn order to help the contractor get paid for his hard work, I deleted the reviewsThree days later, I contacted the contractor to see if he’d received his money, and he said that not only has he not, but the company is now completely ignoring himThis company is engaging in criminal activityLast time I checked, it’s illegal to withhold payment for services rendered, no matter how small the amountIf the contractor wanted to, he could successfully sue this company for breach of contract, but because the amount of money in dispute is relatively small, the company owner knows it wouldn’t be worth the time and effort of a lawsuit, which is why he’s behaving in so brazen a mannerNeedless to say, this company is not worthy of anyone's businessThey have many competitors and I highly suggest you stay away from this amateurish operation run by some people with very, very low characterIf this were a just world, then their pathetic website, terrible customer service, and predatory (and illegal!) behavior towards contractors and customers would get them shut down permanently

Customer was lying about the size of the property on at least orders, putting it was less than 15,sq ft or less than 10,sq ft when the total property size was 19,sq ftCustomer did this on purpose, when they put the address in the
order page it automatically selected the right size but they went back and chose a smaller size just so they could steal from the contractorsContractor reported them and customer was ban from the websiteWhen Support sent the customer a message asking why they purposely chose the wrong size, the customer's response was it was the contractor's fault for accepting the previous orders and mowing the property even though the size was wrong$is extremely cheap for lawn mowing, but the only way we can offer such low rates is if customers are honest about their property size and not trying to cheat the contractorsIf a customer continues to lie and cheat the contractors they will feel as if they are underpaid and will quit the websiteThat's why this customer has been ban from the website, we can not risk them ordering againAny payment still owed to the customer will be dispersed to the previous contractors that the customer did not fairly compensate for mowing the property

The company website advertises next day service While visiting my sister, who has been in the hospital for the past week, she complained that she could not find someone to mow the lawn before Mother's day at which time family and friends were coming over I found LawnMowingOnline which advertises NEXT DAY SERVICE and paid on 5/6/to have my sister's lawn mowed on 5/7/ The site says that someone will come from morning to dusk, therefore we waited till dusk for someone to come When no one showed, I got out and mowed myself at dusk Afterwards I cancelled the service, as no one showed and no service was given I was billed for $of the $I was billed $for no service and failing to perform your services is unlawful and unacceptable

I paid for my lawn to be cut over a month ago they have not came to cut my grass I used this service once before I thought I was pretty good until now I also have been on there wwbsite and ask for my money back they have been giving me the run around
