I paid for lawn service when the order was placed When my bid was accepted, the contractor never showed up to complete the lawn service I submitted an online dispute and no one responded to the dispute I have contacted the company multiple times to ask for my order to be cancelled and my refund to be processed; however, I have been sent this response multiple times My only option is Dispute and they still have my money
If there is any problem with a order all cancellations, disputes and refunds are done automatically on the website now by the customersYou do not need to contact supportLogin and click CANCEL to cancel or DISPUTE to dispute the orderThen place a new orderContractors that have cancellations or disputes are automatically given 1-star reviews which will warn future customers to not choose them

Arrives on time and gets the job done very well

Sorry to heard there was a issue with the lawn mowing service This complaint is regarding lawn mowing service over months ago The credit card companies do not allow refunds for purchases that far into the past Even retail stores would not provide a refund for a defective
product months after purchase There was no cancellation filed by this customer at the time of the mowing If there had been, this could have been resolved at that time Customer is aware of how to cancel a order because they cancelled a order on March 18th, and was provided a full refund Customer placed a order in July after this one was not complete and that new order was finished However, the order can be reopened So this order has been reopened for August 4th, If you need to change the date, please login and click Change Date Thank you

This order was accepted by a contractor to mow the property before the order was cancelled Since this order was accepted by a contractor before it was cancelled, it's considered a dispute between the customer and the contractor Contractor was removed from the website during this
ongoing dispute To resolve the dispute quicker, the contractor was provided the customer's personal contact information on 9/ On 9/the contractor uploaded several photos showing the property has been mowed and marked it as finished The customer was sent an email and text message saying the order was marked finished and if the order is not finished to login and mark the order as not finished and what still needs to be done The customer has not logged in to dispute that the order was finished Until the customer disputes the order, it appears as if the contractor may have contacted the customer outside the website using the provided contact information and finished the order today If that is not the case, customer has already been sent instructions on how to dispute it and simply needs to do that

Gets all of the work done quickly and makes sure your yard stays in that desired condition!

This business makes lawn care affordable and easy to schedule! They are eager to please and quick to dissolve issuesI recommend this business to anyone unhappy with their current lawn care provider

Customer placed order, then threatened that they would file complaints against the websiteObviously we can not provide services to customers that are threatening the website so all orders were cancelled and refundedSince the most recent
order was placed less than days earlier there was a $cancellation fee

This is a wonderful company! They exceeded all my expectations; they were on time, did a fantastic job and were fairly pricedI would recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for lawn care

I never have the time to cut my own lawn, especially because I am a full-time student and work part-timeLawnMowingOnline.com helped me fix my problem immediately with absolutely NO HASSLE! I came home to a freshly cut lawn with a world-class finish and trim, my HOA and I could not be happier, and I would recommend this INCREDIBLE site to everyone looking for service!

I ordered services for my lawn on 9/and had to cancel shortly after for personal circumstancesI didnt receive a refund only a rude email from customer service claiming I made a dispute on their website so now I am bannedI screenshot my cancellation and was told the contractor would handle my problemNow the contractor is calling me nonstop saying he was also banned because of me so he wanted to know whyHorrible customer serviceThey made $for nothingNo services were ever performed

I requested lawn service which included cutting and edging around the base of the house, sidewalks, patio and mailbox I also included a $tip with the preorder The lawn was cut so low that the top of one of the underground bate station for termites was cut off There were also swirl marks cut into the ground in two places
The company offers a satisfaction guarantee/warranty for the service but has failed to respond to my complaints or reissue satisfactory service I informed the contractor about the service issue on the same day the lawn was cut I receive no response I informed the company of the services issues and the failure of the contractor to respond to the complaint I did not receive a response from the company
I understand the company and the contractor are different entities and that the company did not cause the damage or cut the lawn too low However, the contractor should not be forwarded payment if the job is not done right The company should h

I ordered a mowing and specified "Date of Work" to be June 8th, I received an email confirm that the order was accepted for "Date: June 8th, 2018" On June 7th the contractor performed the work ( I have yet to review the work)My issue is that I ordered a job for specific date and it was not performed on that dateIts like ordering a catered meal for Friday, and the caterer showing up on ThursdayI raised my concern with both the company and contractor and both acted like it was OK for the contractor to complete the job earlier than requested If this is the desired policy, then website and email confirm should be clear that is what policy isI shouldnt be charged for a job I didnt orderThe company should pay the contractor

What an awesome lawn-mowing website! It linked me with a qualified contractor in a matter of minutes

Great service Professionally done Hassle free Easy payment optionJob is done how and when it's supposed to I've been telling everyone I know about this company Wish I would have known about them years ago

Although their much to be desired so-called support and customer service flat out told me after
their website new or old stated cancellation refunds are processed in (7) seven business daysThis one went over twenty days as well they tried to drag their feet and push my request to the side, to whenever they felt like refunding my fees over the next few weeksOh, we'll see about that ! This shell-of-a-business will be out of business in a matter of months Regarding complaint ID ***
